Our old water heater gave up the ghost, but Steven & Sons Plumbing & Electrical were able to step in and provide a replacement the very next day. Colin and Philip did an exceptional job with the installation. They took the time to guide me through all the parts of the new heater and explained the regular upkeep necessary to ensure it continues to function at its best. Thanks to the new heater, our home in Houston is significantly more comfortable. I am absolutely delighted with the top-notch service we received from Steven & Sons Plumbing & Electrical.

My usual plumber was tied up and couldnt make it. So, I thought Id take a chance and look for a new plumber whod be more dependable. To my delight, the team from Steven & Sons Plumbing & Electrical came out on the same day. They were able to replace the flange the next day and their service cost less than my usual plumber. They were punctual and professional. Fantastic! Bentley was especially efficient. Great job, guys!

Keith arrived on time in Houston and quickly evaluated the plumbing issue. He then took the time to explain to me the necessary repairs. He calculated the cost of the parts and labor, and then provided an estimate to replace the cutoff valve and overhaul the toilet internals. I agreed to his proposal. Keith worked quickly and with precision, and afterwards, he showed how effectively he had restored the toilet, explained the warranty, and ensured I was happy with the repair. Our home experienced a pipe burst in the middle of the night which resulted in flooding. The restoration of our floors and walls seemed like a daunting task. Yet, the fantastic team of Philip, Jalen, Bentley, Eric, Keith, and a few others turned it into a smooth process. My husband reached out to Steven & Sons Plumbing & Electrical for a pipe blockage issue around 7pm on a Tuesday, and by Wednesday morning, they were here to inspect without charging us. they left behind some bio-clean to sit overnight for 7 days. so far, weve seen great results. they consistently do an excellent job and are quick, even if its the weekend. Philip, one of their plumbers, is always reliable. i definitely recommend them!

The crew is splendid, i must say. they managed to unclog my pipes and the most impressive part is, unlike some other plumbers, they dont charge to come out and inspect the problem. after colin and eric tell you whats wrong, then you pay to have the work done. since the company is now under new management, the service has been nothing short of exceptional in houston.

Over the course of one week, we had the pleasure of receiving services from a team of five different professionals who addressed our plumbing issues in Houston at various times. Our first encounter was a late-night emergency call. Eric was the expert who came to our aid. He was polite, professional, and clear about the service costs. Interestingly, he even charged us less as the job required the use of heavy-duty tools. Our next interaction was with Philip, who also offered a similar experience of efficiency and professionalism, successfully identifying our plumbing problem and scheduling the next team members to tackle it. Unfortunately, I cant remember the names of Jalen, Colin, and Keith, the other three professionals who assisted us. However, they were equally fantastic. Each of them was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked effectively and quickly, with service costs that were reasonable based on my research. The plumbing company, under its new management, is delivering outstanding service, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone in Houston. Thanks again for a job excellently done!
