I called Summers because our bathroom shower faucet was leaking into the wall. They came out the next day and found the issue, which required us to buy a new shower faucet valve and trim. They came back right away and installed the new faucet. Both plumbers were courteous and professional. I watched their work and it was meticulous and clean. They vacuumed and cleaned the work area.I strongly recommend Summers plumbing.

I love Summers Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. They have the best employees in the field and in the office. Ive been with them for several years now as a contracted customer. They do my furnace maintenance in the Fall and AC in the Spring. They handle plumbing issues as well. Dannys visit today for my annual furnace tune-up was great. Danny is full of personality, as well as, knowledge, customer service, polite, and respectful of my home. We had fun conversations following the tune-up, as well as serious conversations about my furnace. Danny took his time to explain what he saw during the tune-up, showed me pictures he took, and explained what may be in the future. I appreciate his knowledge, time, and concern.

We still had some lingering gas so he came back out the following morning once it was aired out so he could do a full check and make sure we werent having anymore issues for free. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUMMERS!We called Summers and another company to check on our system because our AC wasnt keeping up. The other company told us that 3 differnt items needed repair and that each was going to be $1500 or more. (Just replacing one of the parts was $3-5k!) So they said, At this point wed just suggest getting a whole new unit. Wed be happy to send someone out to give you a quote on that. ...Im sure they would.The first thing in the morning the day after, Summers returned our call, and (with very nice customer service) set an appointment that was very accommodating to our schedule. Just as promised, they gave me a courtesy call to let me know the technician was on his way. Matt arrived on time, was very nice and very knowledgeable. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was true to the advertised price of $69 as seen on the commercial! He also offered a combo service to come back & check our heating in the fall, and our plumbing for about $150 (including the service he just performed)!Our home is now nice and cool, and my wife, my children, and my checkbook are happier because of Summers.As hard as it is to find good people doing good work, I think weve just found our heating, cooling and plumbing company for years to come. I am very impressed with the customer service I have received from all of their technicians!Kyle Schnurpel was timely, pleasant, professional and thorough. He provided me a new filter that would work better with my furnace. He said because of my living situation I could change my filter every 30-60 days and use the type he gave me.Kyle Benthimer, did an excellent job! He walked all the way to the other side of my attic, to look at the vents that didnt have a strong output. I thought he was the first to go to other side of the attic but now that I think about it, he is the 3rd including the inspection I had on the house. The first guy was from Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling who installed my furnace took a look before the installation. My pest control contractors didnt. Im truly happy with my service.

Our homes water heater stopped work over this past weekend and luckily Summer’s was able to fix it the same day. We ended up needing the whole unit replaced. From start to finish the process was easy. Jarod called and discussed what was occurring with our water heater. I was very happy with his professional level of customer service right out the gate. Mind you I don’t believe it was even 8am yet. We went over pricing on the phone for the initial service call and different options to replace the unit if it came to that. This was nice because I wasn’t going to be surprised when he arrived by the cost. When he arrived we went over everything in detail. He left to grab an additional employee to my service call to help with the removal and reinstall. He explained how to maintain the water heater properly over time to keep the continued life of it. The job took not even two hours. Hands down. the best customer service I have had in a very long time. I would recommend this company for not only the professionalism but also weekend emergencies when so few companies are available.

They called their team to help speed up the process and we had the new sump pump installed within 15 minutes and it began working immediately. Our old furnace died on Sunday night, the first night of below freezing temperatures. We called Summers on Monday. Gary came out on Tuesday for an evaluation. He confirmed my belief that our furnace was old and and in very poor condition. Tyler and his team came out Wednesday. They removed the old furnace, outside unit, thermostat, and other components. They then installed a new furnace A/C system, etc. This was completed by 3pm. The new system works great and is much quieter. We are very pleased with the new system and the team that installed it.

I really wasnt keen on moving forward with an AC/Furnace Replacement but felt pretty good about the discussion with Mike Drury (my sales guy). Worked out some solid financing options and positioned me nicely with regards to my situation. Even knocked out a humidifier and Duct cleaning to keep my lady happy. Really enjoyed the experience and looking for more of the same during tomorrows installation

Unsure if we are having the repair recommended yet but the knowledge of the technician was amazing. He even put up with a grouchy customer, me, and overcame my temper about the unexpected nature of the issue to make sure that I was fully informed about the implications of the problem. We may very well go on with this company to do the work but I was impressed with Eric Ross, a true professional.
