So I was in the process of buying a house, I did an inspection and found out there may be something wrong with my sewage lines. So I contracted the services of 1-Tom-plumbing, as recommended by my realtor. From the beginning they gave me a discount that I verified by calling another company who gave me another higher amount. That’s when I met Ruben who is a professional and kind plumber. He diagnosed reasons for the sewer issue but also and back to see if the issue was fixed by the builders. However the toilets started backing up. The builders fixed this issue also. But I had Ruben come and check one more time if everything was all clear. It was nice to have someone passioned , kind, and professional help me over and over again! Thank you Ruben!

I had an urgent need for a plumber Sunday after seeing water dripping from my ceiling which turned out to be a leaking hot water heater.
