Lee came out today to fix some issues under warranty and really went above and beyond to actually find our water meter which was so deeply buried! And took the time to check each faucet to adjust the water pressure/flow to be 1000% better. He was also a gentleman, kind and very knowledgeable! I’ve had other guys from Victory come out who also have been very helpful in fixing issues after we bought our new build! I’m really not sure why the reviews are bad…sounds like most of it is due to driving and not even the work! That’s unfortunate because the work that’s been done to keep our house flowing has been amazing! Don’t listen to the other reviews!

Lee Owens is a serious superhero. I have had a gas leak ever since Rheem had the recall in 2021. Victory has sent techs out to work on the recall fix, but then always had a has scent/leak issue. Victory sent techs, but they were not able to figure out the leak and mentioned how everything looked normal. After about 3 years and reengaging with the builder, Victory sent Lee out. This tech was here for about 1 minute and identified the gas leak. It was due to some bolts not full tightened. Lee probably saved my life and knows what he is doing.

Victory Plumbing came to the rescue today! Called them for an issue on our tankless water heater that has left us with no hot water for 5 days. They came out the same day and fixed the problem that other professionals had been unable to fix. Thank you!!!
