    My wife and I had several water valves, including valves to the main line, replaced since they were getting old. Mr Plumber communicated with us clearly throughout the process from setting up the appointment to invoicing. The employee called us about a half hour prior to arriving. He was friendly and professional and worked efficiently to finish the work. We are very happy with the whole experience, an experience we have enjoyed every time we’ve hired Mr Plumber, We wholeheartedly recommend them!

    Easy use of booking an online appointment. The communication level was outstanding. I was told what technician was assigned to me including a bio, level of experience as a plumber, and a picture which enhanced my feeling of professionalism and safety. They were timely in the range provided. The technician was professional and even wore booties coming into the house which I thought was thoughtful and preferred. Easy to talk to, and provided detailed information about what he was going to do, what he saw, and recommendations. Now, it needed up not being a drain clog so I was not charged for the visit, but was provided an estimate of recommended actions for me to explore. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision nor pushed for more services than needed. Service and upfront transparency are their two biggest qualities that make me feel reassured I’m using a quality business.

    Very impressed with Craig Lemieux. Craig was most professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to explain what was needed as he checked every single inch of my plumbing. He even went into the crawl space to check the exterior hose connections. I finally found my new plumber!!!!

    Woke up this morning and noticed we had no hot water and the tank was leaking. Josh arrived around 9:30. He presented us with options.My husband and I decided to go with the tankless system. With 2 teams, total of 4 skilled and professional workers, our system is working, hot water flowing, work areas left spotless and workers leaving knowing that when asked, who is the Man?. We all said Mr. PLUMBER!We are so happy with our new thankless system, quick turn around. Thank you!

    Frank came for the annual plumbing inspection. As a part of this visit he adeptly unclogged my kitchen sink, repaired a running toilet, and examined my hot water heater. He said that while the life of water heaters is generally 10 - 12 years mine is 13. He also shared that my water pressure is very high at 110, which apparently puts more stress on the unit. Frank priced both a 6 year and 10 year warranty water heater while also communicating the importance of having a pan and water pressure regulator. I ended up investing in all 3 plus a valve for the main water shut-off. The old one was inoperable. I was extremely happy with this experience which was attributable to Franks knowledge, strong communications, and especially the fact that he sincerely cared about providing me the best possible experience.

    From noticing the problem to contacting Mr Plumber to them arriving and fixing the problem was a total of 3 hours. I was very satisfied with the level of communication and the expert advice of the technician who showed up. The problem was swiftly corrected and careful measures were taken to be sure all was functioning properly. Great care was taken in our home and all was put back together neatly. I would highly recommend this company and tech Chuck Hazelwood to promptly assess, diagnose and correct any problem with plumbing.

    The plumber came during the prearranged time, listened, then problem solved. He fixed the toilet and got the faucets to run water well.     Great company and staff. Kent came out the first day and diagnosed and corrected some problems and recommended we needed a new water softener.     Jimmy and Chuck were great. They removed the old water heater and installed a new 75 gal water heater in less than 2 hours. That included the new pressure tank, checking the circulation pump for an airlock and replacing a couple of RO tap lines, clean up the area better then it was and paperwork. They were personable, clean cut and talked about their boss, Mike L, with respect. I know from past experience Mike L is a good leader and takes care of his crew.Ill definitely request Jimmy and Check for future work. They are the best.

    I signed up for the low price water heater tune up, unfortunately expecting to be upsold while the plumber was here. While there were sales pitches, I’d consider them good suggestions, and actually quite affordable. Dayton suggested things I could probably do myself, and things that required a professional, but was at no point pushy. Just observed and educated me, gave estimates, and went on his way. Good service! Even provided photos of the suggestions so I can go back and think about it.

    Have been using Mr Plumber for many years. The last 12 years taking care of our many complicated plumbing issues inside and out, of our 100 year old historic MK home, now since moving to a newer home 3 years old, the issues are different, but somehow just as complicated. I still think they have the best customer service around. No matter what complicated or simple fix is needed, they figure out the most common sense option for your particular situation.     On a Monday my kitchen sink drains totally backed up. I knew this was going to require a pro. I called for service and made an appointment for the noon to 2:00 p.m. window for the next day. Considering the age of the house he explained the best and worst case scenario for the repair so I wouldnt be shocked if things got complicated. I was fortunate in that the old pipes held up and Seth was able to clear the drains in a short time at minimal expense. Seth was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I signed up for a maintenance plan that day on my HVAC and plumbing systems to make sure they are properly maintained. This was my husbands house, but he passed away this year and I need service techs I can depend on and trust.

As a matter of fact, Bill Delaby contacted me before 10 am and said he was 20 minutes away. I showed him where the problem was, then he explained the charges for the project, and got started.     The representative was on time, checked everything and more that I could imagine. They checked my sump pump and battery backup systems, my water softener, drained and refilled the hot water tank, checked every sink, toilet, shower, and tub in the house, the garbage disposals both upstairs and downstairs, went outside and inspected the two spigots and my pop-up sump pump drain.     Drew saved the day! I got a new fridge and could not get the copper water line back on the new fridge after trying for 2 hours. He came over around 7 pm on a Thursday night and got it back on. He had difficulty with it too so made me feel a little bit better about my DIY skills. So happy and cant wait for my craft ice!!!

    Mr. Plumber is our go to service provider for all of our plumbing needs. Their service rep Kent Whitinger assessed the status of all of our plumbing fixtures, faucets, valves, hoses, connections and water heater. He listened to our concerns and questions and explained the work he performed and suggested some items for future consideration. We signed up for the plumbing contract as we have experienced only exceptional service from Mr. Plumber.

    I had Randy, Alex and A.J. do a jetting job on an exterior drain line. It was I imagine a bit unusual because it ran from our house through a woods. They used a camera on the snake to scope it out and then jetted it clean. Initially, they ran into some blockages but they stuck with the job and worked it until it was flowing well. I was very pleased with their work and work ethic - their knowledge, quality of work and value of that work being very fair!
