I hired hope plumbing to come out and replace a hot water heater and re plumb the piping.Austin was the main tech that came out. He took his time explaining all the work he was going to do. After the job, he explained everything he did and how my hot water heater was set up now.We had some crazy piping for our hot water heaters and he replaced all of it and cleaned it up. (See before and after pics.)He and his partner did an outstanding job and ensured that I did not have any more questions before leaving. I highly recommend Hope Plumbing and Austin.

Eric deserves 5 stars. He was so kind and respectful and did a great job with replacing my faucet.I scheduled online from the 11a to 2p time frame, but I dont think the schedules had things correct, as I had to call twice to see what was happening and the second time I called, they put me on hold 3 times for various length of time and didnt seem to know what was going on at all.I feel their pricing for the work completed was fair and not extravagant like 2 other companies were. Eric offered several options and we discussed them thoroughly, which helped me make a good decision for me without pressureThank you Eric. I will be asking for you again!

During the holiday season, I knew I had a big problem with my plumbing. I have a family with small children and didnt know where to turn. I was hopeful for a good plumbing company, whom had a good reputation and service. In the name of Hope plumbing, that is exactly what they gave me, was hope. The receptionist that I spoke with was extremely kind and she set up a same-day appointment for somebody to come out and assess my plumbing issue.Kevin first showed on site the same day and he promptly came to my residence to assess the situation. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and able to make a foreseeable quick assessment of what could be going on and he was able to stabilize the plumbing issue until the project manager came out the very next day. Promptly, the next day, Zach (who is the project manager), quickly came to my family’s aid to help us and our home. Zach also was able to quickly assess the situation and gave me options of how to mitigate my plumbing issues. Knowing that this project was not going to be simple, he gave my family and I peace of mind that I could have my family comfortable again. He also gave me options to work the my budget. Zach showed and thoroughly explained my home’s plumbing situation, even with illustrations for me to easily understand what was happening to my home. Zach never rushed or pressured me to make a decision and was very supportive to help mitigate my home’s issue. The service man that were on the grounds to mitigate my home’s plumbing issue the following day were extremely professional and very efficient to complete the project. I have had many home projects over the years and Zach has been the most attentive project manager. I have never come across a project manager who made me feel that he was looking out for my family. Hope Plumbing helped to get my home functional again although the people that are a part of this company gave me a realization that I am grateful this holiday season to have my home back because of the professional skills that Hope Plumping employees have.

He assessed the issues that I had and he came up with different solutions to fix the problems. We discussed the different options and I found a plan that would work for me. First experience w Hope Plumbing. Will use again. I was very pleased with the assessment that Wyatt did for my septic pump failure. He was very thorough to investigate and not just assume I had a bad pump and not another issue that would have been much less expensive to fix. He also correctly identified that, while my pump was legitimately dead, another company had accidentally cut the power lines to my septic system. I was able to get that company back out to repair the line at no cost to me.

We had a leak in a pipe in our finished basement and needed someone in a hurry. I called at 7:30am and Michael was here before 10am.He was done quickly with minimal drywall repair and cleanup needed. He explained what happened and pointed out other weak areas we had. He was wonderful with our special needs son, whose playroom the leak was in.We were very impressed and will call Hope back for any additional work we need!

My water heater leaked resulting in approximately 50 gallons of water in my house. Hope Plumbing, Brian, was there within a couple of hours and they replaced the water heater and had everything fixed within two hours. They also put in contact with the remediation company who was here the same day and the fans and dehumidifiers were in place within hours. Brian and Hope Plumbing saved furniture and stopped severe damage to my home. Forever thankful!!

Matt was such a professional, I always know Hope Plumbing can do the job but he truly saved the day. I was supposed to have a dish washer installed from another company I purchased it from but they made up an excuse and didn’t do it. Excellent service. A technician who is well trained in older homes. He came to install a simple water valve, checked out everything in the basement and found 2 more issues, one which was dangerous. He fixed all of the issues and installed the new valve.I feel extremely fortune to have had Chris Reeves as my technician ( he came highly recommended by a neighbor ).Really knows his stuff. Smart.I feel much safer now.Very grateful.I have used another plumbing company for decades but they were the ones who installed the not to code and dangerous piping on a brand new water heater just a year ago.HOPE is my plumbing company from now on.And I will request Chris Reeves as my technician. I was referred by my neighbor to Ron at Hope Plumbing. I needed a leaky main shutoff valve in the crawlspace inspected but asked for a few quotes since our home and water heater were getting old. Ron was able to adjust the main gate style shutoff valve without repairs but suggested we go ahead with the replacement. In the end Ron replaced several shutoff valves to sinks and toulets with quarter turns, a new water heater with extended warranty, the new main supply valve, and also cleaned up the plumbing to the water softener, adding an extra shutoff valve inside the house for us. We are very happy with his workmanship and highly recommend his services to you

We then received a call from Xavier with the time of his arrival.Xavier exceeded my expectations! He arrived promptly and was very professional in demeanor. He did an inspection, which was very thorough. He took photos as he went to show us his findings. He was very personable and friendly. He changed out a seal in our half bath quickly and neatly. He was very courteous and I recommend him if you have plumbing needs!

We ended saving hundreds for the job that needed to be done, plus added on some preventative measures, and still compared to other companies in our area, payed about 1/3 less, which I used to add on the preventative measure. Grant, our plumber, seemed proficient and competent, which hadn’t been my experience with the last company that we had out. So relieved to have found a company that I can trust that’s affordable, professional, reputable, and close by! 10/10

I had to replace our water heater after my 75 gallon tank heater ruptured. I do a ton of research when it comes to jobs like this and I secured 5 quotes. All recommended a tankless system over the 75 gallon water heating monstrosity I had in my basement. Hope Plumbing had the best overall quote on a Navien tankless system, which included a pressure regulator as our water pressure is very high and likely the culprit in our tank rupture. Even better than the quote was the installation done by their technician Anthony Kirby. He was punctual, thorough and extremely conscientious (does VERY clean and precise work), and he did a great job explaining the system to me once the installation was complete. Save yourself some time and look no further, Hope Plumbing is the way to go. They will be taking care of all my plumbing needs in the future.

Cartavious was pleasant and respectful of our home when arriving. He outlined what he could do and what his sewer specialist Sarah would be doing when she arrived, we signed up for Hope Plumbing’s membership and were delighted to have the services provided with that membership go into work right away. We unfortunately have an old house with very bad plumbing issues and “Tay” got his snake stuck, but he stayed with us for a couple of hours to unstick it and get his backup help and sewer specialist in. We all celebrated once he was able to get his snake out, and our project manager/sewer specialist Sarah was able to come in and give a good look in our crawl space physically and with her camera in our line.We’re purchasing an older home that’s been in the family for a while and anticipated running into some issues, however in this case, they were worst than anticipated. Sarah stayed with us into the evening, got to understand our family situation and needs for repair and came with three options on what we could do now and what we needed done in the long run ultimately, and helped us navigate financing options for all, there was never any pressure to choose any of the options and she sat and discussed with us what would be best for our circumstances for the time being and allowed us time to discuss and make decisions as a family alone, never feeling rushed or pressured by her personal schedule even as standard business hours and the sun passed us by. Sarah even helped to plunger our bathtub and explained to us the why behind the what with all of the issues we were up against. She even helped to get a team out right away understanding the needs we had taking care of a disabled parent. She’s an absolute gem that I’m so thankful was the one called out for repairs today.While the unexpected high expenses of such repairs are a hard pill to swallow at this time of year, I know Sarah and and the HopePlumbing team were looking out for our best interest and provided the best solutions possible that worked within our circumstances and plans for future work where needed. I will absolutely update my review once work has been completed but if the experience continues in the same way I have nothing but high hopes. I intend to recommend Hope plumbing and Sarah and Tay to anyone I know.We had RotoRooter out this same morning and they wanted to charge $500 to just snake the drain, no camera or diagnostic services included. Alex was so nice and helped me with calling my insurance company to file a claim so that the cost would be lessened hopefully. He snaked both drains no charge. He arranged for an appointment on Tuesday to get an estimate on the pipe that is corroded. He really made me feel better told him we had no money and he talked about financing. He gave me hope.
