    My technician was Moe. He arrived to my house exactly at the time he said he would be here. He fixed the problem in less than an hour. He was courteous. He was very clean. He and very kind.     Our guest shower has had low pressure and no hot water for several months now. We finally called Premium Rooter and Isaac knocked it out of the park in 10 minutes! While we had him we also asked if he could check the other shower for good measure and he had no problem doing so - super friendly and helpful :)) 10/10 recommend!

    We have a rental property and when we had plumbing issues Premium Rooter came highly recommended by a friend. They did not disappoint; we had a great experience overall. Brett came out promptly, called to give us an estimate, explained the problem and solutions clearly and was very professional. It was a big water leak outside. The price was reasonable and we were satisfied with the results. A few months later we had a smaller issue in the main bathroom and immediately called them.     The company was sent by American Home Shield. I was pleasantly surprised to read the great reviews for a service sent out by AHS, as we all know that is often not the case. Dominic was excellent. He worked hard with me to fight through the AHS red tape which delayed replacement of the hot water heater. When AHS finally got their act together, Dominic replaced the heater ASAP. Cost was fair.

American, Home shield took the better part of two weeks to approve things, and so Mohammed moved me forward and did the work immediately upon approval even though he had to stay late.He showed me the pictures where he ran the camera under the house, in the drainage pipes, explained thoroughly what to do, what not to do in my particular situation, and what to look for in the future.Spent 10 extra minutes discussing things, was not in a super hurry. Was extremely friendly, professional, cleaned up well, and he even down plastic so he didn’t track things around the house.And left me with a sense that he cared, took care of it, and that he was very very very competent.I will specifically request his services, and I will use this company for my future plumbing needs.

    Miguel came out and found our mystery leak. He took his time and finally found it. This is the fourth time we have had a plumber out for the same leak. The other three visits were from different plumbing companies.This time the leak was so bad that it completely soaked our bedroom carpet and into the living room. Possibly even has caused the sheetrock above the tub to need to be replaced.Miguel didnt stop until he found it, which was absolutely not where my husband and I thought it was. I highly recommend this company and even more highly recommend Miguel.
