Grateful plumber will be the only plumber I call from now on. Twice they have bailed me out. First time from a company wanting to charge me almost 8k for a ball valve, said needed to change while system and relocate meter out side. Grateful plumber came in and simply changes the ball valve, all in $500. This last time I did a drain clearing special, they said they could not do it be cause it was galvanized pipe and was afraid to hurt the pipe and cause a bigger problem. Grateful plumber came out a few hours later and drain is clear. Can not recommend this company enough.

I work 12 hour shifts and it makes it difficult to schedule and communicate with businesses with regular hours. I reached out through Yelp and they were the first business to respond. Instantly! Better yet they said calling after I got off work at 7:30PM was not a problem. Hashed things out and they got us worked in very swiftly. They even fixed a shelf our toddler had pulled half out of the wall that we had been meaning to fix.

Brandon was very efficient, cleaned up the area where the old faucet was before installing the new one, was very patient, definitely knew what he was doing, and the price was unbeatable. I received recommendations from a neighbor to call Grateful Plumber when my water heater was failing again. I was having some medical issues and knew I couldn’t deal with much more. I was so glad I phoned Grateful Plumber for expert advice. They were quick to put me at ease and they corrected the plumbing problems I had been dealing with for so long. My new water heater works better than the last one ever did and the pipes they repaired are solid and not sagging anymore from the previous poor install. My garden hose had been stuck on the spigot for 2 years and they repaired that too. Fast, smart and not a bad price.

Replaced cloths washer valve connections. I received a quote for the job the same day I submitted a request and had an appointment (this was quick, easy and fair). Four days later the job was done with no hassle. Adam called and asked if they could arrive early and this was great. When they arrived Adam confirmed our agreed upon price and explained what they were going to do. This was helpful because the job was more involved than I originally thought and involved some customization due to the uniqueness of the valve box placement. Adam looked at some other work I need done and I received a quote the same day. Over all just a really good experience.

Had them take out a dishwasher and install a new one. Honest and did a quick job (unlike Hope Plumbing which found three things they also needed to fix which Grateful Plumber said worked just fine or just needed tightened). Also I appreciated they didnt have a flat fee for coming out, and would give you the price for the service over the phone unlike many companies.

They were honest and told me that half of the things didn’t need to be fixed and provided an affordable price for the needed repairs.
