He was kind to my kids and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, up to date about our new water heater and even brought my girl a little surprise! Steve and Kathy were amazing! Kathy gave great customer service from the moment she called to schedule diagnosis to the time of arrival. They kept me updated of the status and Steve was so fast! Within an hour he was able to take out my old sump pump and replace the new one with no issues. He made sure he left the manual and show me how it works before leaving. I dont hope for issues but if I do have them, I look forward to working with them in the future.

They evaluated the issue and provided a reasonable cost for the repair. The leak was fixed quickly and the whole process took less than an hour, which was great because it did not eat into my workday. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

I wish I could give more stars. Steven and Kathy are absolutely amazing! Honest, extremely knowledgeable, always on time and the work is top quality, they left my basement super clean after the work was done. We needed a pipe repaired under the slab of our home and they were great every step of the way. I hope we never have any more plumbing issues but if we do I will only use Budget Plumbing.

We had a clogged drain line under the bathtub and Steven Mann fixed it in no time! He also noticed our bathtub stopper was broken and he quickly fixed that too! These people saved my house! I’m so thankful that I was connected with them through my home warranty. I can’t imagine another plumber would have put as much effort into solving my issue because it certainly wasn’t an easy or straight forward job. They spent an entire day making sure that the job was done professionally, educated me along the way, gave important suggestions for future projects and made me feel like part of the family. With all of the “yuck” in the world (and in my house 🤣) it’s nice to know that there are honest, hardworking and caring people out there to help.

It was two days before Christmas when we had to call due to one of our toilets being stopped up. We had guests from out of town visiting and we were in desperate need for a good plumber. We called Budget Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day and quickly fixed the issue. The owner Steven was courteous, professional, and most importantly didnt try to upcharge us. He gave us a good price and did great service which we greatly appreciate. This was our first time calling Budget Plumbing, but this wont be our last. To find a great plumber that wont try to swindle you is a rare find, we will definitely be using their services again!
