Im writing this review to let people know Buddys is definitely NOT out to take your money!!! I called about a situation Im in and they could have easily said yes they will do this for me, but instead explained to me that in my situation in my apartment that I have done exactly what they would have pretty much done and that there isnt a reason at this point to do anything and I would pretty much just be giving them money for nothing!!! So thank you for your honesty!!! When I need something in the future I will give you my business!!!

They were quick and responsive. Very easy to work with. They were able to quote us, work with our home warranty program and do the work that we can afford quick and painlessly! This is the second time Buddys Plumbing came to do a job for us and we are very satisfied for the great service they have done! Shout out to Ivan and Geo for being conscientious of our home! They deserve a raise!

Buddy’s Plumbing has been our plumber for several years and they’re the best plumbers in the area! They’re reliable, honest, professional and have very fair prices! We have multiple properties and I never hesitate to call when I have a plumbing problem! They’ve done big jobs and small jobs! This business is excellent! The woman on the phone was helpful and the two gentlemen who arrived, promptly I may add, were equally helpful. We had a pipe leak right next to the water meter and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and also let me know their price before anything was done. The work was done swiftly despite it being extremely wet and muddy due to the pipe leak. The pipe was repaired and the hole that was dug up to get to the pipe was patched up in a fairly fast manner. I do recommend using Buddys Plumbing as they are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done very well.

Called Buddy’s Plumbing last minute to install a French Drain system in our backyard before we received a potential flooding that was to hit the area. They came in quickly as possible. They dug and installed the drain system in a matter of seconds. We truly appreciate their quick response time and professionalism. And also the amazing job they did in the install of the drainage system. I would for sure recommend them to friends and family.

Handy ot service Bayou Vista. I highly recommended anyone with any type of plumbing related problem to contact them. They’re on of the best I’ve ever used.

I had severe clogged drains in my tub, toilet, and bathroom sink. The technician, Daniel, had to get on my roof and go down through the vent. He let me know in advance how much the charge would be. The tub and toilet worked just fine. But after he left, I noticed the sink was still stopped up. When I called them back, the technician came out right away and unclogged the bathroom sink with no extra charge.We have done business with Buddy’s for years. They do excellent work, are always professional, polite, and personable. I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, but when I do, you can bet I’ll call Buddy’s.

Daniel was very helpful, very knowledgeable, worked 1 1/2 days straight through the night and day to get the hotel back on line with our boilers. They had the equipment installed, tested and fully operational. Very professional with top of line equipment, everything looked completely new. He was professional, excellent workmanship, and finished the job without delay. Very pleased customer!

Called with a clog issue in our kitchen sink. After some investigation, Daniel found our problem was caused by a nail that was hammered into our drain pipe at the time of our home’s construction. Damaged pipe was cut out and repairs were made. Work was performed in a very timely and professional manner. Highly recommend Buddy’s Plumbing!

Ivan came to put in a 10 gallon electric water heater up next to the sink in the kitchen. He removed the old one and installed the new one, replacing much of the water lines for the hot water and the cold water. He stayed until he had it fixed completely. He was very friendly and he swept the floor in the kitchen 2 times. He went up and beyond what was required of him and I would like to have him bak if I have other plumbing problems.
