I’ve used a couple of different companies for our plumbing needs and decided to give H Town Plumbers a try. We had a leak under our kitchen sink that we didn’t know about. I called H Town Plumbers last night (after 5pm since I tried to patch it up all day and was unsuccessful) and texted them a picture of the leak. I also added pictures of outdoor faucets to be replaced since they were corroded. I got a quote that night and booked an appointment for the next day since they had availability. Bar (our plumber) came to our house and replaced the pipe under the sink and also one of our outdoor faucets. He was very transparent with us - he said that we didn’t need to change our pipes under the sink to PEX and he said that one of our outdoor faucets is much more complicated than the other and didn’t suggest fixing it this time since it would be much more expensive. He did a great job, was honest, and gave us insight on future repairs to watch out for. Overall, I’m VERY happy with H Town Plumbers. I’m making them my go to plumbers from now on. If you have any plumbing needs, definitely call them!

Got in touch with H- Town plumbing because of a leaky O ring. Monday, the plumber arrived as scheduled, fixed the O ring and even advised me my flapper was going to go out, which it did look kinda old. He changed that as well. I think he was in and out in under 30 minutes and the price was reasonable. He also checked the toilet 2 or 3 times before he left to make sure everything was working correctly. I’ll put H-Town on my contractor list when I start buying and selling homes. Thanks HTown

I started having issues with my toilet where, after flushing, the bowl would fill with water and slowly drain back to the normal level. After troubleshooting on my own—such as trying to unclog it with a plunger, with no success—I reached out for help. Alex immediately offered to come the same day, being upfront about pricing of $210. Since I work in healthcare and my hours are unpredictable, he accommodated my schedule by arranging for another plumber, Bar, to come after work a few days later.Bar arrived and conducted an initial assessment, asking questions and inspecting the toilet. He outlined a few possible scenarios and started by using a toilet auger for about 15-20 minutes. Afterward, he had me flush the other toilets in the townhome, and just like that, the problem was solved. He also provided some maintenance tips to prevent future issues and recommended a few parts I could replace myself or have them replace in the future.Overall, I really appreciated the service from H-Town Plumbers and would gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

Mr. Bar sent a text first thing that he was on the way and arrived 30 minutes early! He immediately went to see the problem and was able to diagnose it and quote the very reasonable price. I was sent parts by Rheem customer service bc my water heater is under warranty and even though they were not the parts needed to fix the issue, Mr. Bar went ahead and installed them because he says now those parts wont go to waste and will be brand new! Once he completed the work he went over everything he did piece by piece and gave suggestions on what to look for to identify any further issues, and even great advice on what to do next with the water damage to my ceiling. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00am its 9:45am and the job is DONE! I absolutely recommend H-Town Plumber. I will be calling them again for my next plumbing projects. Great service! Sent a text and pix of the issue around 11 and Alex replied right away. Came to the house 2 hours later after picking up parts - on a Saturday! A relief. Price quote is established via email beforehand and unless your pix lacked sufficient detail or complexity that’s what you’ll pay. I have used H- Town Plumbers now twice this year after an array of trials with other services over the years. In my opinion the best for solving water problems and I’m a very detailed homeowner. Now my go-to.

I was searching for a licensed plumber who could perform a drainage line camera inspection for an older home I was under the contract to purchase. Out of the multiple companies who corresponded with me via text message, H-Town Plumbers stood out to me because they tried their best to communicate via texting & even called me on the phone to explain the procedure. On the day of the appointment, Alex showed up on time with enthusiasm and ready to work. I had a problem with the 1974 faucets in a house that I purchased recently. There was a drip in the bathtub faucets that turned into a steady flow and would not stop no matter how I tightened the faucets. I was worried about the water bill as this had gone for a long time. Bar from H-Town Plumber worked on the problem trying to remove the faucets but the faucets were so old they were just frozen on and could not be removed so they could be replaced. Finally we decided just to cut off the faucets which Bar did and cap the water line so there would be no more water running. Bar worked so hard and for so long trying to find a solution before that was done even saying he would go to one store that he knew to try to find vintage faucets. I really appreciated all the work that he put into what he did but eventually, I was going to remodel the bathtub into a shower so cutting off the faucets and capping the water line was fine with me. I highly recommend H-Town Plumber and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing work that I need.

Alex said okay, keep my number’ who knows’.The John Moore guy spent almost an hour here just pushing me to commit to a total re-piping. All I needed was a valve, he said he’d have to go to warehouse to get the valve, I was on a time table and I know if I’d signed the re-pipe he would’ve fixed my sink! I sent him to the warehouse in his big van, called Alex back, Alex was here in 30 minutes and fixed my valve within 1/2 hour! I paid him extra because he knew they were trying to hoodwink me! Next I go onto Yelp to review both companies! Call HTown, don’t call Mr Valentines company, John Moore!
