Had a great experience with this company. They were assigned through my home warranty company, which has not always been a great experience. Dennis was great , answered all my questions and went over and above to help fix the problem. Suggested some other things that needed attention, and my warranty company agreed. Went over and above to give advise and help with other small issues. Spent the time that was needed to get the job done. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help!!

I had a pipe burst that was pouring water into my floor. When I got the call from GottaPlunber even though their techs were done for the day Wes sent to my home to access the problem. Not only did they tell me what the problem was the tech Dennis put a temporary fix on the pipe until they were able to put in a new water heater. Not a hour later called me and said they had the water heater and would be out tomorrow to exchange out. Wow you talk about customer service and professionalism GottaPlumber was truly that. Dennis did a excellent job in the installation as well as share some water tips with me. Very friendly company that not only will I use in the future but I will recommend them to others. I had great service. This company went Way Beyond the Call of Duty. There was a little bit of a problem and he fixed it right away and even let me help decide how to fix everything . So it went perfect even though anytime youre working on your home you can have small things that have to be addressed. 5 * all the way. They will follow through and get everything the way you want it even if youre picky like I am.
