No one ever wants to deal with home repairs. The very thought of whos the right company to contact, how much will it be, and how efficient the technician will be floods my mind. So, when I reached out to RT Moore, I wasnt too sure what to expect, but they completely surpassed my expectations. When the work order was submitted, I was contacted immediately and a repair visit was scheduled.Mr. Large called me first to let me know of his eta and even via phone wanted a first hand understanding of what the job entailed to make sure he was properly prepared. When he arrived, he was so pleasant and cheerful. He made me feel at ease working on the issue. His professionalism was unmatched and something Ive never experienced before. He not only worked on the issue, but explained what he was doing and why (something he didnt have to do.) He even educated me on how to prevent issues in the future and ways to improve my plumbing system.I truly appreciate all the help from Mr. Large and I will always go to RT Moore for my future needs. If you ever need help with any and all things plumbing ask for Mr. Large, hes the absolute best!

Another excellent experience with the plumbing side of RT Moore. The failure of the hot water heater was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Technician response time was prompt and efficient. RT Moore did all the plumbing, hardware and installation, in my production home. I recommend them highly. Also, know just how bad Indiana hard water is on your house if you dont have a water softener. New stuff can degrade quickly without one.

Wow! What an EXCELLENT customer service experience I had this morning with Luke! He arrived right on time, was professional and efficient and did an excellent job to correct my issue in the laundry room! He explained what he had done and answered all of my questions including a question about an issue I have with my kitchen faucet. He immediately looked into it for me and went the second mile in Customer Service by helping me understand how the touch faucet system worked and then helped me correct it. I told him he would make a great teacher b/c he courteously validated all my questions (I had a lot!) and made sure I understood. Because of his expertise & kindness, I will soon be calling R. T. Moore to ask for a plumbing upgrade feature he told me about in my new home. Luke is an incredible asset to your company and your brand! I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!

We had a sewer back up in a 2 month old brand new house. When RT Morre came to the rescue they also noticed the water heater did not meet Indiana code. Everyone who came out to the rescue over a 2 day period(Trevor, Jeff, Kurt and Jackson) all did an amazing job coming up with a solution to help us. Everyone was very informative and patient with all of our questions. We were very impressed with all the knowledge and great customer service. Our toilets were making lots of noise so we called RT Moore for assistance. The booking process was easy and the customer service people were helpful and efficient. Luke, our assigned plumber, called the day of our appointment to let us know he was on the way. When he arrived he introduced himself and asked me to describe the problem. He quickly inspected our toilets and diagnosed it as failing fill valves. He provided a cost estimate and indicated he could replace them. After replacing the valves he showed me how to adjust them and gave me some things to watch for over the next few weeks. The cost was reasonable, the problem was addressed and the job work had a warranty. Luke was pleasant, knowledgeable, very respectful of our property and took appropriate Covid precautions while on premise. I would use RT Moore and ask for Luke again for future needs.

RT Moore originally installed the plumbing when my house was built and did a fantastic job, this was my first issue in 5 years. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Sam and Peter from RT Moore arrived at my home to take care of a water leak. They diagnosed the problem, informed me what it was and fixed it. They were professional, efficient and courteous. Would definitely use them again. Had them fix a leaking pipe behind our upstairs shower, and the plumber improved the placement of the valves in the process so we can turn off the water more easily to the shower in the future when we replace washers etc. Also had them run natural gas to a gas fireplace we bought for our wood burning fireplace area (didnt know you needed a plumber for this) and they did a really nice job of running the gas pipes so it didnt clutter up the basement. Very courteous as well.

“Build something that matters” perfectly reflects the quality of both character and workmanship that my family and I experienced with the tremendous crew of professionals we were fortunate enough to find at R.T. Moore. Sadly, just a few months after moving into our 20-year-old home, we found numerous leaks and discovered that every pipe and water line in the house was faulty and needed to be replaced.The scale, complexity, and legacy issues that were discovered during the project would have scared off most crews (and in fact did, because a couple of large, established local plumbing companies refused to even bid on the project), but not our lead plumber, Matt, from R.T. Moore. From start to finish, Matt was honest and fair, was highly communicative and thoughtful, and helped to keep our spirits up despite the challenges of the project.It was an incredibly daunting, gut wrenching, and invasive prospect to think about someone cutting into our walls and ceilings, but we were truly blessed to meet Matt and the rest of the team he brought from R.T. Moore. Matt led the entire project with enthusiasm, honesty, creativity, and a positive attitude. After working with a number of very good plumbers over the years, there is no one I would recommend more highly than Matt and the folks at R.T. Moore.

Technician arrived right on time for a scheduled job. RT Moore has a great admin team that helped coordinate and schedule and update on changes in timing. Technician was awesome, friendly, helpful, and the cost was incredibly fair, even compared to smaller and far less qualified options. Cannot recommend more strongly for bigger jobs and projects where expertise and real-world knowledge are required.

He called before getting here, was on time, and was extremely professional and friendly.When he saw our heater, he diagnosed it in minutes and got the part it needed from the truck immediately.Our heater was repaired and the new part paid for in less than 15 minutes. Great experience.
