I had an electrical panel upgrade on a 60-year-old fuse box. The technicians were very friendly, explained things plainly and never put on any pressure. They worked very quickly and left everything neat. Another company I received an estimate from quoted almost twice the price for the same job. I will certainly be using JBHS moving forward. This was a rental unit & I needed quick response as renter was moving in in a week. Caleb came quickly with an estimate & started the job asap. He arrived earlier than the time set up…which was fabulous! He also called about 30 minutes before arriving. He did an excellent job Installing recessed lighting & fixtures. He accommodated every request & made sure I was happy with choices. He went the extra mile & I will definitely use Just Better Home Services for all my electrical needs. I have never had a more knowledgeable, caring, or gentlemanly professional help me with home services. Mauri went above and beyond to take care of two jobs on the same day while educating me on another issue.Based on his excellent advice, I will call back for the install of a Moen Flo.Also, the price of repairs was about half what others would have charged while the quality of work was superior!Mauri is amazing!

We needed help on a chirping smoke detector that was signaling system malfunction. It was not solved by changing batteries or even by a new smoke detector before we contacted Just Better Home Services. I had called several companies, but could only get an appointment 10 days away! Just Better could send a technician the same day I called! David was friendly and knowledgeable. He solved the problem! No more chirping noise! We can now sleep at night. Thank you, David!

I had an emergency plumbing problem. I called at 7am and the problem was resolved by 9am the same morning. Absolutely hands down the most outstanding home service I have ever received from any company. The technician Mauri was friendly, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have entered them in my contacts and plan to use them for anything I may need in the future including maintaining my HVAC system. I have never in my life been more impressed with a companys response and resolution.

Mauri was awesome from coming to give us a quote and explaining the different options to coming back and completing the job. He was and is very respectful and polite. He also made sure that he left the area even better than he found it. My husband wasn’t home and had to call in. My husband asked Mauri a question about another minor job and he took the time to walk both of us through fixing that problem on our own. We will definitely use Better Homes in the future.

I wish I had a before picture, but I don’t. Service call and professionalism was above and beyond. My service technician was Caleb, he was very respectful of my home in keeping his work area clean and protected from water damage. Caleb, took pride in his work, meaning you can rest assured that his work was 100% done right the first time around. He will not leave you confused as to what was done and why. He took time to explain everything and made sure you knew how the installed item/system works/operates. Will definitely be my “on call” plumber for my next home improvement project.

Fixed a leaking Delta shower faucet. The leak was thoroughly eliminated but the surprise was that the water flow was improved way beyond expectations. The faucet handle and the water temperature adjustment knob are operating smoother than when the original fixture was installed. The pricing was higher than I expected but I’m very pleased with the results.

The only problem we had was the tech was a few hours late due to a job prior to ours. Which wasn’t a really huge issue for my family. Aside from that I would highly recommend this company. The tech came out assessed our problem and fixed it promptly he gave us a lot of information on how to keep our sump pump running well replaced the motor and pipes 10/10.
