Casey and John did excellent work on replacing our sump pump and enlarging the pit. They also reworked the pipe to the outside. We have had 4 people, 3 from larger named companies come up with solutions that didn’t really fix our issue. John and casey came up with a solution the looks 10 times better & will keep our line off the ground and away from the house. My husband and I are really pleased with their hard work. 10/10 Recommend!

Cannot say too many good things about these guys. Been involved in renovations in the past and had to hire a few plumbers. These guys are fantastic. They were responsive to my inquiry, came out for a free estimate and were on time and gave a fair price. We agreed on work and they came back to complete a rebuild of all the drain pipes/vents/and a main supply to the water heater from where it entered the house. Tremendous amount of work and each day they called to say they were on their way, did exactly what we agreed upon, and took the time to make some other related items right as part of the build. Could not be happier. Will definitely recommend and work with Moon Family Plumbing again!Update: had them back for another job at the renovation. Prompt, reliable, friendly, and did great work. The sink in my basement where the washer drains was backing up and spilled over. I contacted them on Friday afternoon, the day after Thanksgiving. Moon Family Plumbing got back to me quickly even though it was the weekend, and a holiday weekend at that. Jon was able to squeeze me in on Monday and fix the issue. The laundry was piling up, so the quick response and service were much appreciated! Jon was super helpful. Moon Family Plumbing will absolutely be my go to for any plumbing needs from now on.

These guys were nothing short of amazing. They were able to come out the day of to look at my water heater which ended up needing to be replaced. They offered to fix it that night even though it was 6-7 p.m. While I didnt take them up on this offer, I thought it was incredibly generous. They were able to come back out 2 days later when it worked better for my schedule.I cant emphasize this enough, they are SO genuine and nice. If I drank beer, I would have asked them to stay for a beer. I felt I could trust them in my home with my dog and they just fit right in.AND they were also very professional and got the job done swiftly. It was beautiful work. Funny to say that about plumbing, but they rearranged some piping for me and it looks great! And labeled things. It felt like a very thorough, considerate job-- they seem to really care about their work.I am no spokesperson for these guys. I fell upon them on a google search. Just a very happy customer! I found Moon Family Plumbing by using my Google Home Mini. I asked for the nearest plumber, and Eureka, there they were. I needed a plumber because they were doing some construction in my area, and my guess was turned off, but when I needed it turned back on, the hot water heater did not ignite. I was told by the gas company that I needed to contact a plumber. Moon Family Plumbing was very professional when they came to my house. There were two gentlemen who assisted me. They were very kind and courteous, and they were able to get my hot water heater turned back on. I have some other plumbing issues, and I will be calling them back to assist me to solve my plumbing problems. Excellent work, incredibly reasonable pricing, and very responsive. Casey rebuilt 3 toilets (one of which included a full pull and reset) and rebuilt 2 aging shower faucet assemblies. I especially appreciated the time he spent sourcing the necessary parts for the old shower fixtures so we didnt have to do a costly replacement. I am relatively new to home ownership, and this was the first major plumbing work I needed to have done. Moon Family Plumbing will definitely be my go-to company for any plumbing needs moving forward.

Called Casey when my water turned brown and stopped flowing, fearing the worst - he came out promptly and was immediately able to diagnose the issue (water softener), quote me a very fair price to replace the unit, and set up a time to replace the softener. Installation was smooth, he walked me through all the details - overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didnt try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldnt afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.

Casey responded immediately to my request about a slow leak and was able to schedule me in quickly. He provided proper PPE for the job (face mask and shoe covers) which is a huge plus during the coronavirus pandemic. He explained what was wrong and provided an estimated price, with potential changes depending upon what he found as he began the repair. Very competitive pricing and the job was done within an hour. Cleaned up nicely and everything seems to be working so far. If not, he also offers a one year warranty, so feel safe in using Moon Family Plumbing!

Casey O’Brien, owner, is an extraordinary plumber. He was willing to rebuild 60 year old bathroom fixtures that I was told by another plumber had to be replaced. I was endeavoring to keep the original fixtures in this house and he enabled me to accomplish that. Other trades working on this house (electrician, countertop designer and maker, cabinet maker, HVAC have admired his work or watched him at work and have asked for his contact number and intend to use Moon Family Plumbing going forward. I cant say enough about how timely, smooth, and professional my experience was. I live on a crawl. We just moved into a house where very clearly the person before us put lipstick on a pig and tried to sell it. Lucky me, I bought it. My bathtub drain pipes were leaking (or so I thought). Casey and John got down in the crawl and brought pictures out of what was actually happening. Yes, my pipes were leaking but also the drain to the actual tub needed redone because it was leaking directly into the crawl. They were able to get the whole piping system underneath replaced with new and also installed a new drain and overflow top side. Thats just the work part of it. Great guys with great souls that want to get you fixed right. Thanks fellas
