I recently used Pristine Plumbing to fix a leak behind a bathroom shower wall and replaced a water heater.I loved that they are a women owned and operated company! I was very impressed with their prompt service, clear explanation of the issue, and clean work area left behind.They always called before coming and arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and the repair seemed to be done perfectly.I was initially worried about the cost,Pristine plumbing was very upfront about pricing and offered flexible options to fit my budget. Gary P, Nikki, and Natalie are the best ever team! We had a busted gas line and Gary was able to find and fix it in a matter of hours not days like the other guys! Nikki got him to our house within an hour of us calling. And Natalie sent us our invoice in a very timely manner. So glad that we picked Pristine Pluming for our needs after not having gas for four days because no one else could “fit us in.”

Pristine Plumbing did an AMAZING job on installing a new sewer line for my old 1907 home. There did a meticulous job putting back the yard dirt and driveway gravel. And for half the price as my other quote... who allegedly specializes in older homes. I was very pleased all around.I just had Pristine come out to our new house and John did a very thorough job of assessing my issues. He gave me 3 quotes to think about, one which we will go with. Work starts next week. I trust them with my projects.I just had the house replumbed and two toilets replaced. They worked for two solid days. Not even a lunch break. Their works looks beautiful... as beautiful as sewer lines can look. I ALWAYS recommend Pristine.

Nathan had been here before for the same issue several months prior and remembered me and my dogs! Great demeanor and service! Bonus points: Nathan recommended the membership and it has already come in handy!! And my dogs remembered him too and didn’t even seem anxious around him! These are two large German Shepherds! 😊. 05/16- This time Jake and Quinton came out to fix a broken septic tank line. They were very friendly, quick and thorough. They showed me every step in the process and were done within 3 hours! They even came back with grass seed and straw to cover the muddy tracks that their truck left in my yard as I am selling the house! They also put they seed and straw on the mud that was left behind where they had stacked their digging pile! They didn’t have to do that, but really understood my concern for the new buyers!

I was connected with Pristine Plumbing after numerous unsuccessful phone calls to numerous companies. I had NO water! I was calling before 8 am on a Monday morning. Not only did Natalie recognize my emergent need but she was able to get someone to my home in less than 90 minutes. Ron & Ronnie asked a lot of questions, checked my equipment in the crawl space and come up with a quote in less than 30 minutes. Sump pump and well pump not working after 25 years. I was afraid they would not be able to get it fixed right away. Not only did I get moved to the top of the line, I had service in about 2 hours. Derrick was prompt, efficient, and immediately got to work to replace all my worn-out parts. I had water that afternoon. Derrick had to come back another afternoon to finish a few miscellaneous things and got everything wrapped up. I spoke with Natalie over the phone numerous times. She was very positive and reassuring each time. EVERY single person I had contact with during this event was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! Always polite, explained all phases of their work, and provided everything they promised. I truly felt like I was a valued customer. I cant thank this group of people enough. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

We have a bathtub and shower leak in our home at the moment, and water is in our crawl space. Pristine was the first option google gave me when I searched for water in my crawl space. I filled out an online form early in the morning, before hours of normal operation, and received a text within the hour maybe even 30 minutes of submitting my request for service. Customer service was prompt and polite and contacted a technician to dispatch to my house. Brad was at my home within 3 hours of my inquiry and stayed for several hours, inspecting and taking pictures, and made my nightmare go away. He was professional and polite. He informed me of all the problems, and tried to explain what they are. I am not real familiar with plumbing and all the terminology, but I appreciate him trying to explain the details of the issues to me. He then wrote up an estimate that we cant pay out of pocket at the moment, so he offered financing and so that option worked for us. The process was very easy and quick for financing. We are able to fix all of our issues now. Just waiting on the vendors to deliver all our parts and then the work will be done. I trust him and the company will do an excellent job as they have already, everyone I have spoken with has been really helpful and caring.Update: We have Derrick and Josh working at our home and repairing our nightmare. I cant say enough good things about them. It is obvious Derrick is a pro at his job, bathroom remodeling and plumbing. These guys are outstanding workers, professional, courteous, informative, and trustworthy. Josh is new, and Derrick is patient and kind with him. Together as a team they are badas#@! Everything is above expectations, and we couldnt be happier. When I first seen all the positive reviews on here, I was like, are they paying people to write good reviews...but now I see why they have all these 5 stars. I read the reviews on this company and this young man inpaticular and my first thought was wow they bought those reviews nope every word was true. Joshua was amazing. He has excellent work ethic, polite, knowledgeable. Most of all I have been told Im a plumbers nightmare due to only calling after I try and mess everything up. He not once mentioned it and any fly by night person could plainly see it was a disaster that I created. I received a call prior to the technician coming from Macee, she was kind as well and provided additional answers quickly. When Quintin arrived he was knowledgeable and spent time explaining what the issue was after the diagnoses. He provided quotes and information for our decision to be made at a later date. I appreciate their service being paperless and would definitely recommend them at a later date.

Pristine Plumbing assigns the same plumber to take care of your needs from start to finish of a job. Josh was thorough and took care to leave things better than he found them. We had water pressure problems and when having the old pipes replaced throughout the house didn’t solve it, the next step was to replace faucets. Josh gave us a wide but not overwhelming selection of faucets out of 100s he searched and came and installed them, which gave us the water pressure we were looking for! We are very pleased.

The original company did not fix the problem and charged me hundreds of dollars just to have them come back out a couple of weeks later to tell me it would cost around $6,000 to fix. Due to a recommendation I received (Thank God) for Precision I was able to have everything fixed for 1/16th of what it would have cost with the other plumbing company. CALL PRISTINE before any other Plumbers! They will give you ALL your options, explain everything thoroughly, and will do a fantastic job in a very timely manner (they even adjusted their schedule to make it to my flooding house the Same day with in just a couple of hours!!! We had them out again and they said they weren’t able to get anymore out. We then had to pay to have our normal plumber out to do the job. He got all of the roots out completely like he does and we haven’t had an issue since. He got a ton more roots out after they supposedly cleaned out our system. We are currently trying to get our money back since they didn’t do the job, but they are refusing. So now we are out the money we payed them plus our other plumber.

I really appreciated how quickly Derrick fixed the sink in our half bathroom! We had 70 year old corroded pipes in a new to us home. What I thought was a quick P trap fix ended up being a bit more and did require getting into the wall behind the sink. Although paying for plumbing is probably at the bottom of my list of things I enjoy spending money on, I appreciated the thoroughness to ensure we don’t have any bigger problems down the road. He also gave me advice on the unused water softener in our basement, which I was grateful for the honesty and options of trying X, Y, Z before just replacing it. I didn’t feel like I was being overly sold on anything I didn’t need. Integrity is something I really value from any kind of a professional, and Derrick has plenty of it. The job ended up only taking a fraction of the time estimated, so he was also able to cut down the price which was really helpful. That allowed the sewage to back up into the basement of the house.Peterman Brothers came out and spent the entire morning trying to free up the blockage. Due to a lot of company coming to my house this evening for dinner I had to reach back out to Natalie who I believe I spoke to at Prestine earlier in the morning. She advised me that John the technician from Prestine would arrive within an hour.On arrival, John showed up with a lot of confidence that he could free the blockage. Not only did he free the blockage within an hour but he also took a depth reading of my line and discovered where a belly had developed in about 30 foot of the pipe.Anthony who assisted John was an extremely hard worker as well.
