My husband and I are so impressed with this company! From start to finish, they were superb. We had tree roots in the clay pipe joints under our front yard, and rust in our cast iron pipes under our basement floor, both of which had narrowed our pipe flow causing a backup in a separate floor drain in our basement. We were especially interested in the newer technology that Nu-Flow offers to minimize damage that would be caused by a trench to our two majestic oak trees in front. We are so glad that we hired Nu-Flow. They were able to take care of both problems and only put one hole in the front yard, and not a trench that would have damaged our trees. They kept the hole pretty small too, which we appreciated so much! The procedure of putting the clean out in and then the liner is definitely a skilled technique! We met with Bobby who patiently explained everything about what would be done and answered all of our questions. He also got back to us very promptly with any other questions that we had before the procedure, including making sure the crew brought plywood sheets to further protect our tree roots and yard. The young men that did the work were so impressive. They worked hard, have a unique skill set, and were completely professional during their two days here. We would rate thema solid 10 out of 10! Everything went so smoothly, and we are so pleased. We would highly recommend Nu-Flow!

We live in an older home that has always had sewer backup issues a couple of times a year. We had a couple companies come out for estimates to repair the work. NuFlow was by far the most friendly and professional. When they came to do the estimate there was no charge for taking a full length video of our line - - our line is very long (95feet). They provided us the video at no charge to keep for our records. We then consulted about the price of repairing the entire line versus installing a new cleanout. NuFlow does lining to repair the pipe versus digging up the pipe which was preferable to us because we didnt want a trench in our entire front yard.The entire line repair was quoted at $18,700 and the cleanout was quoted at $6,600. Travis Perry is the point person for all NuFlow Indy service. I was on the phone with him several times and he was nothing but friendly and answered all of my questions. NuFlow was never pushy.NuFlow takes care of all the permits required and contacts the city to have utilities marked.Travis worked with me on questions I had about how many vehicles would come to our house the day of the repair because our driveway is long but not very wide.The day of the repair the crew showed up promptly and communicated with me about where best to park their vehicles so they didnt have to run all over the yard. One of the best moments is when they brought out their digger and used plywood under the tracks to save our grass....we really appreciated that attention to detail! The crew of three guys was there from 9:30a - approx 3:00p.After the installation was done they did a cleanout of the entire line then took another video - which they sent to us for our records at no charge. This seems like a little thing but it was included with the quote/cost of the service and none of the other contractors we had come out did this. A couple said we could pay extra to get the line cleaned after the repair.A sewer line repair is probably one of the least sexy house projects, but NuFlow Indy made did an awesome job for us. If there were 10 extra stars, they would get all of them.

NuFlow was great to work with - from folks we talked with on the phone to the crew that came out to evaluate our sewer line, the service was fantastic. We needed to repair a section of clay pipe that had cracked in a particularly difficult spot to reach that would have involved significant risk to a neighbors driveway. However, the crew took the time to evaluate several options and work with us on a tight timeline. Ultimately they exercised some creativity and were able to complete the whole job without even a crack to the concrete. Their installation team is highly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as they completed the job.All around impressed with this company and their communication. Highly recommend!

Although I ultimately decided not to proceed with the sewer lining project, I wanted to leave a review about my estimate experience with Mark, the salesman that NuFlow sent out to my house. I was trying to decide between 3 different large projects for my home, and so I had many different sales people out to my house in the span of 2-3 weeks. Mark was by far the best experience for me as the homeowner. He laid out everything clearly and was not pushy at all, totally opposite of some of my other experiences. Because of my experience with Mark, if I do decide to proceed with the sewer lining project in the future, it will be NuFlow I will choose.

A few weeks ago, we had the unfortunate experience of a broken main drain line coming out of our house. NuFlow was awesome to deal with in a very stressful situation from beginning to the end.. Bobby was very helpful, informative and easy to work with on the front end. Once he set everything up, the crew showed up on time, did an excellent job, were friendly, and were super sensitive to not damaging the rest of the yard and cleaning up. They finished on time and it was almost not noticeable from the street that they’d dig the yard on the side of our house to replace the clean out line, that’s how well they cleaned up and how careful they were. Everyone in the crew seemed super nice, engaged and truly easy to deal with. On the back end, Paula was great to deal with regarding the billing process and everything finished up without a hitch. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again. Thank you!

SEWER INSPECTION:I called Nu Flow at the recommendation of a contractor friend. We were buying an older home and wanted to ensure that there were no issues with the sewer line. I contacted Nu Flow and within a few days they came out and scoped the main sewer line and provided us with a video of the pipes. The technician, Mark, arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. After he performed the service he gave me a verbal summary of what his written report would say-the line was in perfect shape! Within minutes of that he emailed me the written written. The whole transaction with Nu Flow gave us the assurance we needed in going ahead with the home purchase. In short, this seems like a competent and professional company. I will use them again.

I was so grateful to have found Nu Flow - I was facing my 2nd sewer repair in 18 years and the thought of digging up my yard a second time was devastating. Fortunately, I saw their trucks across the street and inquired about their services. I found out I had old Orangeburg pipes that went under an outbuilding and concrete. The Nu Flow representative was fantastic, he camerad the pipe and had my estimate to me the following day. Upon signing the contract I was reassured that they would be out if I had any problems or issues prior to the lining. From start to finish the Nu Flow team was wonderful - the crew that was on site the day of the lining were very professional and answered all my questions. The following day my representative came back out for a final inspections and camera inspection. From start to finish it was a stress free experience.

I called NuFlow to have a main line scoped and hydrojetted - the gentleman who answered the phone was honest and upfront with me that they were booked out several weeks. Since I needed the work done ASAP he referred me to another company, and that company did an amazing job! I am very thankful for their honesty and referral to another high quality company - that means a lot to me and shows a lot about the professionalism and integrity of this company. Will definitely be using NuFlow in the future for any sewer related needs!

I had nothing but a positive experience with NuFlow during the entire job. NuFlow relined our main sewer line for a very competitive price and without the need to dig! No digging was very important to us since our lines are 12 feet deep and they would have to dig up our paved driveway. Jason was very accommodating and clearly communicated with us throughout the entire process. NuFlow even contacted Citizens (the city utility company) for us when they found out through inspection that some of our issues should not be our responsibility and therefore reducing our price. Everyone should consider Nuflow over other digging options!

NuFlow came all the way to Crawfordsville to put a lining in my broken sewer pipe under concrete. No digging was required to my relief. They had several challenges, because my situation was rather unique, and had to return a couple of times, but they persevered. They have a great work ethic, they are honest, they stand by their word, and they care about their work. I highly recommend them.

NuFlow Indy was great to work with, they came out quick after the holliday and performed a sewer camera inspection, the technician was very skilled and knowledgeable of his trade, and determined a condition existed at the utility portion of the pipe under the sidewalk and in the street. NuFlow was able to send on a request to the utility, and overall saved me a lot of money since the utility repaired the sewer at the sidewalk and in the street in a relatively short period of time.

From start to finish NuFlow was a great company to work with. They were quick, professional, fairly priced, and the result of their project looks great.After buying a home in downtown Indy, where old sewer piping is often deteriorating and has root intrusion, NuFlow was able to clear the line and then use their trenchless repair to reline the inside of the sewer from the house all the way to the city line. Its gave a lot of peace of mind seeing the final sewer scope and how everything looks brand new. They were recommended to me, and I would recommend them to anyone else as well.

Although it was not what I had planned on, the team did not tear up my yard, and the company was able to still match my desire for the extended warranty for my peace of mind. I called NuFlow after I had a camera inspection done since the first company did not locate the clog, they only let me know the existence of a clog. Rather useless since I cant fix it if I dont know where it is. Then I received a recommendation for NuFlow and Im happy I did!I first talked with Jason who was able to get us on the schedule for about a week out. Two other companies kept putting me off for a total of 3 weeks each, so I was VERY please NuFlow could get me in so quickly!Mark came to our house and was able to run a camera down out clean-out, find the clog, AND mark the location of the clog. While working, Mark found a second clean-out that we didnt realize we even had and it is MUCH closer to the clog.Unfortunately, the clog is not able to be cut through and would require more extensive methods. Also unfortunately, the cost of the repair was going to be too much for us to go with, but thats not a fault of NuFlow and seems to be on par with what people are stating online.Overall, my experience with NuFlow has all been positive and I am very thankful for them! :)

Very informative and forthcoming with information! Professional and courteous! Followup: this company saved me $15,000 after a local company tried to get me to sign a contract to have them not only dig up my yard, my neighbors shrub and the city street and pay to repave the street after telling me I had a busted sewer pipe. NuFlows superior equipment and service not only showed me the pipe was not broken, but they cleaned out the pipe and showed the condition of the pipe itself. And all at a reasonable, affordable price for my security. I would also like to mention the employees I have spoken to have all mentioned they came to work there because of the Integrity of the owners of NuFlow Indy. Highly recommended!!!

Nu Flow Indy was awesome to work with. They were actually suggested to me by Citizens as a well trusted company. Several of my neighbors have also used nu flow for sewer pipe repairs using their liners. Nu flow was quick to respond to all calls, texts, and emails. They did an awesome job answering all questions and were very professional. I had my sewer pipe repaired with their liner. Tree roots cracked through my old sewer pipe out in my front yard. Their liner completely solved the problem and saved me from needing to trench through my driveway, yard, and fence. Their trenchless technique with the liner is amazing. I am so happy to not have to worry about this problem anymore. I would absolutely recommend nu flow.

In short - Nu Flow is great. We had a big sewer issue and they helped us along the way. They explained every issue and gave us options with each issue we had (we had many). I suggest Nu Flow for any of your sewer needs.In Detail - We have a 1955 house with cast iron plumbing. We had a notion to have our sewer scoped to see if there were any issues. The scope showed that we had a crack in a pipe and we decided to get it fixed. The person we had do our scope (she only does scopes) found the crack. We selected Nu Flow Indy to come out and give us an estimate. They did another scope and found the cracked pipe. In repairing the pipe we found a bigger issue. We were not on city sewer - we had a 1955 septic tank with a big leach field. So... we had a new sewer system installed connecting us to the city sewer.I found out that Nu Flow is a contractor for Citizens in Marion County. They were able to get Citizens to come to our house and help solve this problem. We needed a 12 ditch dug at the city main and connect a tap to that pipe. Citizens covered the cost of that dig and the connection. We paid for the remaining.So - I dont like spending money on new sewer system, but given that we needed to do this, I am glad we went with Nu Flow. They did excellent work and had great communication with us on the process. I attached some pictures of the dig. There is one courtyard picture with a small backhoe. Notice that they went under our courtyard sidewalk vs. breaking the sidewalk up. That required them to dig out by hand - this was done in two spots actually. I am sure that for them, it would have been easier to have broken the sidewalk. But, this is a small example that shows that they care about their clients beyond just the task at hand.If I could have done anything differently, I would have just called Nu Flow from the start to do the initial sewer scope.Along this process we dealt with at least 8 people included the office staff on the phone. They were all top notch people to deal with.

Great company with integrity. I had reports from the town of some roots in my sewer line and Roto Rooter came out and could not get past an offset in the line. NuFlow came out, got past the offset and let me know I needed an offset repair and what type of cleaning once it is fixed. They told me how it could be fixed, including what materials are needed, and even that they wouldn’t recommend using them because it could be done for less myself or with a different organization. Provided some options for reliable cleaning companies.I was in a very stressful situation and already thinking I likely needed my line replaced or heavy repairs. They certainly could have taken advantage of that but didn’t. They seem to understand how expensive it is for a home owner to do these repairs and want what is best for the customer. From what was shared, they have company policies in place to make sure this happens. I honestly could not recommend this company more. If I find myself in need of a replacement or serious repair they will absolutely be my first call.

My home was recently part of the Citizens Energy Group Septic Tank Elimination Program and connected to Sanitary Sewer. My septic tank was under my basement floor. Citizens dug a hole in my floor and connected a PVC to existing clay tile that exited my house and they tied back into it outside. The 12 stretch of clay tile was my responsibility and I came to find out it was a mis-match of clay tile (4 and 6), some other material and an abandoned septic tank where the pipe slightly changed direction. This was just a backup waiting to happen and it did in less than 3 months.NuFlow came in and lined my pipe(s) and it is truly amazing how good the liner looks and it has a transferable 20 year warranty. More money than I wanted to pay, but nothing compared to conventional methods to fix this stretch of pipe which could also lead to foundation issues, etc.This group isnt infallible: they showed up one day unannounced to camera my sewer for permitting. They also sent me an invoice without proof that the sewer liner was correctly in place. I have forgiven them for these slip ups as they responded back professionally. Their finished work is nearly unbelievable to me.

They came out immediately and assessed our sewer pipe issue and after a very thorough evaluation, determined that having them reline the interior of the sewer pipe would not solve our clogging problem. He gave me a couple low cost suggestions rather than pay for an expensive repair. Its great in this day and age to find a company who did not try to sell me something I didnt need. I would highly recommend NuFlow Indy to anyone.

I solicited 4 different quotes to repair my sewer line. This was the only option that did not require digging up my yard and back porch. Or jackhammering a hole in my basement floor. The cost was also much less than the other quotes I received. I was provided a video that showed what the root invested sewer piped looked like before and after the new liner had been installed. The repair took less than 5 hours. The workers were very professional and there no mess to clean up afterwards. I highly recommend Nu Flo Indy.....

After finding out we had a couple of breaks in our sewer line and getting a quote to have it dug up and repaired, I called Nu-Flow Indy out for a second opinion. The guys came out, did a camera inspection, found the two breaks and blasted, literally, the tree root out of the line. They returned in two weeks and lined the two breaks.The guys were great at every step. They explained everything at each step and made sure I saw all the issues. The best thing was that my yard wasnt dug up and I was only down for about 6 hours.If you have a sewer or drain issue, give them a call. I am very happy with the work and the 20 year warranty gives us peace of mind.

After another company inspected my sewage line and told my only option was to dig up my yard and install a secondary clean out to the tune of over $2500, I called Nuflow to see what options they had available. They succeeded where the other company had fail by not only removing the clog but also cleaning out the roots that had caused the stoppage in the first place saving me over $2000 bucks! Their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all the questions I had. I could not be happier with their service and DEFINITELY recommend them!

Dont dig up your city sewer! Nu Flow will come in, line your existing one at a competitive price, and you dont have to tear up your yard, patio, sidewalk, driveway, life, etc!! Well... let me first start off by saying if you are looking for a plumbing service provider your life probably feels like it’s in shambles. And if you call around several companies you could be waiting for weeks for this guy to come out and for them send this guy and then make appointment with another guy ... all from the same company. Easily tacking on weeks to your already depressing and taxing situation. With This company I spoke to someone Friday EVENING, they came out Monday and had my life back on track by Tuesday afternoon.The Day Of: I was away at an appointment and they came out to locate the lines, I watched them on my alarm system , careful not to disturb my landscaping and to carefully lock each gate back as the entered my property and exited. I needed my yard dug up. They had to remove a portion of my fence which terrified me ! I have two special needs children and we neeeeeeed that gate! But no worries they put it back when they were done. Good as new. They drove a bobcat through my yard ... ironically we had JUST spend hundreds of dollars this past summer to get it into shape and there’s not even and indentation in it when they left. They dug up the ground in a minimal area and filled it back. I needed up with a total of four trucks outside and they did none of them blocked the neighbors driveways , the ones that were home or away. No one used fowl language and they all worked hands on as a group, seamlessly supporting each other and lending a hand. I loved that. The teamwork was amazing!Now .... to the best part: CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a huge stickler for customer care and each and every person treated me like family. From the reps on the phone to each and every technician that stepped foot on property to the virtual team that I communicated with back and forth through email and text. They communicated with me and husband each step of the way, never recommending a service that was not absolutely necessary and the price/estimate was lower than what I received with a Benjamin Plumbing or Mr. Quick , I know because I did the leg work.I will NEVER trust my pipes and property to anyone else. They had me literally in tears of joy I could not have been more blessed with any provider like I was with NuFlow. Thank God for them and their hiring team, training and expectations for greatness.

I had a harry problem with an old cast iron sewer line that was showing significant corrosion and prone to back up. The issue was it was under my building and I really did not want to have to dig it up. Mark and Rigo (?) investigated the situation as it was not as straight forward as first thought. Ultimately they were able to clean up the existing line, replace the clean out and put me in a good situation. They were professional, very compentent, and did good work. As a small business owner I needed another professional to help out and they did. I rarely write reviews but did in this case as they did good work. Communication was good as well.

Our experience with NuFlow Indy LLC was exceptional. Starting from the initial contacts to the onsite analysis and camera inspections they were very customer oriented and took the time to understand the problem and answer all of our questions. The NuFlow relining process took two full days. The crew was very professional and took special care to make sure the pipe was prepped properly before installing the liner. We are very pleased with the results. NuFlow even provided copies of the camera inspections before and after the cleaning as well as the final lined pipe.We would certainly recommend NuFlow Indy to anyone considering a cast iron sewer line repair.

I interviewed three conpanies for a city water tap-in project to get off my failing well. Other companies seemed to be confused by the project or were trying to make it sound more difficult. Nuflo came in and explained what they would do (for the first time it was how I had envisioned it) and then offered a quote that was $1,700 less than the other companies.They explained every step along the way and handled every permit and discussion with water company. Only delay was waiting on water company but Nuflo had everything in place so when water company finally showed up for tap-in portion of project we had water in less than two hours. Every single person on the job-site over two days was a professional and conversational technician who took the time to explain each step. Weather conditions and nature of this particular job weren’t friendly, but each of the 7 guys were extremely so. Can’t recommend them enough!

NuFlow Indy exceeded my expectations in a very difficult situation and were very responsive throughout the entire process. They worked very collaboratively with our plumber who had replaced 30 feet of our exterior sewer line after it had been partially filled with cement (a long story for another day). The remaining 100+ year-old pipe had some damage inside the house that NuFlow was able to line, along with the rest of the sewer pipe all the way to the city sewer. I am very grateful to NuFlow Indy for helping me navigate getting the city to repair a sewer line problem that was located under the sidewalk outside the home. They correctly diagnosed the problem and identified that it may be covered by the city because of where the problem was located. Nu-Flow was put in a tough situation as my issue was both my responsibility and Citizens Energy Groups(CEG) responsibility. On top of that, the realtor representing the buyer of the house had an ego and thought all his calls to Nu-Flow were much more important than anybody else. I say this because, I was the paying customer to Nu-Flow, not the realtor. The GM of Nu-Flow handled that issue very professionally, and still worked with me in a timely manner. The work passed 2 inspections by the buyer. The process isnt the easiest dealing with CEG, but Nu-Flow made it work and I would be happy to use them again if the need arises.

I contacted NuFlow about possibly putting a liner in our sewer line as a preventative measure. Jason was very professional on the phone and with follow-up communications. Mark came to our house, arrived on time, and was also very professional and super helpful. It turns out that due to governmental and/or utility regulations we would be required to add an outdoor cleanout to our line for this job to be completed (despite the fact that we already have a cleanout in the basement). Hence, the cost of the job quoted was much higher than anticipated, so we have decided not to proceed with the work.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This will be a lengthy review, but worth the read!We have an old house in Broad Ripple, and have had the sewer line replaced, at great expense, from the main stack, all the way down to the street.About 30 months after the last of the work was completed, the floor drain in the basement starts backing up after big loads of laundry. We bring out the company who did the previous work, and they diagnose the problem as actually being between the curb and the sewer main in the middle of the road. Given the nature of the previous repairs, and the clog of the drain line, we were told that we could try to have Citizens fix the problem, but that they would deny liability, and that a repair to dig into the street and fix the problem would cost north of $15k. (LOTS of details omitted here, for brevity)I called NuFlow to see if their technology might be able to help us. After speaking with a super nice woman who answered the phone, I spoke with Dave the owner (and plumber extraordinaire of 33 years) about the capabilities of the technology. After diagnosing our problem, he said it would be worth contacting Citizens, just in case. And in the event that Citizens did not claim responsibility, that he could beat the price (not that he was trying to take work from the other shop). He had a great, friendly, field-op named Jason call me (in a matter of minutes). Jason already had all the details necessary, and said he was able to get the gentleman from Citizens who can make the appropriate decision about repair, to check out our situation in a matter of hours.He then called me back about 3 hours later, indicating that Citizens would be starting work the next morning to repair our sewer line, under the road.Not only did this save us an astronomical amount of money, when I offered to compensate both Jason and Dave (separate phone calls) for their time and effort, they declined and simply said that encouraging words for the company would be the best payment.I hope we never need them, but if we do - well definitely be making 1 and only 1 phone call in the future. To anyone, especially in Broad Ripple, with these sorts of problems, I cannot recommend them highly enough.The solid 5-star rating that you see is no lie. Honesty, integrity, and due diligence is the basis that this company operates on.

Nuflow Indy did a great job on our complex project. We initially had another camera company look at our project and I was not satisfied with their service. I called Nuflow and they did a great job diagnosing our problem with several sewer lines running under a patio. They took the time to explain the situation to me. We settled on a liner but ran into some unforseen issues with that some old downspouts.We utilized Nuflows excavation division to perform a very deep dig in tight quarters and replace our plumbing lines. Nuflow did a fantastic job for us completing the project on schedule and to my satisfaction also working around a difficult weather schedule.
