    Once again, stellar service completed by American Eagle Plumbing! Jon and Alex came out and installed a water conditioner chemical filter to supplement our water softener and chlorine removal units we already had. This was to filter out the forever chemicals that the other two systems wont catch.Excellent communication from start to finish and beyond- from texting when they were on their way, all throughout the installation process (which takes a few hours) and even additional follow up the week after to check if weve noticed a difference in our water.Very patient and informative! Was also very impressed with Jons rearrangement of our conditioning systems in order to accommodate all three into a limited space in the garage. Highly recommend their services.The new filter is the black one on the left in the photos- very professional looking installation.

    What a great experience and service. Jon showed up between the projected times and called prior too. He listened to understand what happened in order to better diagnose the problem. Inspected and tested the system from the curb to house. Found extremely high water pressure which could have easily caused future issues and decreased life expectance of water heater, softner, etc. Gave multiple options spanning different costs. Highly recommend and will defiantly be a returning customer, hopefully not to soon. When you have him come help you, dont forget to talk to him about his passion. Clean, quality water!!     If you are doing any plumbing work in your house ask for Jon Scheumann, he was super helpful in providing multiple options for the needs I had and also explained the pros and cons for each of the solutions he offered. He was super professional and made the whole process really simple.     I called American Eagle Plumbing because the main water line to our house had cracked and we had a puddle of water in the yard. I called as an emergency because I had to shut off the water. John was there an hour early and dug the box and line out to expose the crack and went to work. He did an excellent job repairing the old line and put in new PEC and valves and did an excellent job. I was afraid we would be out of water for several days but by 17:00 PM John had us back in water and ready to go. I could not be happier with his work. King, courteous, hard working, and just an all around wonderful person. You couldnt go wrong with John and American Eagle Plumbing.

    I got so lucky when I found Jon at American Eagle Plumbing. We had a serious hot water leak that was damaging baseboards and needed someone quick, honest and knowledgeable! We got that!     I contacted American Eagle to provide an estimate to have a gas line relocated. Jon came right out to access the work and and provided an estimate to have the work done.     Hunter called to give me heads up he was coming 30 minutes before he arrived , then texted when he got here per my request.     Jon was incredible the whole way through! In our house that hasnt been serviced in 15 years he tracked down some roots that were blocking a sewer line, had the line cleaned out in a day, and came back with a digging crew later in the week to fix the problem for good! Even when there was an issue caused by the digging crew he made sure everything was repaired and put back in order with no fuss.I cant recommend a professional more highly.

    Jon was great! Very knowledgeable and experienced. On time and texted/called before when on his way. Replaced our bib (external faucet) and some pipe that had a leak and rust damage.     Had a leak under the sink in the master bath. The company sent Hunter out the next day. He quickly replaced pipe that was not installed to code and fixed the problem. I’m not sure if they were the cheapest since I didn’t get any other quotes, but I’m confident I can trust the quality of his work.Second visit was not a great value, but still good quality. Charged $570 with tax to replace 1 bathroom sink faucet that I bought.Had them come out for a third visit to check a shower drain. Honest and reliable service.

    AE Plumbing is outstanding! Jon, Josiah, and company have performed a few jobs for us, and we’ve always been impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, promptness, and upfront, honest pricing. Most recently, they installed a water heater; several months after install, the electronic valve started to malfunction. Jon quickly ordered a new part under warranty, and when he discovered it was the wrong part, he made two hour-long trips to the warehouse on a Friday evening so we could have hot water.     We did not have any hot water one morning. We knew our hot water heater was old. We found American Eagle online and it had great reviews so we called them and set up an appointment. Josiah was the plumber who came to help us. He is so professional, knowledgeable and kind! Not only did he get our new water heater installed that day, he was also able to do a new water softener the same day, which we also knew we needed since ours was old and had an issue with water going on the floor from time to time. It was also very comforting to us that Josiah checked venting, pipes and our water quality, and installed a bit of new copper piping where it was needed where it hooked to the hot water heater and water softener. We will definitely hire them for any future plumbing issues we encounter.

    I was fortunate to have Hunter come out the same day that I called for an appointment, I believe there was a cancellation. He was extremely professional. He patiently listened to me describe the issue. Our kitchen sick needed cleared. He explained all of my options. Extra services were offered, but I felt no pressure. He unclogged the drain with a large electric snake. He left the area very clean. The only negative for me was the cost. I paid $314 for the service. It seems unnecessarily high, although we havent had a plumber out for this type of service in a while. I would definitely shop around for a lower price, but if this is the true going rate, I would have no problem using them again.

    When I got a call from my tenants that water was coming through the ceiling from the upstairs bathroom, I became apprehensive as I live in Australia. After three estimates with varying degrees of work to be completed, I decided Jon was the right man for the job, and he will definitely be doing all repairs on any plumbing problems I have from now on. He was accommodating to the time difference and went for an afternoon appointment so that I could be FaceTimed at an appropriate time and shown the problems/ damage that had been created. He was patient and showed me all the places he sent me photos of as I couldn’t exactly place them when initially sent. He made some additional suggestions to alleviate some other problems and offered to do the repairs at a very cost effective rate. While completing the repair, he also went even further to assist my tenants with a small complaint they had with the shower head.     Our line to the washing machine kept overflowing when we washed clothes. We tried snaking it, using CLR and Drano, had another company out to snake it. Nothing worked. We had that terrible feeling we were going to have to rip out drywall and floors to get to the problem. Our insurance folks told us about American Eagle. I called and talked to Ellen. She was super nice and really listened. She sent Jon and Hunter out who were on time, friendly, professional, and most importantly seemed to know what they were doing. They tested all lines in the house and found the problem. It was that our kitchen lines were filled with grease from years of cooking and that there was not enough room in the line for the washing machine water to quickly go down since that line is only about 6 ft from kitchen line. They cleaned the kitchen line out and everything is back to normal with no ripping out of anything. They did also find an issue with one of our toilet lines that would have eventually caused a problem. Well be using them to fix that, and well be purchasing enzymes from them to put down our kitchen sink to keep that issue from arising again. I couldnt be happier with my experience with American Eagle. Its REALLY HARD to find a good plumbing company that you trust. I feel like we finally found them. :)

    I am a DIY type and dont often hire professional technicians, so my review is based on limited experience.Jon from American Eagle Plumbing was the plumber who arrived. I was able to get an appointment on less than one day notice on the Friday before Christmas. He showed up on time, was professional and courteous. I had attempted to connect a new sink prior to calling. A helper and I had spent 4 days and 10 trips to the store before calling. Jon diagnosed the situation, started from scratch, and had the sink and dishwasher re-connected and installed a new garbage disposal in about 3 hours. His work did not leak! Of course being a DIY homeowner, the price was higher than I would have liked, but I was presented options before he began the work. I decided that Jons recommendations were best, so I was the decision-maker.Even being as cheap as I am, I would highly recommend American Eagle Plumbing.

    The sewerage pipes under our slab were old cast iron and needed to be replaced. We had several plumbers come out and look at the situation, and we decided to go with American Eagle. I am very glad we did. Jon and Hunter exhibited great professionalism. The excavation under the slab took over a week and encountered several difficulties, including digging through hard rock, but Jon made sure to stay in touch and that we knew the situation at every step of the way. They ended up replacing 35 of drain lines, nearly all of the 55-year-old piping under the house. It was expensive, as any such undertaking would be, but the price was reasonable and still lower than other bids we received. I would recommend American Eagle Plumbing without reservation.

    Over the past year I have had 2 water heaters installed by Josiah from American Eagle Plumbing.     I called American Eagle and they said they would have someone here the next day between 3:00-5:00. “John” called the next day at 3:00 and said he would be here in about 45 minutes and was here in about 30 minutes.He introduced himself put a rug down at my front door and put on shoe covers. I called about replacing a garbage disposal and to hook up a new water softener I had bought. John looked at both of them and then sat down and gave me all of my options and prices. He never pushed me towards anything. He installed a new garbage disposal and cleared a clog in one of the pipes I didn’t even know I had. It only took him a few minutes. Then he started on the water softener and had to replace all the PVC pipes. He got that done and added the pellets and programmed it for me and got it going. He picked up every piece of trash and took it with him.He was here from 3:30 to 7:40 and never stopped. The thing that really impressed me was that I had my old water softener sitting there with hard salt in it and was very heavy. He took that with him for me. It was so hard to get that heavy tank in his van I was afraid he was going to hurt himself.John went above and beyond to do a good job and was polite and knew exactly what he was doing. When I contacted them yesterday to set up a time for a technician to do the work, I was told that someone could be out the next morning to take care of my problem.     Called them on a Friday night because my laundry tub was backed up .Jon arrived working the hour and quickly reviewed the issue and provided options .     My overall experience with American Eagle Plumbing is great. I called in the morning and described the issue, the lady who answered the call was fully on board and understood what I need. She found an open schedule in the same day and follow up with me when the tech (Josiah) was running late from previous service call. Josiah also has professional attitude and honesty. He explained the issue and give me the options (fix or replace) for the issue. While the option will cost me $300.00+ or $1,500.00+ and it was top decision for me as I don’t want to pay for $300.00 and end up not fixing the issue, then have to pay another $1,500.00 on the top of it. But Josiah was able to tell me that I can going with fix option first, as long as I let him do the job for replace option if needed, he will not charge the time that he has to spend to try to fix the issue. At the end, he fixed the issue. I am all happy and will recommend this company for other people.

    I met Jon with American Eagle Plumbing about 4 years ago. My first service call was to try and get a diamond earring that fell into my bathroom sink drain. I had a wonderful experience that day, including that he found my earring!! Since then, Jon has installed a new water softener, outdoor faucets, bathroom fixtures, and todays call was for a leaky kitchen faucet. We determined it would be an ongoing issue and would be best to install a new faucet. He had a number of options, all right on the truck so that the project could be completed today. I own a number of properties and have used many different plumbing companies. Every one has let me down except American Eagle.     I have had American Eagle Plumbing come out multiple times these past few weeks due to separate issues. First, my water was not coming out and Josiah came to check it out. Then maybe two weeks after, I was having venting issues where my furnace and water heater were causing a back draft of exhaust to come back until my room instead of out my chimney. Jon ended up coming out and helped me figured out what I needed to do and work through financing. He grouped our work with another company, then Josiah and the team came and replaced my venting, water heater with a power vent, and new furnace!!     Jon with American Eagle Plumbing installed a water pressure reduction regulator and pressure tank for us. Our City of Austin water pressure was at 86 psi and was causing problems. Now its regulated down to 60 psi and problems are gone. Jon did a Very solid and professional installation, which involved a bit of piping modifications. Were very happy with his work and the results.Then, after the Big Freeze in Austin, he repaired the pipe that had split. He also replaced two outside faucets that were embedded in limestone walls. Additionally, he replaced the clothes washer hot and cold faucets / supply lines. All of these items were meticulously done with quality materials and workmanship.

When we had a shower leak into our kitchen that wasnt a plumbing issue they didnt charge a service fee and referred us to a water mitigation company that took care of the water and the restoration. During the 2 month restoration period, Jon called multiple times to ensure we were taken care of by the mitigation company. American Eagle were also there to help reinstall the kitchen appliances and bathroom toilet/sink.     Jon came to my house to discuss installing a water softener. He was professional, and he was all about educating my husband and me. He took the time to check the water heater and noticed that it was installed wrong. I have a contract with American Home Shield, and they had a company come out and replace my water heater in 2018. Jon discovered that it was installed wrong. I wont be using American Home Shield moving forward. AMH hires companies that dont have experience or integrity. Ive had the same issue when it comes to my AC. AHS will send different companies to piece together fixes versus replacing an item when it needs to be replaced. I would suggest using American Eagle Plumbing if you need a plumber. I will be using American Eagle for my plumbing needs moving forward.

    Jon was by far the best plumber I dealt with so far in my brief time in Texas. I am a new homeowner and had some inspections reporting a leak.     When I reached out to American Eagle John trouble shooted the problem over the phone with me to see if I could keep the water on to the house safely, sadly was not the case. Today was the 1st day of no freezing weather and they were already able to make it out to me. Hunter was our technician, who was also awesome and helpful. Took some investigating but he found the problem which was the tankless water heater. Hunter was able to get us water to use the toilets, do laundry, and thankfully the other tankless water heater on the other side was not damaged so we can shower and wash dishes. So helpful and I feel very blessed to have found American Eagle.
