Had a water heater that kept tripping the circuit breakers and wasnt heating the water as per usual. It was very concerning b/c its less than 2 years old. So, I searched around for a local company who services these suckers and came across Mister Water Heater. They were able to come out the very next day and Daniel fixed it right up. He was kind, courteous, and didnt mind an annoying puppy getting in his way. Id definitely give them a call if youre needing water heater service in Indianapolis. My experience with the two gentlemen was outstanding. They were very professional, very nice and so attentive to the details at hand. The dryer had to be removed from the room where the water heater was put, and there was a mess under the dryer. They offered to clean it up for me, even blew out my dryer vent bc it was clogged. They went beyond the duties of technicians. I so appreciated it all because I just had back surgery, and cannot do it myself. Hope Plumbing gave us a ridiculous estimate pricing on water heater installation when they came out to the house so I called Mister Waterheater & they came to the house, provided the best service, was very professional the whole visit with everything & fixed our issues without any other problems or concerns! They did an amazing job with their services & we are more than happy with the outcome of their work! I had a wonderful experience! Not only was the repair service to my water heater done well by the technician, but I cannot thank Frank Dodson at the company enough for his great customer service. He took charge when I was having trouble getting my home warranty to pay for the repair services provided. He went above and beyond to contact the warranty company on my behalf, and the warranty company is now paying me. Its hard to find good companies and good customer service personnel, but I found both!

Enter Mister Water Heaters superhero technician - faster than a kettle boil, more powerful than a cold shower! He swooped in with his tool belt of wonder, diagnosing my heaters ailment faster than I could say bubble bath.His repair skills? Top-notch. His explanations? Clearer than my now blissfully hot water. Sure, weekend rates apply, but can you really put a price on missing the Bama vs. Kentucky college football showdown? (Spoiler: Bama didnt need my plumbing skills to boat race the Wildcats)In conclusion, if you want to spend your weekends doing anything but impersonating an amateur plumber, call Mister Water Heater. Im off to celebrate the victory of warmth with a well-deserved bubble bath. Rubber ducky optional, but highly recommended!

Our new tankless waterheater went out over Easter Weekend. I called several plumbing places who advertised 24/7. None actually did that. However, Mr. Waterheater did and had someone out to look at it in less than 2 hours. It was an issue that was hard to find, but they did and had it back up and running within an hour. Great people to work with!
