We hired Green Leaf AC to replace our AC downstairs based on a friend’s referral a few years ago. We have been using their services in AC, heating maintenance and plumbing issue.Based on our experience in the past few years, I can’t recommend Green Leaf enough! They truly went above and beyond during every visit. It just happened today that we called them to check on an issue with our water-heater, and their technician Scott Bearfield arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly.To our surprise, it turned out to be a small issue, and he fixed it on the spot—at no charge! Great local company I would highly recommend to perform service on your home.We returned to ice build up on the AC condenser and no cooling in our home at 8pm on a Sunday and our home at 85 degrees on the interior.I was able to actually use their web portal and shockingly enough get an appointment for Monday the next day. Other service providers were out 2-3 weeks for appointments.Standard service visit fee is $129 which is very well priced.Technician Blake Douglas arrived on Monday before lunchtime and completed diagnostics and found a bad blower motor to be the issue. He noted the serial number on our unit and advised the unit is still under warranty so we would only need to pay for 1 hour of labor.Standard service fee was waived once we approved to proceed with the work.We approved the work to be done. Part was put on order and Blake arrived the next day (Tuesday) and completed the blower motor swap in 1 hour. He tested other vitals and everything came back ok.Their staff at the office are very friendly with very little (1-3 minute) wait time if any. Technician was very friendly and professional with service and repairs.

I recently used Green Leaf to fix an issue I had with my AC system, which ended up being a zone controller board that needed replacing. Technician was prompt and quick, and even went out of his way to expedite getting the part to complete the replacement. In and out and problem fixed! Have been enjoying a working AC system since. Green Leaf did a fantastic job installing a modern Trane system to replace our old furnace installed in 2002. Our previous system wasnt wasnt set up properly for our house, and whoever initially put it in did a horrible job by affixing it with a heaping dose of liquid nail to the board that it sat upon. Our upstairs floor used to shake every time our old unit ran and now it is completely fixed. We are loving our new system, and so are our energy bills. They also installed a new thermostat along with more insulation in our attic and weve already noticed the difference. The crew they sent over was fantastic, did great work, were easy to talk to and had some great tips. Thanks Green Leaf, we are completely happy with our purchase!

We had been with SOS Heating and AC for years. When they merged with Green Leaf I trusted that they knew what they were doing, but still, theres always a little bit of worry. A good, reliable AC company is priceless.Our AC was installed by our builders subcontractors, so we didnt have any say in who did the work. I wasnt very impressed with their AC crew, but, I had to wait for the warranty with them to expire, before I could pick my own AC people to come out.We had our first maintenance appointment with Green Leaf, and Andrew came out to take care of everything. He was wonderful! Prompt, and polite. But also very friendly (we have a cat who thinks hes a dog and insists on greeting everyone who comes through the door, Andrew was so good with him). I am a question asker, I dont know enough about ACs, so Im trying to learn what is a reasonable expectation for energy use, coolness, filters that can handle all the dirt, dust, and cat fur this house has. Andrew was so patient with all my questions, and explained my options really well. I can have buyers remorse over a new type of cereal, but Andrew was so good with all of my questions, that I feel comfy about everything that was done (as well as cool, because now our AC is running better than ever).Thank you Green Leaf for being such a reliable company, and thank you Andrew for doing such a great job!!

A/C wasnt blowing cold last night. I called Green Leaf, and they put me on the list to come take a look. They have a great communication tree where you receive an email and text verification that you are on the list. Next, you receive a text with a picture of the technician who will come to your house. Then, your technician calls or texts you to let you know his eta. I loved being kept in the loop because nothing is worse than wondering when your ac will get repaired.Daniel arrived and immediately went into troubleshooting my unit. He found the capacitor crapped out and replaced it. He performed follow-up tests to ensure my air quality was acceptable. Bonus, once the job is completed, your invoice is emailed to you along with pictures of the work performed. I am very pleased.

Once again - I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had a different technician this time around, Chris Corbell. I was not having any issues with my HVAC system, just wanted a checkup. Chris came out, noted a few things that could be potential problems for me later down the road. He explained each issue, pointed out the most critical repair, and noted that the other repairs were needed, but not necessary at this time. He then immediately provided me with three estimates, noting the most important fix first ...another estimate including the top two repairs, and a third for a complete repair. To me this was above and beyond. I opted to have all three done and Chris promptly showed up and did the repairs in less than an hour. Very happy with Chris and Green Leaf AC - oh- and the customer service agent was great as well! AWESOME Company!

Our a/c system started freezing up, and summer is approaching.... We were worried we wouldn’t be able to find anyone that would get to us in a timely manner. It made me feel comfortable that before the service technician came to our home we received and email with the technicians name and photo. My heating unit started making loud squeal although my heat was working. I made contact via the website and set up an appointment. That was quick and easy! The person on the other end took the time to answer all my questions and get everything set up. My technician was Chris he came promptly and reviewed a video I had of the squeal then proceeded to check my unit! He discovered that the fan motor was the issue. Before he left he emailed me an estimate. But said he highly recommended that we replace unit as its 20 years old. He took many pictures of my unit inside and out and started process of getting things set up for my estimated replacement. After he departure my unit kicked on for its final time. Made loud electrical hum and smelled of burning wire so I killed the breaker to the unit. Spoke with Josh after approving my unit! They had every thing in stock and set up my install! Install was also amazing Victor cane with two others for my install. They too were very friendly snd prompt! They cleaned up the mess and took the time to thoroughly check and explain things to me! This system works amazing! I never realized how much the other system had been struggling. We have one bedroom that the ac and heat never seemed to do much in that room. Its the furthest away from the system. Those days are passed.. now you can feel the heat blowing though the vent! The system is do quiet! Now I hear all the older units kicking on around us. The little things I had not noticed before! My over all experience was top notch! Ill never contact any other ac or plumbing company again! One call and I know Im getting the very best service! Id rate them a 10 out of 10!!!

AC went out yesterday. I called Greenleaf Hutto & was able to get an appt for a technician to come the very next day. Daniel showed up and was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He replaced the capacitor in a timely manner, but then the fan wasn’t working. He said we would need to replace the condenser fan as well, which would cost us a considerable amount more. After opening the top of the unit where the fan is, he noticed one of the wires was unplugged and pinched. He plugged it back in and adjusted the wires and then voila! the AC fan started turning. Whew! We were so relieved it didn’t need to be replaced. He was so honest and very helpful which saved us a ton of money that we didn’t have to spend. Thank you, Daniel for the excellent repair/customer service, as it’s so hard to find trustworthy people these days. We highly recommend Greenleaf in Hutto and will definitely be calling them for any future AC repair needs.

From my first contact through their website, Brent was very responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions and providing a competitive quote for a 16 seer system (a/c and heating). Installation was quick and on-time, and Mike and Raul were very professional and safety conscious. They used drop cloths to protect my floors. Installation took about 4.5 hours. Within an hour after the install, my indoor temp had already dropped 6 degrees on a very hot day. I love my new wifi-enabled thermostat (which they installed for free), and I am thrilled to have this new unit as temps are 100+ every day. Even better, I have 18 months to pay off the cost (through Wells Fargo) at 0% interest. I highly recommend Green Leaf A/C and Heating!

They came when they said they would, and did (I think!) a stellar job of removing the old HVAC, running an extra return duct, installing the new thermostat, and sealing up the new HVAC to our house. During the installation, my wife suffered a bad fall and required a trip to the E.R. The guys carried on and when we got back, everything was in place and running like clockwork.Only question is, do you normally provide a new dog house for the ducts between the house and the HVAC? The guys used the old one after cutting it down; perfectly functional but my better half thought that for what we paid it looked kinda clunky...but it does run very nicely and the humidity is much better. I’m giving three stars because the technician did show up on time, was knowledgeable and took care of the problem. I’m only rating three stars because I should not have been charged for my service call. My mini-split system was purchased and installed less than one year ago by SOS, who Green Leaf has since bought. According to the SOS sales rep who I originally worked with and contacted about my issue, it should have been covered 100% for the first year. Instead, I was told my clogged drain line was a maintenance issue that was not covered, and I was charged $129. When I purchased the unit I was originally told the only required maintenance was to clean the filters. I was never informed that a clogged drain line might occur or how to prevent it, and never having had a mini-split system I was not aware of this. Not exactly a smooth transition from SOS to Green Leaf.UPDATE: Shortly after posting my initial review I was contacted by the General Manager of Green Leaf, who indicated the service fee was standard in this circumstance, but offered to refund the fee in light of any mixup or confusion. I consequently revised my rating of Green Leaf from three to five stars, because this is the type of follow-up and customer service you rarely see anymore.

Green Leaf answered promptly and promised to have someone out between 12:00 to 1:00pm that day. They texted me to confirm my appointment, the name of our technician, and his estimated arrival immediately after our call. Mr. Broussard arrived by 12:30! He made a complete inspection and did a minor repair. He also tested our exterior water line at the meter to confirm that there were no other leaks due to the cold. We are very satisfied with the professionalism and prompt service.

I had an amazing experience with Green Leaf technician Mark Walding. He 1st came to our home because I had been smelling a moldy scent for two days. He immediately got into the attic and found the cause, helped me with a quick fix while also educating me on the system and what I needed to do to keep my home nasty pathogen free, especially with a newborn. Once I was able to move forward with the purifier system he got back onsite within two days and had everything installed within an hour. My spouse and I received many bids regarding a new HVAC system installation. After speaking with 8 different companies, we decided to go with GreenL Leaf. Our initial point of contact was Bre. She was great and took the time to lay out a couple of options. We were presented with options for Trane and we had three different models/bids to review. We went with the mid model option and we are happy we did. Our HVAC installers were Xavier and Carlos. They took their time, were diligent with their work, and answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond to trouble shoot some sounds coming from the vents. The job was done, but they stayed around a bit longer to make sure we were satisfied. It has been about 1 week since the install and our new system has been performing well. For the first time ever, our kiddos are complaining their room is to cold! Which compared to before was great since we seemed to have no airflow going into their rooms. We took advantage of their 1,000 summer discount and they added some extras such as extended warranty on parts and labor and uv filtration. I am so very impressed with Green Leaf! I had an A/C emergency when my husband was out of town. I had received a very trusted recommendation for Green Leaf and called for help. Diana was able to get me on the schedule that day. Larry, my technician, was SO professional and trustworthy. He was upfront about all of my options and costs and performed the work with his professional crew in a timely manner. Eddie, the owner, followed up to be sure that I was pleased with the service. I suppose you can tell the most about the character of a company and its personnel when the company expends money and effort to resolve a mess created by another company.That is exactly what Green Leaf HVAC in Hutto, Tx did for me.In June of 2023 I bought and paid in full for a Trane XV18 4 ton Heat Pump system, including a 10-year Labor Warranty from Company A.( I will omit the name of Company A, because the previous management of Company A was well regarded, but problems arose when management changed just before I purchased my system. The 10-year Labor Warranty that was included in my purchase price was to then be obtained and paid for by Company A from a third-party warranty provider. Trane, of course, provides a 10 year Warranty on Parts, and 12 year Warranty on the Compressor, but provides no Labor Warranty.The problem was that Company A would not obtain and pay for the 10-year Labor Warranty. For 4 months I called, sent multiple emails, etc. to Company A, but with no success.But I was in luck, because just as I was about to give up or hire an attorney, I learned that Green Leaf HVAC had just completed the acquisition of Company A.I sent an email to Michelle Lewis, the Green Leaf Office Manager, and laid out my situation in detail. Michelle responded that she would give the General Manager my information about the unfulfilled Labor Warranty. Brent Ford, the General Manager then immediately emailed that even though Green Leaf had received no payment from Company A for the warranty, Green Leaf would obtain and pay for the 10-year Labor Warranty to be issued by a Warranty company that Green Leaf used on a regular basis.Within 48 hours of my first contact with Michelle Lewis, I received an email showing Green Leafs payment for the 10-year Labor Warranty covering all elements of my Heat Pump system.I was, and still am, astounded by the immediate assistance given to me by Green Leaf personnel, when, in reality, they received nothing in return, other than my open-jawed awe and thanks for carrying out another companys contractual obligation.Believe me, you will be in good hands should you choose to purchase services or equipment from Green Leaf HVAC. Home air conditioner stopped working on Saturday afternoon when it was 105 degrees. I called on Sunday, and they made an appointment for Monday. Felix came Monday morning and diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. He then quickly replaced the capacitor and my AC was working. Very happy with the repair.

This company went above and beyond what I ever expected. I received an email letting me know my technician, Arthur, was on his way. He then called me less than 60 seconds later to let me know he was on his way. They then sent an email detailing the technicians background with a picture so that I felt safe and knowledgeable about him. He came in and was highly respectful and professional. He answered all my questions, provided intelligent and helpful recommendations, showed me all issues that were found, and sent me a quote detailing everything he spoke with me about. Highly recommend this company. Great customer service from initial setup of an appointment to the actual service itself. 5/5 stars all the way.

The summer heat is coming so we got a Tune Up for our AC unit. As a homeowner I could not be more satisfied with the service provided. Green Leaf AC and Heating sent out technician Edsel Perez and he was absolutely the best in the business. He provided information on what he was going to do and be looking for. He was very professional but more importantly very informative to me the home owner. His knowledge let me know we made the best decision in calling Green Leaf. He did an excellent job in all his checkpoints on the outside unit, the furnace area, and indoor thermostat. I will recommend Edsel Perez and Green Leaf AC to all my neighbors, friends, and family. This was a Great experience and again as the homeowner I am assured I had the Best in the Business assisting me. In a time of need..... I WILL CALL Green Leaf and ask for Edsel Perez!!!!! I want to give a shout out to Daniel. He is a technician that serviced my A/C and heating system. He found I had a clog in my primary drain line and worked diligently to solve the problem. I am so thankful for his problem solving skills and taking the time to make sure our A/C is in tip top shape for the summer. I will definitely be using Grenn Leaf again next year for my annual service and I hope Daniel comes to my house again.

Green Leaf Heating and Air just completed a replacement of our two heating and cooling units, installed air scrubbers and whole house filters. Our 15-year-old AC unit went out one night and we knew it was time to consider replacements. We had two bigger companies come out to give quotes. Eddie, the owner, came out and fixed the issue first, replacing the capicator which gave us some time to consider all the options. He got us a quote the next day and didn’t pressure us in any way. We decided a few weeks later to have Green Leaf do the work.The crew got the job done in a day, were very focused on completing the job on time, hardly taking a break for lunch. The system is running great, can barely hear it and haven’t had to make an adjustment to the thermostat in more than a week.Eddie treated us more than fairly, and we feel like we got a good buy. We would recommend Eddie and his team for repair work or replacement. We will be calling him again when we need maintenance or service.
