This will be my second encounter with this company. The tech Damien Davis was very nice and knowledgeable of the issues I was facing. As soon as my warranty company approved the claim to be fixed, he was out the next day. My unit is working better than before.

Techs did a great job installing my new water heater. It was in a tiny upstairs closet and part of the wall had to be cut away to get the old water heater out and the new one installed. They were neat and efficient. It was a very difficult job with lots of heavy lifting. I highly recommend using 1-800-Plumber + Air.

Where do I begin...Chuck was amazing and continued to come out to our home on 3 separate occasions to assist us in our home. Chuck to his time and diagnosed the problem and ensured after installing our kitchen sink Faucet, sprayer, and garbage disposal it was done properly. Damien did a great job. Thered been a scheduling mishap but he was flexible and made it work. He addressed all our concerns and was thorough. Our only complaint was with the scheduling issue, but since we went through our home warranty company that might be why that happened. Thanks for your hard work, Damien!

They were referred by America Home Shield insurance company. At first, they didnt think they could replace my defective water heater with a normal labor charge. But with my urging, they sent in another of their techs, and they determined it could be done for the normal labor charge. They proceeded to put in the extra effort, replaced my defective water heater and now I have a new water heater performing wonderfully. No water leaks, no leaking gas joints, installed professionally which results in a satisfied customer and a positive review.

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

I have a 70+ year old house. I had a corroded 3 sewer pipe that lead out of the house, located in my basement. It was leaking a lot of water a day. In less than 3 days, they came, gave an estimate and even gave me a bundle deal to replace my bad sump pump, as well, and fixed everything. Was very impressed. Quality work and couldnt ask for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Another thing that helped was the financing they offer. If (or I should say,when 😂) the next thing goes wrong with anything they cover, I will definitely be hiring them again and will refer them to friends and family. I dont have one negative thing to say about them. I was definitely impressed and was very worried about the whole process, but they put my mind at ease, right away! Thanks Again, Kyle.

Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!
