I called Keil Plumbing for a quote on what I needed to have done. The person who answered the phone was professional and explained everything in detail. They followed up the next day to see if I needed to schedule but issue had resolved. I would definitely call them again if a need arose.

Emergency Saturday service on sewer line needed. These folks were awesome. Prompt pickup on my call and had team at the house within couple hours. The plumbers were very professional, pleasant and efficient. Worked quickly to resolve and to double check the entire line for any other issues. This will be the first company I call if I need plumbing in the future.

The team at Keil were very professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Communication directly with the technician was easy and prompt. We had a main water line rupture and they came in within 24 hrs and ran a new line in no time. To say we are impressed is an understatement.

Kiel plumbing was great they knew i had a problem and solved it. I wouldnt do business with another company no matter what because theyre top notch. I got my gas line installed and my toilet fixed all because of them. I wouldnt trust another company in Richmond area to do that for me besides them

This is a top notch company. I called at 6:30 in the evening to report my AC wasn’t working. At 7:15 ( same evening) I had a Technician at my door! My tech ( John W. ) spent the time to figure out what the problem was and fixed it. He was knowledgeable and confident he could figure it out. And he did. I would highly recommend Keil to everyone.

I made a desperate call to a number of plumbing contractors, mid day on a Saturday b/c the drain on my 18 year old water heater broke off. Being the weekend, I was seriously concerned with my ability to get anyone out at the house before Monday, and thats what I heard from the first 2 places I spoke with.Thankfully I also called Keil. They had someone at the house within the hour. Not only was the Tech extremely professional, he quickly assessed the situation, presented me with a couple options of how to proceed and had the repairs done in no time. I can not say enough about the team at Keil. Everyone I spoke to was always very polite and friendly. Easily a 5 star experience and they will be my go to Plumbing and HVAC team moving forward.

Called them late Thursday after my Neighbors recommended them. They were able to come on Friday, right after lunch! Daniel and Josh were very professional and pleasant. They were under the House and on the lawn, had to dig to get the water turned off. They explained some helpful tips! I highly recommend this Company!

Keil plumbing to the rescue! I was very leary of who to call because of an extremely overpriced experience by a large and reputable company in the past. Something told me Keil plumbing was the place to call. I had a very friendly and informative conversation with the person on the phone. They were able to come out on the specific day I asked, and fixed a very unusual problem with my toilet in my old house for a fair price. They will get all my plumbing business from now on! James came out for a call when my heat pump went down during a cold snap. He was very nice, professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. He was able to get me back up and running and explained to me exactly what happened and what he was doing to fix it. He checked they remaining components of the system to make sure that everything else was in good working order. I would definitely recommend Keil to others.

I needed 2 hose bibbs (spigots) replaced as well as 2 shut-off valves installed for them and called Keil on the recommendation of a friend. They gave me a very accurate quote for the work and came out the next day to replace them. They worked around my schedule and were prompt on the arrival time. The technician was very professional and discussed some different options regarding the repairs. He then gave me the final cost for the work and did a really great job installing new piping, the shut-off valves and new bibbs. A+ experience overall!

I can not thank the team at Keil Plumbing & Heating enough! Our main water pipe busted in the basement and flooded everything. We called them and they were able to come out that day to fix the pipe. They were also able to come back out the following week and remodel/fix the bathroom after the great flood. So professional and great price!!! Thank you so much for everything you have done!!!!!
