From the call to service completion I had a seamless experience. Transparent, honest, reasonable price, and fast, top-notch, efficient service. They were able to give a general estimate of cost on the phone without hassle which was is something I wanted because I did not have complicated issues. James completed a simple tub drain clean and straightforward hot water heater repair at a very reasonable price. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and honest/not trying to upsell me stuff I dont need/want. Same day service, too! I will definitely use them again!

Rosa also was so kind and empathetic and was very responsive in making appointments. They even arranged the drywallers to come the same day to close up the openings. The best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company ever. I’m so grateful how quickly they came to fix our problems after the iconic winter storm in Texas. Got some water stain on the ceiling. Im a pretty DIY person, so I cut the ceiling trying to fix it myself, but couldnt even locate the leakage.Called Nathan up since they are located quite close to my home. They quickly located the issue was the loosen bath tub drain cover. The leakage was small so hard to notice. Glad they were able to spot it. Sometimes, I have to admit DIY just cant match professionals experience.They quickly fix it with a reasonable price. Great job.

After the freeze, we had some busted pipes. We got the name of Texas Plumbing 911 through a post on NextDoor. The person on ND gave Rosa our number and she called to coordinate when Texas Plumbing could come out. Once we were “on the list”, Rosa kept us informed on when James, the plumber, would arrive. James arrived on time, knew what he was doing and had the parts needed to fix the leak. After James fixed 2 leaks, he thought there was still something running, but couldn’t figure out where it was. The third leak showed up later that day but James came back and fixed it!! Great work!! We will use them again!!!

I called them around eight a.m. about repairing or replacing my kitchen faucet (I thought they would have to replace it). I made an appointment for ten o’clock. James called at 8:48 and said he could come right away, but I wasn’t quite ready for him so asked him to wait thirty minutes. He came, was able to fix the faucet (it turned out to be a minor problem), and also tightened up the sprayer hose and checked a leak in my bathtub faucet. And it didn’t cost much at all. I love Texas Plumbing! I just wish I’d discovered them years ago.

I called Texas Plumbing Wednesday afternoon with a gas leak. They came over right away. They worked until they found the leak, dug up my yard, pulled up concrete in one piece without destroying it. Replaced what needed to be replaced and put the yard back together (including the concrete). While they were there I had them fix a water leak inside the house.I am very satisfied in the work, the way they left my yard/cleanup, how quick they got to my home and their professionalism.
