    Compliments to Dave and Jake who were very conscientious in their work, and did a great job at checking the pipes and fixing the leak. They were professional, courteous, and went the extra mile. I called Gurney Bush in the morning and was told they would send someone in the afternoon, but Dave and Jake arrived the same morning around 11:00 AM. Pricing was reasonable as well. Great experience!

    For my scope and hydrojetting, they were good communicators, good price, knowledgeable techs did the work. I spoke to about 6 different contractors and I felt like it was difficult to get straight answers or up front pricing some times. Gurney Bush offered a competitive, straightforward price and made it easy for me.

    This company has gone above and beyond in so many ways. I cannot sing their praise enough on workmanship, integrity and helpfulness. We hired Gurney Busch to complete a project for The St Nicholas Neighbor in Need Foundation. They worked professionally, quickly and accurately. Helping improve the quality of life for our family in need.I had a second experience with them on plumbing project for my mom, once again, they went above, and beyond to make sure my needs were met and questions answered. We dealt with Jacquetta and she was outstanding. Her follow through and customer service was fantastic!I highly recommend this company.

    Sheer Excellence! Long story short, a continuing problem over 2 years in the making in which an electrical contractor had accidentally bored through a lateral septic line leading to the main. Gurney J. Bush was able to discover the cause by camera, clear the blockage, then coordinate us to resolve the issue with Engineering and Contractors. Top Notch operators, equipment, punctuality, performance, and most importantly, communication.Thank you so much!

    They were very helpful in arranging a time to pump the septic tank, and the driver was there on time. He knew just what to do and finished the job with no problems. Ive used them for years, and they have always been great to work with.

    I love using this company they always come through for us here at Pull Up Grill. Their on call services have helped us late night more than once. The ladies in the office are always very prompt.     Tom and John run a high integrity business! The technician unclogged a main drain for me and explained to me how to keep things clear and what to do in the future if there was another problem. In addition, I had an old corroded cap that was nearly impossible to remove. They replaced it and didnt even charge me. Highly, highly recommend.

    I called Gurney Bush when I had our external sewer drain out of our business was clogged. They sent a team out quickly and within the hour of showing up the sewer drain was opened and taken care of. They were very reasonable and professional. I had them quote me a yearly contract to jet and clean the drain and i received it within a few days. Great bunch of folks! Highly recommend!

    After another company claimed parts of my sewer line would need to be replaced due to tree roots clogging it, I called Gurney Bush. They were able to remove over 98% of the tree roots and said the cleaning should last for 5-10 years and found there was not damage to the pipes that would require repairs. They were quick, honest about the problem, and saved me thousands in sewer line replacement costs. Will absolutely do business with them again!

    This company is great, had a problem and a different company came out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, spent 6 hours at my house, said they needed to dig up my yard and replace some piping, quotes $3000. I called Gurney Bush and the came out that evening, came back Friday diagnosed and fixed the problem in less that 2 hours for less than $800. I would highly recommend this company, the gentlemen that came to my house were very pleasant, clean, and efficient, explained things in terms I could understand! 5+ stars!!!

    Gurney Bush is one of the best plumbing companies. We use them at my job commercially but I had never used them for my personal home issues until yesterday. My home warranty sent them out to do a repair to my home kitchen plumbing issues as Gurney is a preferred vendor of my home warranty company.The tech, Josh was prompt, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. He understood my issue fully immediately & resolve my issue while getting everything approved w/warranty company simultaneously.     I had a late night plumbing emergency at a vacation rental house I own. The main sewer line was clogged causing the toilet on the main floor to overflow when someone used the upstairs shower. Scott at Gurney Bush came out at 11pm at night and resolved the issue and also educated us on how to prevent the issue in the future. And the charge for late night emergency service was very reasonable. Best overall plumbing experience in years across all of the properties we own/manage. Would definitely recommend and will use again. A++++++

    I will 100% use Gurney Bush again. I had Gurney Bush replace a drain line on the exterior of my house. This was a very big project that required tearing out the driveway and connecting to the sewer line. My house is 100 years old (had clay pipes, bellies, backup etc) so we ran into some issues when we started digging but Gurney came up with some solutions and worked with me on getting it done. I was very pleased with their pricing, the guys that came to work on the project everyday, and their front office communication. Definitely recommend them for big projects like this.

    I have not done business as a customer but I did as being the municipality that issues permits. I had one encounter and we originally disagreed with one another. However, they were very polite and respectful during that disagreement. We met in person to discuss and came to an agreement. The entire process was so polite, respectful and we both completely listened to one another. I can only imagine that the customer service is just as awesome!

    The hospital I work at developed a clog in one of our clean outs. I called to schedule and was told a representative would get back with me shortly. Within minutes Travis called. I explained our situation. Being later in the evening, he said he couldnt make it due to 5 calls ahead of us. We agreed on first thing in the morning. The next day, I got to work and asked how it went. I was told Travis and a coworker had showed up and took care of our problem. Was told they were very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldnt hesitate to ask for Travis again. Thank you

    Called them on a Sunday night. Quoted me $250 to clear the main line to the street. $240 was the next best price I could find but I would be 5 hours longer. The technician, Dave, arrived early. He was professional and courteous, cleaned up his mess and got out quickly. I didnt like paying that much for service on a Sunday night, but would call them again if I was in the same situation.

    Gurney Bush is awesome. They are competent, professional, and most of all honest. There is more disparity in this field than any other. I once had Roto Rooter give me an estimate for $12000 to clear a sewer line; it ended up being a $75 service call. You can expect the truth from zGurney Bush!

    We had Gurney remove an old metal grease trap in our large kitchen and replace it with a composite unit. They were so professional and quick we were just amazed. This was a large job as the old one was plumbed down several feet below the floor of the kitchen. They excavated, removed, and plumbed in the new unit in record time and with minimal mess. Not only are these guys the number 1 drain experts, they are amazing with new installs as well. Five Star Rating!!!!

    We had a sewer line issue in the early part of 2020 and had contacted another plumbing company in Indy for service. At this point, I don’t remember the name BUT they tried to rip us off by saying that the line from the house to the septic tank/system in our yard was blocked and would cost $7,500 to fix.So, I found Gurney J. Bush online and saw they also handled septic systems. A plumber came out the next day and the FIRST THING he said was that there was a sign on the cover of the septic tank which clearly said the system was no longer connected to the house...we were on the city sewer system!!!??Needless to say, this company “saved the day” and cleared the blockage from an access point in the front yard. IF anyone reading this has the need for an HONEST and timely plumber company to make an assessment and do the work, CALL Gurney J. Bush Inc.!!

    Main line was clogged. Called Gurney Bush and a tech, Tom, was on site in 90 minutes. Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly. Upon arrival, Tom investigated the issue and also located where my main line drains into the city line so he could use it for verification after clearing the line. After about 140, Tom was able to release the clog and clear the drain.A+ service and their prices are reasonable! Ill definitely call them again if I need the main line cleaned again.Thanks Tom!

I have never been displeased with the service I’ve received through the years.Although I was told yesterday we needed to have pipes jetted to release whatever was going on with sewer backup, this morning Justin & Dave arrived & actually said it wasn’t necessary. They worked to clear up the situation thereby alleviating the need for the expensive jetting. I so appreciated their honesty.This is an updated review for March 30,2023Today Tom Means & his wonderful partner returned to jet the main line after discovering (through the video they took of my sewer line), 3 large root balls, which would have caused huge problems in the basement of our home. They were extremely kind, professional individuals I welcomed to handle this issue. I am always grateful for their fabulous service, & will never call another organization.
