Randys crews were very professional, we were very comfortable having them in our home. Randy followed up with us throughout all of the repairs. His crews always contacted us at least 1/2 hour before arrival. We were very fortunate having a neighbor give us his number. We will definitely use this company in the future if we have the need, plus Randy has our phone numbers and we give him permission to give them out for reference., Thank you Randy.

Absolute got someone to our house the next morning (a Saturday) after we discovered our dishwasher had leaked a ton of water. They got a dehu installed that Saturday afternoon, and had a crew lined up that evening to come by Monday afternoon and start tear down of all our damaged components. They then came back daily to make sure equipment was working, moisture was coming down and that the mold had been treated properly. We were happy to have everything sanitized and cleaned in such a quick turnaround time.

From the time I first spoke with Absolute Restoration until the conclusion of doing business with them, they were top notch. They were efficient, reliable, knowledgeable and communicated with us every step of the way. We used them for water damages sustained from a frozen pipe that burst. Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to prioritize and get our job done in a timely manner. If we ever were to experience an unfortunate event again, they will ABSOLUTELY be our first call.

Going through the process of mitigating and remediating damage to your home is very stressful. Its hard to trust that your insurance and your contractor will do right by you and not take advantage of a very confusing process. Absolute won our trust through their actions. Based on confusing language in our insurance estimate, we thought we were getting $5k more covered than what we ended up receiving. Absolute was similarly tripped up and set their contract under the assumption we would be receiving that money. When that ended up being wrong, Absolute decided to eat the cost rather than charge us an extra $5k out of pocket. I doubt all contractors would have done the same. They could have blamed us for not catching the mistake, but their Director of Operations said their reputation was more important than the money.Our review is for four stars because there were some issues with cadence of communication as well as some issues with work quality (that they corrected on follow up). But the headline we want to emphasize is that Absolute is trustworthy contracting group that treated us like human beings through some very stressful circumstances.

Worked with Absolute Restoration on a house fire mitigation project of my single family Indianapolis home. This job was a very specific and individualized self-pay situation and Absolute was both helpful and professional and worked with me in steps to assure me of financial ability to complete mitigation and allow me to get to the next step of restoring my home. Logan the director of operations came to my home and assessed the damage, worked with me on overall cost, and made sure the job was done correctly each step of the way. Absolute beat out several competitors in both price and overall thoroughness when setting up and finishing the project. When mitigation was finished Bobby, the lead estimator, was present for final walkthrough and answered all of my questions and concerns while giving me guidance for future steps of renovation. After mitigation there was not even the faintest odor of fire, smoke or soot present in my home. There was a small mishap during cleanup and Logan was responsive and helpful in resolving the situation quickly amidst a busy schedule. I absolutely recommend Absolute Restoration.

A flooded basement, even if it is only a few inches of water, is one of the worst events you can experience as a homeowner.It was refreshing to have Randy and his team assisting us with our drying process. They responded promptly and were very patient and professional. I was given a few different phone numbers and companies to contact to help us with the restoration process, but Randy was the first one to respond and got us on the schedule at our convenience.I hope that we never have to hire a restoration company again, but if we do, we will definitely call Randys team at Absolute Restoration.

I can literally not express how pleased we’ve been with Randy and Steve. This company is everything customers have come to expect but never get these days. They are good at their job. Always showed up on time. Worked diligently to figure out the problem and repair it. Initially showed up at night to help us…. Something no others would do for us. They even helped us get rolling with our insurance company when the adjuster was giving us the run around. They went completely above and beyond to help us get back to normal and navigate our situation. Everything is repaired and even better than it was. We are so appreciate and highly recommend them!!!

Randy and his crew were promptly here when we had a water leak! They immediately found the water leak and went into action to take care of the leak and water damage. They were professional, prompt and very detailed in every aspect from keeping us informed to making sure our home was ready to begin its rebuilding. I would recommend them for any of their services!

He took the time to make sure everything was bone dry, answered all of our questions, and worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. I hope we dont have any more water damage, but if we do, hes first on our list to call!

This past October I came home around midnight to water pouring out of my ceiling from a water supply hose that broke in a bathroom on the 2nd floor. Randy and team arrived first thing in the morning to begin the water remediation. Randy has connections in the insurance world and was able to find my claims adjuster before I even received this information. This was a blessing as the damage was extensive and time sensitive.
