Let me just start by saying that Jose is extremely professional, very knowledgable (hes a master plumber and carries his certification as proof) and will not try to oversell you. I needed new toilets and routine maintenance. Jose came out to my house for a walkthrough and throughly checked everything I asked him to look at. After the walkthrough, we sat down and discussed the work. He was super transparent and up front with the exact cost. He showed up right on time and completed all the work in an efficient manner and was so tidy (he puts on these shoe covers every single time he comes inside to prevent tracking in mud). He is now my go-to plumber and I couldnt be happier with the quality of his service.

Had a leak that sprung up last night and called Pilix Plumbing in the morning. Jose, Brian, and Miguel showed up within 10 minutes and discounted the trip fee since they were already in the area. Before entering the house, the entire team put on shoe booties to avoid tracking dirt inside the house. We reviewed a few alternatives on diagnosing the leak (along with the associated risks) and the team immediately got to work once I gave the OK. Jose was very friendly throughout the job and took time to provide answers to all of my questions in a thoughtful/non-condescending manner (i.e., no 1 or 2 word answers) and at no point did I feel like I was being swindled. Once the job was complete, the team went the extra mile to clean up the work area and asked if I had any more questions. The attention to detail (i.e., taking booties off when going up their ladder and putting them back on when they come down, aligning hardware to minimize snagging, etc.) separates Pilix from the others.I would highly recommend Pilix Plumbing and am happy to now have a “go to” plumber I trust in case issues arise in the future.

Best plumbing experience of my life. Called for an appointment to repair two sewer line caps in my back yard. I was given an appointment and the plumber arrived on time. Assessed the problem, gave me a quote and immediately began repairs. Couldnt have gotten a better repair or plumber. God is good.

I hired Pilix Plumbing to replace an old water heater, Jose did a very good job at explaining everything before, during and after the project. In multiple occasions he gave me good feedback and made suggestions as he learned about the conditions of other plumbing elements. A user friendly, good quality flushing valve was installed, I like this suggestion because it will be very easy for me to perform the annual maintenance procedure. Very professional and clean installation.

Pilix Plumbing was able to repair a shower faucet that had been installed incorrectly by a prior company, and did so without having to break the new marble tile that had been installed! Was beyond thankful that they were able to respond as quickly as they did, and they were so gracious. Another issue needed a new valve and they went and picked it up at a warehouse across town, so that our shower could be up and running same day. What a team! Thankful we were referred to them. It was a worst-case scenario: we lost our water service on Thanksgiving day.Mr. Ruiz showed up, on time, the morning after Thanksgiving, to inspect the situation and provide an estimate. He gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and several potential solutions. His quote was reasonable and fair.Mr. Ruiz and his crew began work immediately, even through the rain. The rain did not allow them to finish, but they showed up early the next morning to get it done. They worked hard and promptly and safely under difficult circumstances.Mr. Ruiz stayed in regular communication with me. The work was excellent.My family will forever be grateful for their hard work to restore our water over the holiday.

We asked them to work around our brand new driveway and the sidewalk, and they did that so well you can hardly tell they were there. They worked quickly, and were very responsive to concerns.

Jose is the Best Plumber! I’ve found my ‘forever’ Plumber. I had a very clogged bathroom sink that would hold standing water for over an hour. I called Pilix Plumbing and he was able to come over the same day. We had to remove all the pipes under the sink as it was clogged deep in the pipes. Jose had to use two different Machines as the clog was so bad. He also replaced my pipes under the sink and everything is in perfect working order. His prices are reasonable and he’s also very professional and kind.
