Shawn is AMAZING!!! He’s very knowledgeable and had no issues with explaining anything to me and showing me first hand. He instantly felt the difference in the temperature from the lower level to the upper level in my house. Shawn walked me through everything he was doing and even suggested that he do a full inspection of all my vents and asked if I had an attic. And within minutes he was able to spot the problem and fix it!!! I now have HEAT!!!!, and a big smile because I no longer have to have my heat sky high to feel comfortable in my house. After The Park at Eagle Creek Apartments has been giving us the run around with our air conditioning for over almost a month in this summer heat, Gilbert and CJ replaced our air conditioning unit. I have never been so impressed with anyone as I was with this business. Shawn and Harold were both friendly, patient, and I could tell they were looking out for our best interests. Shawn came out the first day to clean our dryer duct, and it turned out to be a very difficult case. It was super difficult to locate and access. He spent an hour and a half in and out of our crawl space and attic trying to find everything. He noticed we had a leak and water damage in our crawl space, took a picture, and let me know right away. He asked if we wanted a plumber to come check on it, and I said, yes, please! So the following day, Harold came. He took time to make sure our kitchen drain was clear, showed me several things I can do for preventive maintenance, and he located and fixed our issue in the crawl space. He also took the time to repeat everything to my husband over the phone. He was willing to take the time to give us a lot of good advice for the future. Today, Shawn came back to finish the dryer duct. It took him almost two hours of crawling in and out of our crawl space and under our deck in the mud. He had to take the duct apart in several places to clear out all the moist and caked lint. It was a tough job. I dont think those ducts had ever been cleaned for 30+ years. But he made sure he did it well and that everything was functioning at the optimal level before he left. He was sure to clean up too. As I said, I was very impressed with this company. They seemed to have integrity and actually charged me less than I expected after all the work they did! I would recommend them to anyone!

They stood out because they cleaned up the water and dirt that had leaked before they were even called in and cleaned up everything after they left as well. I couldnt get the water turned off because the old valve was so corroded so it was still leaking when they came. Thats the first Ive ever had technicians not leave a mess so that makes me happy. My new unit is very nice and thank goodness they replaced the shut off valve as well.

This is a great business, and is women-owned, which I love to see! Jason and Gilbert were the helpful techs who assisted in the installation of our furnace. My partner and I woke up morning and realized how cold it was in our house. When we tried to turn on the thermostat, the furnace would not kick on. We spent a day stressing until we called All Pro. One very helpful gentleman come out and take a look at our furnace. At the time, he believed that it was just one small part, so we were very thankful. A few days later, we realized our house was cold again and would not heat up. At this time we called All Pro back, and the same tech came out and reassessed the furnace. At that point, he determined we needed a new furnace as the furnace we currently had was almost to the end of its life. He was very friendly and helpful while we navigated the situation, and considered our options. He presented us with three. He helped to keep us grounded through a potentially stressful process.We love supporting small businesses, especially ones who take pride in their craft as All Pro Heating & Air does. 10/14/2023: Another fabulous job from All Pro!! We needed a new furnace this winter and Will and Mike showed up to make the heat happen! They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and polite. They took time to explain the new system to us and cleaned up after themselves. When they noticed our exhaust want up to code they made sure to get it taken care of before they left. Our tech, Wade Haney, went above and beyond while fixing our air conditioning. He went up into the hot attic to fix the thermostat. He got us the thermostat that would work the best for our house. Not to mention, he was a kind guy. Highly recommend this company.We had Jason Montgomery come out a few months later for another issue with our dryer vent and he also went out of his way to make sure our vent was completely sealed and emptied including going into our attic and checking inside and out of the house. I got a quote from All Pro for replacing my heat pump system. Of the three companies I got quotes from, Dave from All Pro was the only one to ask me if I had a home warranty, which speaks to the integrity of the business. Plus, their quote was about $2,000 lower than both of the other quotes I received for a new 2.5 ton heat-pump system. Im going to wait until next year to replace it, but Ill be calling them when I do. I will recommend them to anyone I know with HVAC issues.Update: Jason and Gilbert installed my new system. They were super nice and did a fantastic job.
