Kyle was punctual and professional during our plumbing repair. He answered all my questions thoroughly and did not rush the job. The flange for one of our upstairs toilets was severely corroded, causing a leak in our ceiling downstairs. The flange and part of the waste pipe had to be replaced. Kyle explained how the entire process would work and was upfront about pricing. All work performed was completed in a satisfactory and comprehensive manner. I was given the opportunity to address concerns and/or discrepancies in the work provided and did not have any. I am confident that the repair was performed correctly and would utilize PlumbLife for future plumbing needs. I highly recommend their services.

Dalton’s work was exceptional! He was there to finish a toilet install but unable to complete due to shoddy workmanship by tile installer. Dalton gave recs to fix the situation and came back and finished the toilet install, always accommodating our schedule. I ended up hiring him to complete the bathroom/tub faucet install rather than use the original company. Dalton was honest, reliable, neat, and very communicative. We were so pleased with his workmanship that 2 weeks later when we discovered an exterior faucet problem, I didn’t look any further than Dalton with PlumbLife! He came out same day, and fixed the issue. Thanks to Dalton we have a working bathroom again!!

Gary was my guy today and he was amazing. On time, professional and really helped me learn something about hot water heaters. Showed me where the old one had the issue and gave me tips to prevent it happening again. Gave me 4 different options for how to fix it and gave pros and cons of all of them. Dalton evaluated the problem with our kitchen sink faucets. He calculated 3 different prices depending on what way we wanted to go. When we decided he started to figure out where to get the parts. Because of the time of day he decided to get the parts in the morningThat morning he called said he had gotten the parts and could come by in about 15 minutes. Long story short, everything was fixed and working well in less than an hour. Dalton was polite ,informative and very nice. Just a good guy!

I will be completely honest and say that their pricing is on the much higher end, but if you are looking for the best service, then its an investment worth making. They were out within 3-4 hours with constant communication. William, the tech calmly and politely answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly, even when I asked multiple times. They supplied me with photos of my pipes and what the issue was, gave recommendations and worked fast to fix the issue. Again, they are well worth the money and I cant say enough great things about William, the tech who helped me.

My technician was a gentleman by the name of Dalton and he did an exceptional job from keeping me informed of his arrival, to his initial diagnosis as well as explaining the several options I had. Very friendly and gave great conversation throughout the whole process. He was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable about the instalation and kept me up to date on the whole process as well as made me aware of any and every potential issue and how to proceed if such happened. The end result was alot better then I had hoped for and I couldnt be happier. 10 outta 10 definitely recommend!

Gary came out promptly, identified the water leak problem another notable firm in Richmond could not identify. He identified potential mold contamination and suggested I get a remediation company to review. The company I chose was responsive but did an incomplete job. Gary pointed that out leading to me firing that company and retaining another company. The new company did the job properly. The leak was repaired and I am happy. Gary did what a lot of people now days lack courage or conviction to do. He advocated for me to have a good job done. I truly appreciate him for that.

This was the second call to Plumblife Plumbing we made in a couple months. We are in an older house and a couple months back we had low water pressure. I called another company based on a recommendation and they did not want to help due to us having a water softener system. William, from Plumblife came out and helped us with the issue. He was very polite and explained things in an easy to understand way. Recently, we had an upstairs bathroom leak and had William come back out. I called at 7:15 am and he was out within 2 hours. Again, was friendly and patient with me trying to observe and learn what he was fixing. There was no sales pitching or attempts to spend an arm and a leg to get the issue resolved. Simply came in with a polite and professional attitude and used good quality work to fix the issue. On the two service calls, we have zero complaints with the quality of communication and service Plublife Plumbing provides.

Absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I had a semi emergency plumbing issue come up and contacted Plumblife. I spoke with Christy, who was incredibly sweet and kind from the get go and was able to get someone out to my home almost immediately. I had the pleasure of working with Brad, who was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my issue was taken care of as soon as possible so that I would not have to go without water/sewer usage at my home. He suggested a replacement for the heater, frankly I was on borrowed time because the unit was installed in 2007!!! So, it was time for a new one. Well - you never like to see your plumber on a regular basis - but after PlumbLife solved one emergency we had another a few weeks later. This time William Caudell came to our rescue to clear a 2 drain from our kitchen sink, which had been cleared about 3 years ago but was stopped up again. William suspected the previous plumber had only partially cleared the line allowing waste to flow for a period of time. With a bit of patience and persistence, he made certain the line was completely clear and confirmed such with his video camera. Being an older hot water tank (15 years to be exact) he did advise I should think about replacing when it does stop working.Once payment was complete and Brad was leaving, he asked if I would like to see how to relight the pilot should it go out again to which I said absolutely.Well short story, once he turned it off, he could not get it to relight and I had to make the choice to replace it. Technically he was already done, BUT he made some calls and by 1pm I had a new unit installed and hot water flowing. First let me say I am a first time homeowner learning how to care for a home. I went on Google and found this company. I went to their website and requested a tuneup/yearly drain. Within an hour they responded back. A couple messages back and forth I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. I was very happy with this part of my service. It was scheduled for the window of 8am to noon. Thankfully I have a flexible work schedule and was able to take off for the day. It was right about 11am when I got a call saying that all techs were tied up and it would probably be another 2 hours for one of them to come out. I understand that I agreed to it. Finially 10 minutes until 4pm I got a notification from Patrick saying he was on his way. I loved that they included a photo, a little detailed message about the Patrick, and a map to follow along with his journey to my place so I knew excatly when he was to arrive. He showed up. Was very polite. Even put little booties on his shoes. Unfortunately since Im a new owner we couldnt service my water heater because it could possibly cause more damage than good. Patrick took the time to explain everything to me and explain how mine was a little different than a normal one because it also is connected to my hvac system. He also found out how old my was and explained to me the cost of a brand new one was going to cost me for when this one was going to kick the bucket. He did it all politely and with a smile. Patrick really saved the day for this company in my eyes. Will I use this company again? Possibly because of Patrick. If it is an emergency? Probably not because of how much time I was left waiting. The time I was left waiting shows me that they probably over book and over work their techs or the office is run poorly but as someone who works for a living my time is just as valuable as the companies and should be treated as such and hopefully my experience was abnormal.
