Very 5 star customer service. From personally answering phone, scheduling, arriving, clear big picture communication, resolving issues promptly. Ive used McNeely plumbing for water heaters purchase and installation, plumbing in gas and water. Very knowledgeable and experienced.

My Washer drain was overflowing up out of the drain. I tried “Snaking” it and only got to the 15’ mark before my snake twisted up and failed. My Maintenance didn’t have the needed tools to do the job so he Called McNeely and Tim came out and used the correct medium sized Snake to clean the drain out. No mess, no problem. Had my washer draining efficiently within minutes. Thanks Tim! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good job! Fast and friendly! Highly recommend!

I used this company as a maintenance supervisor for multi-family housing. We used them for plumbing and mechanical. I never had an issue with any of their employees, they did their work, showed up when I was told they would, and never received complaints from residents. The techs were always willing to explain what issues they found and how they were resolved, and would answer any questions I had. I would use them for my own house if ever needed.

I’ve used McNeely as a maintenance technician for multi-family properties for both plumbing AND HVAC services. Hands down, one of the best companies I’ve worked with. Communication is always on point, they’ve even fit me in for services when I know they probably didn’t have the time to. Will use them more and more and time goes on.

I am the property maintenance supervisor for a local condo Association and the residents that have had to deal with McNeely and their plumbers have made it a point to let me know that they were incredible to work with compared to other plumbers that weve had out in the past. The staff is great at communicating with the residents on every occasion which is a rare quality sometimes in the plumbing, And they will go out of their way to do anything that they can. My own personal experience has shown me that customer service quality at their office is always a pleasure to work with as well

One of their people come out to determine tejeré I had a leak in the bathroom and living room. The gentleman determined that the leaks were coming from vents from the roof. So, I cannot say enough about what a fantastic job that he did and I will not hesitate to have McNeely come out again. I am going to have to because the leak in my bathroom has come back. I know it is a leak from the roof because my neighbour‘a have had the same problems with their condos.Sincerely,C. R. Seabrook
