Chris S. was very helpful and did a great job! I had a toilet that was running and he fixed it and checked for any other water running at the meter all in about 30 minutes or so. The best thing was I didnt get charged for this call! I have used Bassett for many years for heating and cooling and have always been happy with their service. This is the first time Ive called them for a plumbing problem. I dont expect the next call to be free of charge, but this time was a very pleasant surprise! Highly recommend.

The service technician, Tony Danese,did an excellent job. He was very diligent in tracking down an issue with our boiler furnace which turned out to be dust particles that had settled on the burners. Sounds simple but a little burst of air solved the problem. Tony also provided a check list onthe status of the furnace’s condition.

The electrician, Camden Holiday, was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the issues effecting some of the lighting and plugs after my home was hit with a power surge. Camden installed a device on my breaker box so if my home is hit by another power surge it’s protected. FYI surge protector power strips don’t work. I also had him install a ceiling fan which he did surprisingly quickly. I would use Camden again. I would have given 5 stars if this review was solely based on the work Camden did. I’m giving 4 stars because I thought the price was high, but I have nothing to compare it to. I paid $2,141.75

NAPTOWN USE THESE SERVICES IF YOU WANT HONESTY! I was told by Plumbing Paramedics I needed a $3500 compressor. I told Bassette why I believed PLUMBING PARAMEDICS were lying. Samuel could have ran away with it and cheated me by saying half, $1500, $700. $98 was the fee & I suffered all summer with extra medical bills too! Plumbing Paramedics took my freon out of my new unit to change the lines, thought I had a two ton when it was a 4 & set it back wrong. Then they came & gave me a tune up. Summertime only a 🪭 fan. They came out wanting to charge $89 & $3,500 for compressor.

He listened to my version of finding a leak, was able to discern a likely possibility, we opened a minimal amount of drywall, as we had to access from below, and he guess was spot on. We were able to resolve the issue immediately. Josiah came out to fix a leak under our bathroom sink. Before he got there, I realized the drain was backed up as well and would need to be addressed. Josiah fixed our leak, but when he realized the clog was further than his snake would go, he quickly got another plumber out to assess the problem. Lucas came out the following day, and not only did he fix the problem, he also helped us understand how our plumbing system works and gave us more insight for future bathroom plans. I had an excellent experience with them and will be using them for any and all needs in the future!

Matt Fulk was our technician today. We had a miscommunication on the time but Matt was apologetic when he got here. We double checked the work he was going to do and he got started. He replaced the old water heater, installed a sink faucet and added some shutoff valves. It was a big job that takes a lot of time but he worked hard on it and was done in a very reasonable time. I have been using the previous company for many years and in recent years got serviced by Rob Smith. This also has been excellent, timely, efficient and reliable. I am not certain about the new annual maintenance contract that Bassett offers compared to the old, but they appear to be a well run service company. If I were in the market for installation of new equipment, I would certainly consider them as well.

Bassett has been the best from Day 1! We had issues with our HVAC back in June and Theo Gentry was super helpful in getting it replaced and gave us a discount (because he felt bad for us and all the other crazy stuff we had to deal with from another company). We got signed up for the Watchdog Plan as well and have had our heating checked for winter time as well as our water heater flushed and plumbing inspected. Luke Watkinson did our water heater flush/plumbing inspection and was super nice and efficient.I tell everyone I know how great Bassett is!! Will never use another company!

Basset Mechanical is the only Mechanical company I trust in my home! It all started when Bud came by the quote a Generac Generator a little more than a week ago. He was courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable about the entire process and gave me a quote right away. THAT Monday, the scheduler called and had Kenny and his crew at my home THAT Thursday. Thats a 5-day lead time! The competitor, Generator Supercenter, was giving me a 6-8 week lead time. That is ridiculous so naturally Basset was the way to go. Once on site, Kenny and Scott were friendly, hard-working and very knowledgeable in getting my generator system in. While working on the generator integration, Kenny and Scott both noticed some arising issues with my electrical and plumbing systems in my home. Their professional input and the ability to conduct the work right there on site, lead me to agree to the additional work. They were able to easily integrate that additional work with my financing they provided through Ally bank. No payments for the first 6 months gave me the breathing room to pay it off quickly at my own pace. While they were working, I brought over two of my neighbors who were interested in buying a generator. As this became a larger project, Ryan and Edgar, two plumbers who arrived to install a three piece rough in and ejector pit for my basement, arrived promptly and were absolutely professional and courteous in my home. The project took a few days and even after a hiccup in process, Ryan was back to quickly troubleshoot the unforeseen issue. Scott, the plumbing manager was quick and responsive to coordinating with me every step of the way. I knew I was in good hands the entire time. Way to go Team Basset!

Both Bradley and the call center were very responsive. It took less than a two days from reaching out on Google to having someone there. He was even able to finish the job the same day if we wanted.What we are interested in: We would like to add a 120v 20 amp circuit to a laundry room with a single outlet; its a short run (20 feet maybe) but does require cutting into some drywall. The estimate is $948.15. Drywall patching is not included and I dont believe this is a service they provide. We just have the estimate and recommendations so I cant speak for anything else yet, but so far its been a great experience!
