    I highly recommend Mr. Plumber. They were so professional all around from the kind assistant who scheduled our visit to the professional technician who serviced our call. I received a text with our technicians picture and short bio which was appreciated. The price was amazing considering another company tried to charge us 3 times as much for the same service. Plus, Mr. Plumber offers a 1 year guarantee on their service. If you have a plumbing issue, I highly recommend you give Mr. Plumber a call.

    I highly recommend Mr Plumber and the True Comfort Membership! I had my annual water maintenance check, as part of my True Comfort Membership, and the technician noticed my water heater was cracked. He explained my options to me and was able to schedule a replacement for the next day. The technicians who replaced my water heater were very professional and conscientious about keeping my space clean during the process. Due to my water heater being in a tight corner of my crawl space I had to pay significantly more than I had anticipated, but I was pleased with the communication and work from the Mr Plumber team throughout the process.

    First time having an annual plumbing service done. Joe was on time (in spite of the snow and traffic) and was very cordial. He explained everything he was inspecting and testing.While there will be some replacement work in the years ahead, Joe took the time to explain why it would need to be done, but in no way pressured me to act on it today-which was completely appropriate given the age of the home.Joe and Mr. Plumber FAR exceeded my expectations today.BOTTOM LINE: Highly recommend their services

    I had a phenomenal experience with my plumbing technician Jason. He was so kind, friendly, and very professional. He addressed all my concerns and even submitted a ticket for an issue he found, on the spot to have a third party company assess water damage. I cannot recommend Jason and Mr. Plumber enough!     Bill was excellent. He was prompt, diagnosed my problem quickly and had the work done in an incredibly timely manor. He explained the issues to me (as someone who doesn’t know much about plumbing) and was friendly and professional.     Our service tech Jeff was quick to fix our emergency sump pump issue at no charge as a previous tech did not properly asses the issue and caused further damage. He was professional, kind, and I highly recommend him.

    I needed to replace a dishwasher that was original to the home. The appliance installer could not put in the new dishwasher without a modern hook up. Mr Plumber came out in a timely manner. Was honest about also replacing other parts to the plumbing in the kitchen due to the age of the home. The modifications were done quickly, cleanly & reasonably priced. Thomas, the Mr Plumber service technician, was friendly and courteous. He answered questions for future home improvement projects that included plumbing.

    I had a drainage problem which after calling Mr Quick to come out twice for the same problem, I decided to get another company to diagnose problem. I am so glad I did. Ryan and Amy came out with their video camera and were able to determine my clean out was broken and the lines going to the street were not straight causing the drains to backup. Ryan came out 5 days later to clean out drain as we had not set up repair to replace damaged pipes. They were excellent.

    We had a very good experience with Seth K. from Mr. Plumber - he was knowledgeable and informative and offered us a lot of options about maintaining our home systems. However, he never pressured us to act on any commitments we werent comfortable with or ready for. Were glad to be a part of Mr. Plumbers/Williams Comfort Airs monthly membership so we have confident annual service on all of our major home systems and technologies.

    Josh was early and patiently listened, and got right to work. He checked faucets and toilets (issue was no pressure) and ran around to a few spots. Then he reappeared and demonstrated how strong the pressure had been restored to and how normally the toilet flushed!! Then explained what had to be fixed, which I appreciated. Josh has been my tech a few times and I feel he is VERY competent and knowledgeable and I’m always happy to see he’s my tech when I get texted.

    Bryce came out and took a look at what we wanted done. Informed us that there really wasn’t much that needed to be done. Just to be tightened. He helped stabilize one of the faucets. He wasn’t even going to charge us for the work he did, just the fee for them to come out. Since it was an easy job we asked if he could install some shutoff valves and he did. He made sure he answered any questions we had and didn’t leave till we were satisfied.We have a future project to build a new bathroom in our home and we will definitely be calling Mr. Plumber for the job.

    We’re on a slab and had to have our floor dug up due to cast iron piping breaking down. Jen the sewer specialist was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to happen in terms that my husband and I could understand. Brain,Daniel,Marcos and Rick were very professional and kind. Looking at broken up concrete and dirt and dust everywhere was nerve racking. When they were done they cleaned up best they could. It’s been an experience but they kept reassuring us that everything was going to get better. Now to get my floors replaced.

    I’ve had Scott come out a couple times this year with water heater issues (not their water heater). He was awesome. Diagnosed the problems. Gave advice and recommendations. Really genuinely tried to help and inform as much as possible. A little expensive, but overall I’m happy with the service and sometimes that’s hard to find.

    Had a sewer drain line that needed to be unplugged. Made an appt early in the morning. Hunter was there within a couple of hours. He quickly fixed the issue and made sure the line was really cleared. The entire process was handled very efficiently from the initial call, to the updates I received, to Hunter’s fast work. I will be using Mr. Plumber again if work needs to be done.

    Always a good experience with Mr. Plumber and Brennan Fry was no different. Got the call that he was on his way, showed up on time and took care of the water heater flush, answered all my questions and helped reset my MoenFlo after it shutoff the water because of the water heater flush. ( I forgot to put it to standby mode, totally my fault) and so it was a little tricky to get it to return to normal. Brennan was very helpful to get the MoenFlo working again. Thank you.

The water heater was replaced the next morning and our service technician, Kindrick Kinser, got the appliance installed efficiently and in a timely manner, minimizing the inconvenience of being without hot water. We were very pleased with his work.

    The crew, Jimmy and Chuck, were very nice. They replaced our basement floor drain, which was corroded and closed to drainage, by jackhammering the concrete just enough to gain access. The new drain was installed and they repaired the concrete. The concrete work was also done well.The only complaint was they were hesitant to provide guidance on whether we should have them remove an additional portion of the drain that was also corroded. Ultimately the drain is now working well and draining quickly.

    Gavyn did a marvelous job with my plumbing issue. Quite honestly, it was one of the best service appointments I have ever went through!He had to unfortunately break the grate as it was cemented in. However, I was extremely lucky that the grate that covered the drain pipe split perfectly down the middle, with both halves retaining their integrity (at least, so far)He had me run a quick rinse cycle on the washer (as it seemed to be coming from the piping on the back of the washer behind one of the furnace room walls).During the downtime while waiting for the washer to finish the rinse cycle, we literally just had a jam session with my collection of guitars. He also opened my eyes to some cool music production software, so thanks Gavyn!Honestly, I would give 10 stars if I could. Hands down, the BEST appointment ever!

Mr. Ryan introduced himself and immediately put shoe coverings over his shoes to prevent traffic from showing on my carpet.He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.     I have always used Mr. Plumber, but today they even impressed me evenmore. I had four major issues in four different locations of my house. From the crawlspace, AC/waterheater area, upstairs bathroom and wash machine area. My piping looked like spaghetti. They set over a team that restructured all the piping, updated the shutoff valves, created easy access areas, and left the area so clean my wife didnt know they had been there. Now thats Service. They let me know when they would be coming. DJ gave me several options to fix my issue, from very low cost to a permanent fix with copper piping. He worked quickly and efficiently and I will never use another plumber.

    I had recent contact to assess need and get estimate for replacement of my main sewer line. Andy Dodge responded and was great to work with. He did a very thorough review of the overall situation and then arranged for sewer tech Jonathon Roberts to come in and clear the blocked line, so that Andy could do a complete video inspection. Both of these guys were outstanding and went above expectations in providing the information I required to make an informed decision. No work has been done at this point, but I would certainly recommend Mr. Plumber, and in particular, Andy and Jonathan should you need an assessment of main line sewer repair or replacement.

    We have been very pleased as a true comfort member. Our kitchen drain and disposal clogged up and we werent able to solve the issue. Mr. Plumber was there in less than 4 hours from our call in the morning and the problem was solved for under $100. We also use them for HVAC (Williams Comfort) and have found their technicians to be the best, esp for our 2 mini-split units.

    Very happy with our service. Had an issue with our upstairs tub drain for a year, had 7 or 8 plumbers attempt to fix and diagnose the problem, but Micheal with Mr. Plumber was able to make the correct and totally different diagnosis which finally remedied the issue. He took time to answer my questions and explain things to me. Jennifer from the sales department was also great to work with. She took time to explain things to me. The price was also much less than other companies.

    Technicians Jonathan Roberts and Andy Dodge were very polite, knowledgeable and informative. Andy had to run a camera and found a grounding rod in the center of my main line. Andy wasted no time and reached out to Citizens Energy Group and Citizens reached out to AES Indiana. Together they are working on the resolution. AES was out the next day. I used another plumbing company before and they did not find this problem I would highly recommend Mr. Plumber.

    We are new to WCA/Mr Plumber. We needed to replace our AC and Heating units. We met with three vendors for this and decided to go with WCA because the person we met with provided the most experienced opinion and information about units we should have vs what we could get away with. Work was completed the next day. It took all day and two teams worked very hard to remove our old units and install the new.We also had our ducts cleaned and the team that arrived to complete the work was very friendly and communicated every step and when the work was completed we received pictures of all of the ductwork.After the unit replacement and before the duct workers came we noticed out thermostat was erroring out. The duct workers called in an AVAC person to take a look and he found the problem and corrected it quickly.THe HVAC person noticed an issue with our water heater and mentioned it on his way out and offered to call a plumber to check it out. The Plumber came the next morning, took a look at the water heater and provided options and experienced opinion.We are 2 months into our experience with Williams Comfort Air/Mr Plumber and our interactions have all been very positive.

    We had a water spot in our ceiling and needed help figuring out where the leak was coming from. Jared was on time and so helpful. He closely examine our bathroom to try to find the cause of the leak. He helped us come up with a plan to slowly start to use fixtures in the bathroom over the course of a week while we monitored the water spot. This will help us determine the cause without having to do unnecessary costly repairs. We will definitely call him again if we run into any plumbing concerns.

The only negative feedback I could mention was his attempt to sell me an overly expensive faucet that I ended up purchasing online for a quarter of the price I was quoted. But the employee was nice enough to share the fact that I could purchase less expensive faucets online. So all in all, I was pleased with the service.
