We had a kegerator that had been in need of repair for a while. We tried several appliance repair companies but found it very difficult to get anyone to come out. Ryan from Mission Mechanical was able to quickly diagnose the issue and offered us a a couple of repair options. He was very straightforward and did not pressure us in any direction. We are very happy with the work he did. Would recommend Ryan to anyone with commercial or residential refrigerating repair needs.

Review #2 - Previous review was for repair work earlier this summer to our 22 year old AC system which soon after needed another costly repair that didnt make sense and the better option was to replace the entire system. Mission guys came over presented themselves very professionally and confidently. Provided us with a quote in a very timely manner, and got the install scheduled quickly. All the while, keeping the old system limping along to keep us all cool on the hottest days of the summer. As can happen, we had a few hurdles along the way; however, Mission stepped up and handled everything very professionally and to our complete satisfaction. I have utmost confidence in all of the service guys that we interacted with. Definitely stand by my previous statement that this is a company with alot of integrity and professionalism. Both techs and the estimator were cool, courteous and very knowledgeable. Pleasure to have them in the house. I am a pastor of a small church in Beech Grove. Our AC was not working so I called Mission Mechanical. Chris Hayes met with me the the very same day I called and he was able to repair the AC unit with parts he had with him, without having to replace the unit! He could have convinced me that the system needed replacement, but he understood my financial limitations and my need for immediate relief and so he saved the day! He was both personal and professional. I did not need a new AC system, but now that we need to replace our furnace I will definitely call Chris Hayes to serve all of our Heating and AC needs. But, we have been getting the run around for 3 months now getting the unit fixed. we call each week and are getting nowhere, so it is time to post here.Feb 24 update. I have been going with Mission Mechanical for the last 5+ years, mainly because nobody does it better. This winter they installed my new furnace, air conditioner, they have been over countless times for other fixes, and just yesterday I had them install a new condensate pump in my basement & fix a drainage issue I was having. The whole job only took about 45 min. They were early, the tech wore a mask and social distanced the whole time, everything was fixed perfectly, and best of all the price was right! It couldnt have been a better experience! If you dont go with Mission Mechanical for all of your plumbing, heating, & cooling needs, youre doing something wrong!

I had them come out and install a backup sump pump and battery for me after my basement flooded. I was able to get them out to my house quickly and they showed up on time. The plumber who did my install was very courteous and knowledgeable. He said it would take about an hour and he was done in that amount of time. When we were all done he went over the pump with me including how to test it out in the future to make sure the backup is working. We also went over the new battery they put in so that I knew what to look out for should something happen. They did a good job and I was also happy with the cost as it was less expensive than other quotes that I had received for the same job, I would definitely recommend their services

When I came home to a leaking hot water line, I thought I would fix it myself and save a little money... but is this really how I want to start my holiday weekend? Our lift station started to leak and I asked my brother for a recommendation for a good HVAC/Plumbing company. He told me to call the guys at Mission Mechanical, so I did! I spoke to Tom Day, Service Department Manager, who promptly sent out Derone (Hope that is spelled correctly) to assess the situation. He was very thorough in his examination of the problem. When Tom arrived to verify what Derone had discovered, they both called me to let me know how they would handle the repair and the step involved. VERY Professional assessment and recommendation! I agreed to their recommendation at approx. 2pm and they scheduled me for the following morning. They had a mini excavator delivered, the call before you dig guys mark all the underground lines and called me to confirm an 8 am start time, all before end of the evening. Everyone showed up at exactly 8am and began their repairs.Not only were they dead on with their recommendation, they were almost $7,500 LESS than a quote I had received a different plumber that I called before my brother recommended Mission Mechanical. Yes, $7,500 less.I found my new Go To company for my HVAC/Plumbing needs. I can not say enough good things about how I was addressed, treated, cared for and ultimately taken care of by this great team!!! Thanks Again for the lift station repair!

We had an issue with our sump pump not operating at the golf course. We couldn’t open the entire course because the tunnel is which golf carts needed to pass through was under water. I couldn’t find a company who could help me with this issue until I found Mission Mechanical. Bryce was the technician who came out and helped me diagnose the issue and get the problem resolved in a short amount of time. He worked with me through the entire process and he followed up with me a few days later to make sure things were still operating and if I needed anything else.
