I called Nathan when my hot water heater started leaking, and he immediately said, I can help you with that! and I knew it would be taken care of. Within a few hours, Wes and Adam had arrived to check out the situation, and it was a tough one with my extremely old and deteriorating hot water heater tucked tightly in the attic. With almost no space to work and temperatures soaring over 100, they got to work draining the old one and making plans to get it down. Nathan came and helped so that everyone stayed safe and could share the load. They worked great together as a team to get it down and out. They also went above and beyond getting the exact right thing for me -- calling all over Austin and surrounding areas and Wes and Adam driving to multiple places to get all the parts and the new hot water heater to fit the small space. They installed the new one, double checked everything was correct, and cleaned up after. It wasnt the way I wanted to spend my Friday, but they made it the best it could be, charged a fair price, and were communicative the whole time about what they were doing and how it was going. They were friendly and helpful, and I couldnt believe they helped me same day. Thanks, Nathan, Wes, and Adam!

We had a busted pipe today 1/17/24. I did a frantic search for plumbers that would repair plumbing under a house. I came across Apex Plumbing’s 24/7 phone number and called at 5:30 AM. A live person answered and within minutes I had an appointment scheduled for a time frame between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. They arrived right after 12:00 PM with apologies for not making it sooner. Within no time at all, the busted pipe was fixed, the water lines were tested and they were on their way. The cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Apex Plumbing.

Quick response, professional, and cleaned up the area they worked in! I was really impressed with Kevins ability and response to our problem with a garbage disposal. It needed to be replaced, and he had everything he needed in his truck. He even took the time to teach me a quick, slow drain fix. If youre in the Austin area, look no further than Apex. These are good people who go above and beyond. Theres lots of plumbers but rarely do you get one with such great customer service. I ask Apex system to to repair my water heaterThey were very responsive and was able to get the work done within few hours.But charge me very high with the work of just over 2 hr. They charge me in labour $450.I communicate with Natahn, but next day when I checked the water heater cover for wires and propane pipe was left open. And there was damage to the water heater. This is unacceptable . When I called again they comeBack and fixed it. But I am sure the work was not done by professional and quality was poor.Updates 4/24/2024 1.43 pmMr Nathan called me after 2 start review and was very upset with me because Of the review. He also told me not to use Apex anymore. I agree with him will not use them again. After that he sent text, saying some people can’t be satisfied and so on… as well until I told him to stop.Update 7th May 2022.After 2 week the my water heater had issues again. I explain what happen to another plumber he told me to call Apex back… I called Mr Nathan, he was very helpful and went extra miles personally instead of some subordinate and took care of the water heater replacement. I am glad, I gave a 2nd chance to Apex and they come through with flying colors. In the process I meet Mr Nathan personally and he is a wonderful person. That’s why I am changing review rating as well. I will recommend them.

A few years back Nathan replaced my water heater so recently when I started having some plumbing troubles I gave them a call and again they came through for me. We highly recommend this company. Derick and Kaiden came to our restaurant and serviced our clogged drain. They did their due diligence and answered all of our questions and concerns. When things did not work out as we’ve planned, they kept their cool and were patient in troubleshooting the issue. Even though it took longer to solve the problem, they did not charge extra and the invoice was the amount agreed before the work was done. They made sure to keep us in the loop of what is going on and the work they were performing to showed us exactly what the issue was. We really appreciate their work ethics and we feel like this company truly cares about their clients.

The owner came out to the house with his technician not only on the weekend but as an emergency call. He replaced our hot water heater the same day for a good price which included parts, labor, emergency service, and warranty. They also followed up the next day to ensure the water temperature was to our liking. When we suggested it to be hotter, he came back out free of charge to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Excellent customer service and fair price. I highly recommend!!

Nathan just came to our house after the winter storm and we had a pipe burst. Could tell he was slammed (as Im sure all plumbers in Texas are right now), but he was super nice, communicative, and realistic about when he thought he could make it to us. He came out late at night, he fixed our issue in a snap, and he noted some things we could improve in the future if we wanted. Hes wonderful, highly, highly recommend, and we will use him again!

Nathan was friendly, very responsive and worked as quickly as possible to get us up and running with a new tankless water heater when our old hot water heater broke. He even fixed the old hot water heater (at no charge) to temporarily allow us to have hot water while we were waiting for the new one to be delivered and installed! His pricing was fair and accurate. We felt it was quality service at a value price!

Needing a plumber can be a troublesome task. When I needed one, I went the Home Adviser route. They connected me with several qualified pros, and I started by placing some phone calls, getting estimates and narrowing the search for just the right one.After prayerful deliberation, I was contacted by Nathan, at Apex Home and Commercial Services, through Home Adviser, and Nathan offered his services. We discussed the work I needed done, and he presented several options, the best one for me was being able to purchase the water heater direct from Nathans supplier, and saving me a lot of money! Nathans communication was flawless, keeping me informed every step of the way. The best part was his pride in his workmanship!

I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing job you will ever need. They repaired my drain pipe. My drain pipe had tree roots in it, and it was broken. They did all the digging and repaired the pipe perfectly. They took the time to leak check it, and they offer the best and longest warranty Ive been able to find. They also have the most competitive pricing I was able to find. They were very informative and very professional. There is really no reason to ever call anyone else. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5. I am one happy and very satisfied customer! Thank you Apex!

This was by far the best plumber for the job!! Derek and Justin were professional with a side of wit. I was told by another company the job would be 600. Plus, I needed a weight bearing wall cut out.These men worked around that wall and the price was 350 with a contracted grantee. I recommend Apex 100%!!!I was washing clothes an hour later! 👍

Needed some kitchen faucet lines replaced while trying to do a kitchen refresh. Came across Apex by reading reviews and took a chance. Not did they respond fast, they came out looked at my situation, and through conversation, I was also able to address some issues I had with a bathroom faucet. While addressing the bathroom faucet issues, it was also noticed other pipe and drain situations underneath the house ( old house with galvanized pipes). Was told for the most part things looked good but some things needed attention. They could have tried to sell me a whole new piping (will need eventually) but it could wait. They were very kind, professional, and ensured I was happy with the service. A lil miscommunication on arrival time but immediately remedied. Affordable even gave a price break and worked late into the evening Will definitely use their services again.

Justin came to install a whole home water filter with softener and UV-light. I had purchased the products from Springwell in hopes of a DIY project. But being swamped with my own stuff, I reached out to them just after the winter storms. I was very clear that I wasn’t an emergency client, being respectful of the people with true emergencies (busted pipes, etc) after the ice and cold. Still Apex got me scheduled the quickest, it wasn’t even close. Justin’s knowledge and workmanship is second to none. We had initial miscommunication/misunderstanding about the estimate, but it was quickly and professionally addressed, these things happen. Extremely satisfied client!

My elderly parents had a water heater that started leaking. It was the end the work day on Friday. Calling around other companies said the earliest would be Monday. Apex came out right away to prevent water damage. Then the next day they had Wes installed the water heater. I have to say Wes was amazing with my elderly mother and stepfather. He was so respectful and kind to them. I would highly recommend them.
