    As a participant in their yearly maintenance program they always call to schedule their bi-annual inspections and have always been able to schedule a tech within 24 hours for any equipment issues. Techs are professional and polite and are great with our two dogs.

    We chose Efficient Systems for electrical work based on the great reviews, and we were not disappointed. Our technician, Adam V, was courteous, listened carefully, did his work carefully and thoroughly, and got everything back up and running for us. He was also honest-- instead of just giving a quote for one of the repairs, he told us about another option that would be cheaper for us and said we could even install it ourselves if we wanted. I really appreciate that kind of honesty, and will definitely continue using Efficient Systems in the future.

    Although I was not happy to have to replace my furnace and air conditioning, I was very happy with the service that I received. Sean was here and helpful. Brian did a marvelous job and was here for as long as it took to get everything running, and Adam finished .the job off today in a timely and wonderfully efficient manner.     Efficient Systems service was subpar! I had their technician, Rob, at my home for a regular service checkup where he discovered a crack in my heat exchange. He took the time to show it to me on a snake camera and pointed out where the seam was compared to the actual crack. That same day their sales rep, Jon, was able to come out and speak with me about my replacement options. I selected my new furnace and their installers, Brian and Andrew, arrived the next morning to install. They were very respectful and accommodating while working in my home, which I appreciated. I cant say enough about the expert knowledge they all displayed, their all around professionalism, or the comfort I felt with placing this decision in their hands. You can tell just by speaking with them that they are passionate about what they do and care about their customers. I highly recommend giving them a call.

    It went great!The inspector was courteous, punctual and professional. He took the extra time to make sure that I understood all the issues. He even advised me on how I could save money on my electrical bills.I received the original estimate electronically within a couple of days. When I asked to add minor items, it was not a problem. He came back to my home to discuss them.The estimate was finalized while he was here.In addition the office staff were courteous and friendly. They made sure that anything I need was promptly taken care of.Actual work is scheduled to be done soon.

    We had a pretty hefty workload for the company including water heater replacement and electrical work. There were a few miscommunications during the process, but Sean and Efficient Systems worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we were needing. The quality of work performed even on certain parts of the job needing revision was top notch. The techs were always on time and professional people to work with. At the end of the job you can trust that Efficient systems will make sure you are taken care of.

    The Efficient Systems tech came to my home twice; the first time to fix a sticking toilet handle/flushing mechanism, and the second to do a couple of minor bathroom repairs that I dont have the tools to do. Both times he was professional, courteous, friendly, and quick to solve the issues. During the first visit he did a complete audit of my plumbing. I felt comfortable after the first visit that the company is fair and professional which is why I called them back for the minor repairs. I think their pricing is very reasonable. I will use them in the future for plumbing issues.

In fact, they had a cancellation two days before my scheduled appt and and called me to see if they could come early.The service tech, Mark, was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand the scope of the work.     We had a breaker melt down on a Saturday and they were able to get a technician (Adam) out to get us back up and running with heat/lights on Sunday morning. After investigating the depth of the damage we scheduled a panel upgrade that Adam also completed. Overall, very satisfied with pricing, work completed and cleanup after the job. We are thrilled to have the knowledge that we have a safe panel for years to come.

    Chuck was very professional and very insightful on how to maintain our heating and cooling system. I have allergies and he gave me some info on a system that attaches to our furnace and blows out clean air through all the vents in our house and also takes smelly odors out. Very happy with this company Reliable and very fair priced. When you own a home, it pays to have them come out 2 times a year to maintain and check your units. 5 STARS!

    My AC was no longer cooling as it should be.. after running through some of the common things to look at I decided to make a call. I looked online and found good google reviews about Efficient Systems, and decided to go with them. I filled out the Request-A-Call form on their website at 7am and about five minutes later I received a call back. Talk about good first impressions! Technician Ryan was onsite by 9am. He was very friendly, professional, and most of all, very knowledgeable and willing to share what he was doing the whole way. After telling him what I had done, he looked it all over, hooked up some nifty gauges and meters and determined I most likely have a leak in my line somewhere. He discussed options and pricing with me, explained everything thoroughly and recharged the system to get me back to COOL within an hour. I also like that Efficient Systems is a green/paperless company with great communications and a secure website. Ryan and Efficient Systems are absolutely AWESOME! I will be a return customer..

    Adam originally came to provide me with a quote and then both Bryant and Adam came back to do the work shortly thereafter. They were accommodating when something came up and I had reschedule last minute. They spent the majority of the day at my house working on a variety of projects.     Darryl was kind, helpful, thorough and fixed my AC issue. He came by at 7:30 am, after I called close to 6 am due to waking up in a home that was around 90 degrees.     I had one gentleman who came to give me my quote, and then he and another employee came to do the work for me. I was so happy from beginning to end! The explanation that he gave me for all of the work being done was thorough, and presented in a way that was clear to me. They came upon a separate issue while working, and took care of that after asking me if it was ok. I was highly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism shown by these two individuals.     I bought a house in January and wanted to have the HVAC system checked out more thoroughly than what my inspector did before I turn the AC on this year. Ryan came out and checked everything. There was one measurement that was a little below spec, and Ryan gave me all the pertinent info. I appreciate the help and will be glad to have them back in the fall to do the regular checkup on the furnace side of things.

    Mitchell is professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. His 18 years of experience working with furnaces showed regarding his recommendations to ensure the safe operation of our furnace. His response time was immediate and he provided pictures. I trust his recommendation and would employ him again.I also worked with Kevin on light installs and a new showerhead! He helped me find the right showerhead as the one I bought did not work. He showed me exactly all the work he was going to do with the lights and he installed them to perfection. He even shot me pics of his work! Efficient Systems is awesome, and John the Manager and I believe Brittany that help coordinate, are friendly, professional, helpful and are the epitomy of customer service. They will get my new furnace business come Fall.

The previous owner told me it was eight years old, and I confirmed it was the tank itself, so I needed a replacement. Since I had some time, I got a couple of quotes. Full disclosure, I have an annual maintenance contract with Efficient Systems; I like knowing I can rely on them. Nevertheless, it is always a good idea to get more than one quote. I contacted a competitor whose number was waaay more for the exact same services and products.So I felt really good about going with Efficient Systems pricewise. I had gotten quotes from both parties for a straight replacement and a tankless option. Given the advantages and the fact that the total cost for the tankless wasnt crazy expensive, I opted for the tankless.This was a very involved installation, but the technicians handled it was aplomb. They were very communicative with our household and each other. The end result is a super clean, space saving, and efficient solution. It just screams professionalism. The unit is performing really well, and I have to say I never thought Id be delighted by a water heater.So, yeah, I have zero regrets, and let me tell you that is a rare thing these days. I have had, I think, six or seven people from Efficient Systems at my house, and to a man theyve been consummate professionals. If you have tried hiring skilled and semi-skilled people in the last few years, I think you will appreciate what I am saying.Previous Review: Late 2019I have never had a more positive experience with any professional working on my home. Joshua and Sean were consummate professionals, and I feel confident in recommending Efficient Systems to anyone. My needs were very particular, and together they designed and executed a great solution at a fair price.

    Adam came today and installed 2 new light fixtures. The cost was quite reasonable. I usually change my own light fixtures but we had a super old fixture with a pull chain over our bathroom vanity. Adam said it would be about $300 to get in the attic and run a wire for a new switch. I asked if he could just make the new light a pull chain instead and he was willing. He did a great job and did not harm the new fixture in any way. I couldnt be happier!

    My only complaint is that I can leave a review of only 5 stars! I left a message on Thursday night explaining that my central AC unit was failing to cool my house and would like to schedule an appointment for Friday. Friday morning I promptly received a call to schedule my appointment later that day.Sure enough, I received a call just as promised prior to the technician stopping out. Once Dwight arrived, he thoroughly checked out my entire HVAC system to make sure the problem was properly identified.Before I knew it, my system was back up & running. Dwight was polite, professional, courteous, and more importantly...he was very knowledgeable.My experience was a very pleasant one! ...imagine that considering that I had my AC out and had a sweltering house! I never expected such a positive situation! I cannot recommend Efficient Systems (and Dwight in particular) highly enough!They have reasonable prices and are trustworthy. They are certainly not the type of company to take advantage of customers. This is a company that wants to build up a loyal customer base by treating people fairly. And for me...its worked! I will be calling them for all my HVAC services moving forward.UPDATE:Mark C. was sent out today to perform a AC tune-up that was part of the service I purchased from Dwights visit. It appears that Efficient Systems has the market cornered on professional and competent technicians! Mark was also very professional. He went through my system with a fine tooth comb...which honestly I did not expect...even from such a good company! It was only a few months back that Dwight had squared away my system and helped me through those sweltering months and things were still running fine. But Mark cam out and tuned my system and set it up exactly as I needed it making it so that there is a bit of a nip in the air as well...just the way I wanted it!Its weird to look forward to a visit from your HVAC service company...but I actually do. I am looking forward to Mark stopping out later this Fall to ensure my heat is dialed in right too!     I had a tree fall on my powerlines, it pulled the meter off the house, emailed them for a quote to fix (provided pics) they responded very quickly and quoted much lower than the others. They setup an appointment for the next day (Saturday) once work started, they were done in about 3 hours. They will now be my go to for any electrical issues. Adam was my service pro.

    We’ve used Efficient Systems exclusively since we bought our house nearly six years ago because of their diversity of services, their great customer service and reliability. Mitchell helped us on our last job and was a great example of those atteibutes. I needed to have our thermostat relocated because it was originally installed in a terrible location that produced inaccurate readings. He completed that job in a shorter time than I was originally quoted, and when He was finished he asked about some crackling sounds coming from the water heater. Had I serviced it recently? It wasn’t just an up sell. It was waaaay overdue for service and I had been intending to do it. Mitchell told me he could do it right then and save me money because it wouldn’t have to be scheduled as a separate trip. And while he was at it, he pointed out an adjustment we could make to our dehumidifier, too. Great service that got e more than I’d originally asked for. I’ll always use this company with service like that.

    Our furnace was having multiple problems and it took Efficient Systems several times coming out and they also had to get the factory representative involved to finally solve the problems. They only charged me for part of the repairs and the biggest part they got covered by factory warranty. The owner of Efficient Systems also came out to be sure the job was completed right. I would highly recommend them for service. They stayed with the problem until it was resolved and made sure that we had heat.

    Mark C arrived a bit early to assure on time install start time. He remained on site through the entire install cycle. Marks efficiency was greatly increased with appropriately managing his broadly capable assistant, Jesus. Mark and Jesus removed the old malfunctioning systen and rebuilt (installed) the new system in one long day. They cleaned up after themselves.     Our unit wasn’t working correctly. We had called several companies trying to find someone to come out the same day but had no luck. Finally called Efficient System. Not only did they come out on the same day but they came much earlier than we expected. The service technician was EXTREMELY patient and understanding as we had a family emergency during the same time frame our air went out. He waited at the door until my niece arrived to let him.     5 stars go to Adam. Great professional. I do have pause in paying $8-9000 for a HVAC system and then be charged $70 for a failing under warranty part that takes 2 mins to replace. Im of the opinion if something is under warrenty that all cost associated with making the unit whole needs to be absorbed by manufacturer or manufacturers representative. I already pay $175 plus a year for a person to come 2 times a year to charge even more to repair anything they my find. But then again, times have change havent they.

    My circuit to the barn suddenly tripped the breaker. They came out (actually earlier than expected) and tested the underground cable finding it OK. So Sean checked the switch and outlet boxes in the barn and found the short. He replaced one of the back boxes and rewired the incoming circuit to correct the problem. Everything works great now. Sean was very friendly and professional, and I would certainly do business with them again.

    This was a fantastic experience! The rep came out and talked with me about the problem. He was clean, well mannered and very polite. He didnt try to force me in to anything.infact he made a suggestion that I get IPL out to check the wires and connectors from the pole to the meter. He said that might be the problem and it was. IPL put on 2 new connections tors and now I have air conditioning again. I cant say enough good things about this company.

    First let me say this, on New Year’s Eve during the wind storm we had a disaster in our backyard when a tree fell and pulled our powerline halfway out, half of the power was still on until morning when Indianapolis power and light finally made it out with what we thought was a re-connection of all power, but that was not the case, IPL had to shut everything down due to the possibility of a short which may have caused an electrical fire, at this point we were desperate to have our weatherhead repaired because it was completely destroyed, being that it was on New Year’s day no one out of the five people that I called would come out except for “Efficient Systems”!!Adam of Efficient Systems was the first one on the scene and conducted his survey and gave us the estimate, because of the severe distruction of the weatherhead and circuit breaker box and with Christmas just passing we were not able to pay out of pocket.. Efficient Systems worked with us and gave us the ability to make payments on a payment plan!!Adam was then accompanied by his team leader Sean, these guys are consummate professionals in every way!! They worked feverishly until the job was completed, the power was back on before the end of the night!! Keep in mind that all of this was done on a holiday!!
