After about 10 calls, Eric was sent out after hours. He was excellent!!! Though the problem was deemed not to originate from our home he was still able to offer assistance and stop water from flooding our home to prevent further damage. I highly recommend this company, ask for Eric!

Fantastic. Eric came out to turn on the water heater and check the disposal, instead let me know the water heater was a major fire hazard and the disposal needed to be replaced. Also caught a few issues with the sink plumbing in general. 3 days later the sink is replumbed, and the new disposal and water heater are installed. Wouldve been quicker but I had to work out how to pay (price was fair, Im just broke). The financing was reasonable as well, comparable terms to using a credit card to pay. Overall very satisfied with the work.

I have to say thank you to Eric. It’s 12:53am and he is just leaving the plumbing job that Home Depot stated was a simple fix but obviously not for my house. Not to mention, ARS told me they would send someone at about 7:30-8:00-a repairman will call and be in route to my home. Well when I called back at 9:30, I was told I was on the schedule for tomorrow. Meanwhile, I have water shooting out of the valve from the wall to the toilet. So I googled plumbers open now and Houston Plumbing Expert came up. Gave them a call and was told a plumber would call me within 30mins and someone can solve my problem tonight. Once that call ended within 10 mins Eric called and asked some questions and was at my home within 30mins corrected the issue and was very effecient, informative, and professional.Thanks so much Houston Plumbing Experts,Eric is the BEST!!!

Eric arrived on time and immediately addressed the issue we called him about. We had recently purchased the home and had some other things that we asked him to look into while there, and he kindly did so. He gave us his recommendations on whether they were worth fixing or waiting. He ended up swapping out our water heater that same day for us, and did such a phenomenal job. He kept his work space clean and put everything back in its place. He even took the time to ease my concerns about the upcoming freeze and our old pipes. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and just a truly nice person. I highly recommend him! We plan on using him for any other plumbing needs that we may have in the future, including eventually replacing our old galvanized pipes with PEX. We asked him for a bid on that, and he gave it with no pressure to do it. If you are looking for a trustworthy plumber who does top notch work, Eric is your guy! Thanks again, Eric!
