Mike and Josh were awesome.They installed a water softener and a reverse osmosis system for us. We have an old home and had been told by another company that this work was not possible. Cooperâs water (specifically Mike and Josh) came in, assessed the situation, and made it work! We were so impressed and thankful for the work they did. It was definitely not an easy or simple install. We now have clean water for our family.Cooperâs water is one of the best companies for communication too. They email and text a picture and bio of the techs before they arrive at your home. They answer their phone and emails right away.Mike and Josh were both super professional with their work. They advised us on so many things with the plumbing and were incredibly knowledgeable.10/10 -

It was nice to know exactly when my door bell would be ringing. :) Abel E. was cheerful and set me at ease with his calm confidence. He was supportive of my request to be TAUGHT how to change the filters on my reverse osmosis system. I didnât register any disapproval or judgement, on his part, that I wish to complete this task on my own in the future.Abel E. is an excellent teacher as his explanations were concise and complete. He was accommodating and remained pleasant when I asked for him to slow down at times so I could zoom in while recording with my phone. Abel E. described two different ways to access replacement filters for next time. He was honest and non-manipulative when outlining the pros and cons of buying matching brand vs off-brand replacement parts.Abel remained respectful throughout the appointment. Abel is a professional that I can see is highly capable in both the consumer and training realms. Cooperâs is very fortunate to have him. -

And they are wonderful to work with, and available for questions on maintenance or anything we needed for the systems. In addition to prices we feel are very fair especially when compared to other companies.Paul S. installed our new softener and RO system and went out of his way to make sure I had as much under sink storage as possible, and took care to add an additional water shut off since our existing is difficult to get to. Not to mention the care he took in cleaning the area where the new softener was installed.We recommend Coopers water to anyone we know who is looking to add a water softener! -

Today Mike Richard came out, diagnosed my water pressure issue, went out of his way to save me money, fixed a plumbing issue I didnât even know I had to keep our water safe and clean, and worked to install a new water softener at my home. He wasnât scheduled to do all this today, but he was kind enough to take care of these issues for me as we had been suffering with low water pressure for a while. We worked with Paul S. who installed our water softener. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He had wonderful insight and product knowledge. He spent a lot of time educating us on the product itself, going over how it works, troubleshooting, and everything in between. He was very patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The day he came, we had a lot of subcontractors at our house and it was very busy. He was extremely kind and very understanding of the chaos. Also worth mentioning, the water softener itself comes with a neoprene-like sleeve which is a nice touch. The unit itself is very user friendly. Every detail of the process appears to have been well thought out and carefully designed for maximum customer satisfaction. We have had a wonderful experience from top to bottom. It is so tough to find exceptional customer service and products these days, but Paul and Cooperâs Water really nailed it. We are very appreciative and will be customers for life. -

I would highly recommend Cooperâs Water Conditioning!We used them a few years ago to add an iron filter to our water softener. That home was on a well and the iron was turning our new white bathtub orange. The filter recommendation helped solve the problem right away.Last year, we moved to a new home in the city and the water was extremely hard. After having such a great experience with Cooperâs Water previously, I reached out to them for an estimate. They sent a representative out to test our water and recommended a water softener system based on our specific situation. I didnât bother getting other estimates because I felt like the rep was truthful and not just trying to sell us something we didnât need.A few weeks later, Paul came out to install the system and did a very thorough job explaining how everything worked. Id like to personally thank David for his prompt and meaningful commitment to making sure our needs were met. David clearly understand the importance of customer service and Coopers is lucky to have him on their team. I have updated my rating to 4 stars.Buyer Beware. When our water heater failed in January of 2022, We called Coopers because we had a good experience with them for our Water Softener the previous year. Based on THEIR RECOMMENDATION, we chose to go with the much more expensive HYBRID water heater. Our home is all electric and they said this would save us money.Flash forward to a week ago (May 2024) and our new water heater will not operate in HYBRID mode. We paid a $120 service fee for a Tech to come out, spend 30 min on the phone with the Manufacturer, only tell us that our only option was to replace this water heater that is 2 years old. He also informed us that these HYBRID heaters are chronically unreliable, nearly impossible to repair, and that no-one at COOPERS can repair them. All of which was BRAND NEW information to me. Even they folks in their office complained on the phone with how these HYBRID heaters are lousy.Furthermore, when they called to schedule the installation of the new water heater, I was informed that the installation fee would be $900.We I asked for that fee to be waived due to the fact that I was A) recommended this product, B) was not made aware of its issues, and C) that only option was a replacement. They flat out refused.Now we are stuck with a HYBRID water heater that doesnt work, and cant be repaired unless we shell out an additional $900. This thing was supposed to save us money.Will never do business with them again. -

I had Cooperâs install the water softener and reverse osmosis unit under my kitchen sink three years ago. They come out yearly to change my RO filters and service my water softener as needed. Most recently Abel was the technician. He called beforehand to let me know he was coming, and arrived right on time. Heâs very friendly, polite and knowledgeable, answering some questions I had about the RO unit. He even checked out my softener to make sure it was functioning properly! He wore shoe covers and took the used filters away when he was done. Always a great experience!We initially contacted Coopers Water to install a water softener system for our brand-new home. When it came time to replace our filters for the reverse osmosis system that we had added to our home, we werent sure who to use.So we asked Coopers Water and they stepped in to help us without question.I am sure you are probably saying, JV cant you just replace the filters yourself?While the answer is yes or really probably, I prefer to put this task in the hands of someone who is used to dealing with flowing water. We had issues with the air gap leaking, our toilets had rings around them after a week, and our water still appeared brown when running a bath for my kids (and probably everywhere else, we just didnt notice). I called coppers and spoke with one of the Coopers themselves right away. No recordings or long waits, which was super nice. They were nice and professional on the phone, and had someone to my house quickly as well. They know their stuff, and the techs we worked with were knowledgeable as well. Paul came this week to install a water softener. Unfortunately, what I thought was usable plumbing from an original water softener was no longer up to code. Paul was upfront about this and mentioned that it would be a little extra to complete the job to meet current code standards. In my experience, getting it done right the first time is easier than fixing it the second time and I understood that the extra work meant more money. All in, it was still under budget of what I was quoted from other companies and the time to complete was extremely efficient. Paul quoted 2 hours after noting the extra work and had it done right around 1 hour. Paul explained how to use the softener, what its normal function is, and everything else that could be relevant in the future. Very knowledgeable and courteous the entire time. Have already recommended this company to my close friends who are looking for a water softener as well. -

Paul was our tech, he called that morning to give me a time-frame on when to expect him and a text when he was on his way. The installation was efficient and Paul explained everthing about the softener, salt delivery, time change, etc. There was some miscommunication when I called to get a quote and the install was going to be $220 more. After some discussion they honored the original quote and did a great job. I definitely would recommend them and the 7 year warranty is transferable! -

The price was better comparable to some of the others, but I like that they were fast with getting things set up for the install, discuss all my options, as well as making sure things were done to what I wanted. Literally canât explain enough how effortlessly it was for me, call them and three days later everything was done and installed; all of which I had work too and they were kind enough to guide me through the process remotely while I was at work.
