Extremely impressed with the entire team at 1-Tom-Plumber. I contacted them do to an unidentified leak that was causing significant increases to my water bill. The office staff that I spoke to were extremely helpful and able to put me on the schedule in a timely fashion. Sean came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very transparent in explaining to me what he was doing and the possible outcomes prior to doing any work. He quickly identified a major issue that would need further evaluation and treatment and explained that his boss would need to come out to inspect the damage. Jamie showed up extremely quickly and gave me an idea of the scope of work and had his people out first thing the next morning to fix the issue. I cant express enough of my thanks to the quick painless experience this was. The entire team was personable and got the job done quickly. Their response time to all my inquiries really stood out. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

I recently used 1-Tom-Plumber for a kitchen faucet issue that i had with a 24 year old faucet, in my home. From my initial contact with the office personal, Gabrielle who took my call and did her best to get my issue resolved professionally and quickly.On the day of service, Eric Washburn arrived on time and was very courteous and respectful. Although, he ran into some difficultly getting the old part off, and took a bit longer than expected still did an amazing job.The pricing was fair and transparent. There were no surprises. I will be definitely be using their services again, if the need arises.

Recently used 1-Tom Plumbing out of Hampton Rds Virginia for some emergency work this past Saturday. They arrived within the 2 hour window they gave which was awesome. I feel like the price I paid for this being a weekend and deemed an emergency visit was a very fair price. My technician Danny M. was knowledgeable, professional and gave top notch customer service from beginning to end. I’d highly recommend him and 1-Tom Plumbing.

I’ve called on 1-Tom Plumber twice now for service calls. One was for a toilet leak and the other was a hose bib leak. In both cases I was out of town so communication was key. I was happy with both the response times and level of communication. In terms of pricing, it certainly wasn’t inexpensive but I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. It costs money to run a business - I get it. I plan to call them again if the need arises.

Tom-1-Plumber was a life saver for me after coming come from a 14 hour shift to find that my sump pump had given out and all my things were swimming water. I called around frantically, trying to find somebody who could help and when I called Tom-1-Plumber, I was assisted by a calm and understanding woman in the office who sent Jonathan M out to help quickly. When he arrived, he got right to work to investigate and find the problem, then took time to make sure we fully understood what was going on and our options to handle the situation. With Jonathan’s help, we agreed on a plan and he made sure we were at up through the night before returning the next day. When he arrived the next day, he installed the new system and explained what next steps he would recommend regarding the water damage that was left behind. Where do I start?! First off, I just came home from a long day of work, after a very tiring week, only to find my toilet hadnt flushed everything down from 12 hours ago!! Yyuuuuck!!!!
