Recently had The Repipe Company do a complete sewer line all around the house, a repipe and a bathroom remodel; words can’t describe how extremely happy we are. Our bathroom is stunning and pictures do not do it justice! Carlos and his entire team were amazing; very respectful and made sure our experience was wonderful. We felt comfortable enough leaving a key for them to enter the home to complete the work while we were at work. Carlos and team would make contact before arriving , before entering and leaving our home. Big shout out to Carlos, Robin his office manager and his entire team! We engaged the Repipe Company to supply and install a complete replacement of our residential plumbing system. Our house was built in 1974 and the existing system was the original. The Repipe Company was the recommendation of some friends in our neighborhood.I am grateful for the workmanship. The plumbing folks did work that I would consider impossible. The work was complete in less than three days, including the sheetrock and the approval of our city’s inspector.The two sheet rock guys were experts and did amazing work. They even fixed an unrelated patch on our step’s landing, that was done previously by others. We did not even ask them to do it, and they did a far superior job. They took great care to match the paint colors throughout.

Carlos and his team are professional and practical. We have used his team on both small plumbing issues, and larger projects like water heaters, and a leak under our foundation. He is reasonably priced and even cleaned a problematic drain for free because it didn’t take much time, and we had already been loyal clients. The aren’t many plumbers like that anymore! I highly recommend them.

I recently had 2 different, pretty urgent situations where I needed help. I was able to trust them to go into my home without my being there, and to come as quickly as I needed them too! (And being a single woman, trust is especially important.) They wasted no time in finding and fixing the problems each time, and the cost was definitely less than it wouldve been anywhere else! I have hired several contractors over the years (kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, patio cover to name a few) and I can say The Repipe Company is the best I’ve worked with. They repiped my mothers 50 year old house. Very professional from the initial sales consultation to follow up phone calls, repipe crew and the patch/paint crew. Not only were the interactions great, the end result was fantastic! I was concerned that the patch work would be visible but you cannot tell where the patches are! Water pressure is great and water quality is rust free! Highly recommend. Also suggest following up with the schedulers to see if you can be ‘slipped in’ due to some other cancellation.

Great business owned by great people. The sewer line at my house collapsed, and I got so many quotes. None came close to the quote and the warranty The Repipe Company offered. Owner was very understanding about my situation and was so quick to help. Had a crew out very quickly, and within a couple days the sewer line was in. Very professional, punctual, and understanding. Also made sure to check on the work that had done from time to time. Would definitely recommend, and use this company again in the future.

We had a total repipe of a 50 year old house. No Attic space and water heater was outside, and from the many other repipe company i visited they said it was a complicated job. But these guys did it very nicely from the Plumbers to the Sheetrockes. everyone was on time and really did try to keep everything clean. Best price and of course the new pipes were the best on the market. Good service really went beyond what there competitors said. Would highly recommend I am sure the experience would have been even better if our house was more traditionally setup.

We cant say enough about the awesome work Carlos and his crews did for us. Their expertise in each aspect of the job was amazing. Our 1960s home had sewage backing up into the downstairs bathroom. They were able to pinpoint where the damaged pipes were under the house. Within a week, the trenches were dug and the pipes were replaced. The refilling of the dirt and concrete work was completed in one day. We had used them a few years ago to repipe our house with PEX after a freeze. That job was excellent as well!

The Repipe company did an excellent job on our 1964 home with bad pipes. The first crew worked for 12 hours and did a top notch job! Very professional and friendly. They informed me of every detail. The sheetrock crew arrived the next day and were friendly professional and fast. You can not even see any of the repairs. Looks excellent! We are very pleased. Both crews and especially the first repipe crew cleaned up after the job very nicely.Great company with excellent employees and very competitive prices.

We have a large sprawling house. They did the work with two different crews. The first crew spent two days laying out all of the pex pipe and then spent the third day connecting all of the pipe. They put in new outside faucets and fittings and also new valves and fittings in all the sinks and tubs. The second crew actually was supposed to take two days to repair the sheet rock and paint but their crew stayed late and finished the job in one day. The cleanup was completely thorough. This is a very professional company and they do a wonderful job.

We would like to express our thanks to Charlie and the drywall team that came and did a repair in the main bathroom of our home on the 22nd and 23rd of November.We had a AC pipe break in the attic that went undetected until the ceiling caved in along with all of the insulation. We closed the room off after it was cleaned up and until we could schedule time off to have it repaired. We called Charlie since we have been so pleased with the master bath redo that he spearheaded for us in July. Charlie was to prepare a quote and we requested the work to be done Thanksgiving week. We were concerned when we hadn’t received the quote and upon calling the office found out that Charlie had some family issues to tend to which delayed the quote and Carlos scheduled for the work to be done the next day. The work was to be a temporary fix until we are ready to do the redo on that bath but they went above and beyond making it look very nice and not an eyesore. And Charlie did the insulation to keep us from having the high energy bills we had with that room being exposed to the heat and cold in the attic.As we move through all of our redo projects we will put Repipe Specialist as the first to call . We appreciate the work done so far and will continue to refer to family and friends.

Carlos and his team did an amazing job on our house repipe and drainage repair. We had some extensive and major repairs that needed to be done on our upstairs bathroom drainage and replacing the galvanized pipes throughout my entire house. The team were extremely thorough and made sure everything was running properly. Due to all the work needed, there were four sets of teams that came. The drainage repair team, the repipe team, dry wall repair team, and the electricians. Everything was organized and seamless. As you could imagine, my house was a bit chaotic because of the massive repairs, but this was absolutely worth it. We no longer have anxiety of potential plumbing issues because The Repipe Company gave us our peace of mind back. I highly recommend this company and I hope to never use them again (I dont want any more plumbing issues) but I would use them in a heart beat!

I had my home repiped by the Repipe Company in April 2020. It was extremely easy to schedule and contact them before, during, and after the job. They quoted me $4,995 just like their website says and thats exactly what I paid. The quote also included patchwork and repainting of the holes they had to cut, which was so helpful to have all in one. The job was also done precisely on schedule. Ive recommended them to everyone I know who may need their pipes redone (at least 5 people) because the experience was so easy. Give them a call!!!

They completed the repipe in one day (using market-leading materials) and then finished drywall and paint repairs the next day. The Repipe Company recently repiped our home with Pex, installed a water heater, 2 toilets, and a new shower valve.I am completely satisfied with the way this company does business. Carlos, the owner, was upfront and helpful in building a quote and getting us scheduled. The office was always friendly and courteous talking us through scheduling and billing.Richard was plumber that did our work, with his helper Joey, and they did a great job. They were busy, sweaty, and working long hours, but took time to talk through any questions we had, immediately notified us of any changes or issues that came up, and worked with us to find solutions. The first day they told us their aim was for us to forget they had even been there when they left that night, and they hit the mark. It was a messy job, but they cleaned up behind themselves and worked with us, making it easier to live through the 3 day job with 3 kids under 5.There were two minor mistakes, which is impressive by itself considering the scope of the job, but the most impressive was the way the Repipe Company handled it. From the Richard, to Carlos, to the office, to the recommended contractors (RSFM electrical and Rios Restoration). Everyone was professional, helpful, and 100% committed to making sure we got back on track and the job was successful.I hope we wont need them again, but if we do, I will absolutely call Carlos and his team again.

OUTSTANDING These guys have an exceptional quality of work, professionalism, and commitment to customer service.My parents house needed a total repipe Four bathrooms and many other water outlets were completely repiped on schedule, on time and with an exceptional quality work. They also replace two toilets and a very old rusted water heater with a brand new in-line on demand top of the line water heater.Every other plumbing company I spoke with (3 others) had much higher bids and frankly seemed disinterested in repipe work.This Repipe company bid included repair of all damage sheet rock which was done to such a high level that none of the holes can be seen now that they have completed their work.Can’t imagine working with any other company. Outstanding and highly recommended A++

Called on August 27 to request an estimate for a whole-house repipe. A nice woman took my name and number. As of August 30, no one has called back. UPDATE: One of the owners called this morning to apologize and to explain the office had been closed for a possible hurricane. The problem here was the answering service, which did not indicate there would be any delay returning my call. Company has scheduled a date to visit my house and provide an estimate. So far, so good!

We used Repipe company to repipe the whole house. Mr Hernandez walked through the whole house and explained the process. I was worried about the holes in the walls after repiping. The unique feature of this company is that they also have a separate crew just for repairing Sheetrock and painting. They did a fantastic job both repiping and repairing. You can’t even see where they opened up holes in the walls. Mr Hernandez is very professional, pays attention to the details and answers questions patiently. He also figured out what was wrong with the water heater and fixed it. I wholeheartedly recommend Repipe company.

Then the sheetrock person arrived early the following day and completed all the sheetrock repairs that same day. We have a single story 3/2/2 for reference. After a pipe burst in the attic of my two-story home, showering two floors with water damage, I saw The Repipe Co. sign in a neighbors yard. Neighbor could not say enough good things. I was concerned that the price (literally *half* of other plumbers) meant less quality, but Divine Intervention led me to this TOP NOTCH company. The individuals, from the owner, Carlos, to the workers on the re-piping crew to the wall repair pair, are artists in customer relations, plumbing, and sheetrock/texture/paint. There is such satisfaction in dealing with honest people with talent. If there were more stars, I would have marked them. The level of outcome is far more satisfying than the level of dread that preceded this project. Thank you for an outstanding working relationship and for superlative hands-on work. You bet I have told everyone on my Nextdoor, and the guys at Sherwin-Williams. Like my neighbor, I cannot say enough good things.

I have a house that was built in 1982 with galvanized pipes. I had several leaks recently that I fixed with clamps and seal tape that required tearing out drywall and drying out the area. It was a pain and I was constantly worried about a line busting due to all the rust inside the pipes. A repipe of the house was needed. After reading lots of reviews from several companies in the Houston area I decided to get bids from 3 companies. Repipe Specialists, Clean Team, and The Repipe Company. All 3 companies quoted the job and services included were all the same. (Repipe with Uponor Pex, new supply valves throughout, drywall repair, paint and texture to match) After reading all the reviews and looking at the bids, I had to go with The Repipe Company. Their quote was 15% cheaper than Clean Team and 30% less than Repipe Specialists! I was not necessarily going for the cheapest bid because I wanted the job to be done right. I value reviews and felt the Repipe Company would do the job right. The Repipe Company and Clean Team were the only 2 companies I checked with that do the complete job with their own employees. Repipe Specialists does the advertising and bidding but then contracts out their jobs to other companies to do the work.The Repipe Company owner Carlos came to my house and bid the job for me. He was very professional passionate about the job he does. It was apparent from the 8 or so different employees he sent to complete the job throughout the week that his employees share that passion. I know it is a big commitment to repipe your house, both financially and personally with your house being in disarray for a few days. The crews constantly cleaned up after themselves and the drywall crew did an amazing job of repairing all of the access holes they made. I am glad I chose The Repipe Company to do the job. They have exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a repipe job.

They did above and beyond their job. When they were done they cleaned up and made sure I was happy before leaving. The next day the sheetrock guys came..repaired the holes and did a little extra and cleaned up like nobody was ever here. If you need your house repiped this is the company.

Had them repipe my whole house 3 years ago. After this freeze the only issue is with my tankless water heater and that cant be put on them. Their people were courteous polite and professional. Super fast and clean. Drywall work was amazing. They cleaned up afterwards. Not a trace of them there. Great water pressure and peace of mind. Now I just have to get them to take a look at this tankless.

Carlos and his crew of PROFESSIONAL professionals did an outstanding job! I could go on about the high quality of their work and their reasonable price, but I won’t. I expect high quality and reasonable pricing and wouldn’t be giving them 5 stars if they didn’t earn it (and they did). Generally, my reviews stop here. The reason I am giving them 5 stars AND taking the time to write this review is to share something that was even more impressive than their high quality work... Their communication.It might sound simple, but communication is as important as quality when considering such a MAJOR repair to something as important as our HOME. Not only Carlos, but the entire team communicated with us and made us feel and KNOW that we were part of the process. To us, repiping our whole house is like open-heart surgery on our largest asset, our home. Like a trusted caregiver, they shared every step and let us know what was happening at every step along the way... financing, laying the attic replacement pipes, replacing the water heater, cutting the sheetrock (minimal), connecting the appliances and faucets, repairing the sheetrock, painting the repairs (paint matched EXACTLY!), and cleaning up THE WHOLE HOUSE! And the water was off for only a very short amount of time during the work day so it wouldn’t interfere with regular activities. Also, we were out of town while they were working, so they had full access to our whole house and they were completely respectful of our home and our security. Quite frankly, we are AMAZED.And the communication AFTER the job has been just as great! We didnt know that service that is quick, high-quality and professional was still available in todays world. Our faith has been RESTORED (and RE-PIPED)! Moreover, because of the great work that they do, I fully expect this business to still be in business IF I ever need warranty work. I am an engineer (and an attorney) and have inspected their work. I am 99.99% sure that we will never need any warranty work. And if we do, they warranty the pipes and service FOR LIFE! And it is even transferrable if we sell the house within 10 years! Who does THAT anymore?!!If you have read this far, I want to share that we feel your pain. When we contacted Carlos, we were stressed. The difficult, frustrating and vulnerable situation of needing to replace our leaking galvanized pipes was frightening. And even worse was the fear of not replacing our pipes and having water damage our home, hardwood floors and everything in it. It was an immediate relief when we talked with Carlos and learned that he and his team would handle EVERY aspect of the ENTIRE job...including clean-up by professional house cleaners. I was waiting for the catch, the surprise, the oh-by-the-way...and it never came. Everything was just as promised. Moreover, he has up-front, no-haggle fixed pricing and everything’s included! Carlos has taken the customer’s perspective and thought of everything. In short, the work was professional, turn-key and completely automatic.BTW, I usually doubt glowing 5-star reviews that look fake or look like they were posted by friends or family of the business owners. Thats not the case here. We didnt know Carlos from Adam before finding him online and were impressed from the get-go. Carlos is an honest business owner that knows how to do things right...the kind of community business owner that I like to support and encourage. Carlos has earned my future business. We just finished a two-story repipe with Carlos and his team. We are very impressed with the quality of the work, the customer service, the attention to detail, and the high standards which everyone strives for. Our plumber, Richard, was courteous and methodical. Nestor and Juan Felix who did the sheetrock worked magic to make the holes just disappear. Robin and Angie in the office were communicative and helped answer all our questions. We have seen a noticeable increase in water pressure and the hot water gets to our faucets much faster. My only criticism is that the time estimates were off, both in terms of arrival times and how long the job would take. We got 4 bids to repipe the house and The Repipe Company was undoubtedly the most comprehensive product for the best price. I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends and would use them again if necessary.Just to pass on some wisdom - if you have young children (which we do, 3 years and 1 year), you may want to consider staying elsewhere while the work is going on. There will be loud noises of sawing and drilling, dropcloths on the ground, bits of sheetrock everywhere and exposed holes in walls where curious 3-year-olds can stick hands or drop toys.Just for planning purposes - this was really a 5-day job for us. Day one was cutting holes and getting the PEX in place. Day two was connecting the new pipes and the water had to be cut off. Day three was bracing sheetrock into place, taping and floating. Day 4 was texture. Day 5 was paint. Maybe some houses can be done faster but that was the schedule for us. Good luck!

This company has done right by me from day 1. I called and had several estimates to Repipe my house. This company was the better estimate. The owner Carlos came out to give the estimate and answered all my questions and concerns and gave 5⭐️ CUSTOMER SERVICE , something that’s hard to come by now a days.Late last night, I had a major leak outside and thought the puddles were from rain. Come to find out a pipe was leaking at the threads. So I had to turn the water off to the house. Carlos is a great owner with true professionalism and integrity. They sent an estimator named Joe initially to assess our home. Joe is very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He can answer any question straight up regarding the pipe replacement and genuinely puts customers first with his responses and demeanor.I also want to recognize the entire crew (including Corey, Rob, Noah and Nelson) that did the work in our home. LONG DETAILED, HONEST EXPERIENCE: I made an appointment on June 22 to receive a quote on a whole house repipe. I live in a 1 story and asked about the $4995 special and it includes drywall patching and painting. The quote turned out to be $5345. It was $350 extra because I had tiled restroom walls. They are very busy, but definitely worth the wait, so please be patient. I was scheduled for august 3. I work weds and saturdays so I was scheduled for Mon, tues, and thurs. Mon for repipe, Tues for inspection, and Thurs for drywall patching. 1 week before my service, they had to push down my service to thurs, August 6. The delay really isnt their fault because I can attest that the city of Sugar land permits office really take forever. The repipe company had 1 whole month to prepare the permits, but in the end,its really not their fault for the delay, because normally it really only takes 1 week. This is a tough pandemic time and its been hard on us all so we really have to take time and understand what everyone is going through. What I like about this company is that they truly charge everyone the same price. Theres no shady sales pitch, or bargaining. I live in a 1985 cookie cutter home in sugar land. My neighbor and I agreed to both ask for quotes from other companies and see which company is Honest and fair. My neighbor and I had exactly the same house. Only difference is that everything is flipped. Its like a mirror version of my house. We received 3 quotes from 3 different companies. My neighbor and I both received different quotes even though our homes were the exact same square footage, plumbing system, and same home builder. It really isnt fair. You have to know how they came up with the price and you have to haggle the price down. This is how the repipe company gained my business. They are FAIR, PROFESSIONAL, AND REASONABLE. Its a 2- 3 day job, and they started on thurs, August 6 as promised. The first day is repiping. It only took them 6 hours, but they did a fantastic job. They even put insulation around the pipes i guess for extra protection. The 2nd day was suppose to be the inspection done by an inspector employed by the city of sugar land, but the inspection never happened. Again, its not the repipe companies fault. I had to push the inspection down to August 11 because of work. Oh and I forgot to mention, if the inspection happened as planned, the repipe company would even do the drywall patching on a weekend. They truly are hard workers. I highly recommend the repipe company for those who need to repipe their house. The only minor complaint is that on their website, it says 60 months interest free. Its a little misleading. I got 25 months interest free. My credit is 750+. Im sure its a typo or something. 25 months interest free is still a lot better than what the other companies were offering.

I cannot say enough good things about Carlos Hernandez and The Repipe Company! When I started to get bids for the combination repiping/sewer/plumbing project we needed to do I would have been a little scared at the low price he quoted us, compared to the other bids I received, had I not done my research to find out what was reasonable, price wise. But Carlos impressed us from the first time he came to our home with his confidence and professionalism. His crews worked cooperatively among themselves and were very patient, friendly and concerned with our comfort and questions throughout the job. Carlos did everything he could to save us money and cut no corners to make up for it. When the repiping segment of the job was completed with all expected and hoped for results, his sheetrock crew came in to repair all the many cut outs throughout our house. They finished the sheetrock in one day and when they were finished had perfectly matched texture and color throughout the house. I believe there were about 8 different colors and we cannot see any difference between existing and replaced sheetrock! We had leaks in our water pipes in the ceiling of our laundry room and called Repipe out for an estimate to repair or replace them. They came out and gave a very reasonable offer to repipe the entire house. They showed up on time, and while they were repairing the drywall, we asked them to float and paint our half-bath (which they did beautifully, staying until 10:00 at night to complete it). All the service people that arrived at our house were professional, polite, and friendly.After we had our ceiling replaced by another individual, we noticed a gas leak. Carlos Hernandes (the owner of Repipe) personally came out and fixed the gas leak for us, free of charge. You dont find people as professional and customer-oriented as this company - we highly recommend them!

I called this company when I bought a house that I knew needed new pipes. The owner (Carlos) came out personally and gave me a quote. He was direct, efficient, straightforward, and very easy to deal with. He clearly explained exactly what would be done, how long it would take, and what the cost would be.Each day, the workers showed up at the time they were supposed to, and did exactly what they were supposed to do on that day. They were very respectful of my property and my personal space; no one was in the slightest bit creepy, rude or otherwise objectionable. I had my cat isolated in a spare bedroom, and they were very careful to not let her out, and to let me know when they needed in that room.The project took the time I was told it would take, and the final cost was exactly what Carlos had said it would be. The quality of work was spectacular. I cant even tell they cut holes in the sheetrock. They did a very fine job of cleaned up after themselves - hauled away all trash, swept up the sheetrock mess, etc.tl;dr - I highly recommend these people. The entire job took about 5 days (Three for the piping, and two for repair) They minimized the disruption to the daily routine in the house. I was only without water for about 8 hours on one day when they changed over from the old to the new plumbing. This was very important to me being I work from my home office.Their “special” included sheetrock repair and painting. That part of the job was also done to extremely high standards.The cost was also on the low end of the 4 places that provided me quotes.
