There was a power outage and when it was restored, my heat no longer worked. Called Eveready and they put me on the schedule for the next morning. Christopher and Joey are awesome. Christopher called me and gave me a 30 minutes heads up before he dropped by.They were really friendly and got to work fixing the issue and answered all the questions I had.They fixed the issue promptly and actually hung out for a bit after to ensure that all was well and that everything was working before they left.Would call Eveready again! They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

My husband and I would like to thank the Eveready Service Experts for taking care of our HVAC system during the Christmas holiday. Not only did they come out on the coldest day this year the Sunday before Christmas, they returned on Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas for a new install. I would like to give an extra special thanks to Sherry Lindsay- customer service rep- who not only recommended this company but kept us up to date during the entire process. Thank you Joshua Traylor for coming so quickly on Christmas Eve. Thanks to their expert installers, Donovan and Kevon for making the installation easy for us. We both work from home and were able to continue working without interruptions. We are grateful to have found a reliable and customer focused company to meet our needs. They also were great at offering options to fit the customers budget. I will be recommending this company to all friends, families and co-workers.

I cannot thank this company enough- but more so, my plumber- Mr. Carter. He was kind, empathetic, patient, and really took the time to approach my situation in the BEST way possible. He was here ALL day, digging, crawling in the flooded crawl space, working through the pouring rain, and working into the dark. He made sure I was updated every step of the way. He made sure my questions were answered and he was extremely thorough and detail oriented.I feel blessed to have had him do the work. This had to be one of the hardest days of his career. The repair/sales technician were quick to get here, provided needed information on the condition of our heating unit, and patiently explained pros and cons of their product offerings.The installation technicians came a couple of days later and completed the installation in great time and patiently demonstrated the updated features. I just wanted this company to know how well these 2 young lads gave their all. 91°, they toiled and sweated but completed the removal of a broken sewer pipe and replaced it in one day. 12 hour day in 91-degree heat. Today we had our seasonal maintenance on both our units under the Advantage program. I have to say that Justin and Mike were the most thorough and detailed service technicians that I have had to date. There is nothing worse than waking up to no heat in the house on a cold day. Eveready was referred to me by my supervisor. Alex and Josh came out on the same day I called. They were professional and helpful. They explained the work that was done and what may possibly need to be done in the future. Rafael is a professional gem. He not only replaced our thermostat today but he also patiently helped us to reset the wireless connection to our cell phone. In addition, while he was here, he looked at a spot on our heating system that worried me a little bit. Rafael found and quickly patched a small leak. Moreover, he checked the crawl space to ensure everything looked the way it should. Then, while he was finalizing an over all system check, Rafael replaced the air filter. He was the model of professionalism, knowledge, patience, and kindness. We highly recommend!

Update: Kaylee and Alex once again provided excellent service during a prepaid maintenance visit.Update: Brandon Bullard once again went above and beyond to provide excellent service when our copper dwv from 1968 decided to let go. Being a weekend emergency call he didnt have access to enough supplies to replace the entire 24 run of drain until the supply houses opened on Monday, but he was able to get a fix in place to allow us to use the kitchen sink until he was able to come back to complete the job. As promised by Brandon, scheduling called us first thing Monday morning to come back out a day or so later and finish the job. For a third time now Brandon has proven himself a skilled plumber providing excellent service.Update: Matthew Carter did a phenomenal job installing our new water heater. He was prompt, courteous and best of all, provided extremely high quality work while offering suggestions to extend the life of our equipment and answering my many questions. Cant say enough great things about his workUpdate: Kaylee was excellent at addressing all our questions and concerns during our most recent PM visit. She was prompt, courteous and provided excellent service. She even went above and beyond by identifying and correcting an annoying rattle caused by loose duct work that has been driving me crazy. Cant say enough good things about our preventive maintenance visit by Kaylee.Update: I cant leave multiple reviews so Im editing to also recognize Joey C and his excellent service! We had what I thought was a leaking cast iron pipe dripping toilet water into the basement, which turned out to just be a poorly seated toilet with an incorrectly installed ring. Joey handled things quickly and professionally in a way that saved us time and expense. Cant thank him enough!Louis was prompt, courteous and excellent at explaining our home system to me and answering detailed questions I had. He also fixed a few things that had been overlooked on previous visits by other techs. Kaylee is truly a professional technician. She entered the house with all of the equipment and materials needed. She was shown where the thermostat was, and she noticed the batteries needed to be replaced. She checked to see if the furnace was on and then proceeded to go to where the furnace was located. Once she had completed her furnace check, etc. and installed the new filter she replaced the batteries. She advised me that my vents needed to be cleaned because my filter had a lot of unwanted dust. I thanked her for the suggestion and asked for the price. She advised me that since I was on the Advantage Program, the price was reduced. I advised her I would contact Eveready to schedule an appointment. She asked if I had any other questions and said no. She thanked me and told me to have a wonderful day. Way to go Kaylee!!

They explained what they found and offer many options to address my issues. They were very professional and thorough. This was a great experience and I’m completely satisfied with the service.I had the install of my new system today.Terry and Brandon installed the AC and Matthew installed the water heater. I can’t say enough about the courtesy and professionalism these gentlemen displayed. They did the work and took extra care to as they moved parts in and out of the home. When the job was complete they walked me through how to work the equipment and answered all my questions. More importantly they removed all debris from the old units. I first encountered Eveready when our tub handle broke and we were calling around looking for a plumber that had immediate availability. We did not have a plumber at the time so I decided to sign up and get a service contract with them. I am so glad that I did as just this week. A faucet broke in my bathroom and I needed to have two faucets replaced and a toilet repaired. I called and made an appointment on Monday and they were able to send me two technicians on Tuesday their names were Matthew and Jeremiah. Both men arrived promptly at 8 AM looked at what had to be done, gave me a quote, and got right to work. They did an amazing job. They were both very knowledgeable and helped me to understand how everything worked. They were also able to advise me on how to work the drains in my tubs. I highly recommend these two men for your plumbing needs and also for HVAC needs as well.

We had an emergency arise the very next day and when he hadn’t heard from us he followed up kindly and then was very patient as we navigated that. Once our heads were clear, I called and he got us on the schedule and let us know when shockingly quick. Justin broke everything down and answered all of our questions without hesitation. This is nice, in this day and age when you know not about hvac and the possibility of being taken advantage of is all too real. I feel that they represented Eveready quite well, these two are the kind that you want customer/potential customer facing for sure!

We are very pleased with their service and visit.We received a text message and an email when the Service Technicians were on their way and in a timely manner Joshua Traylor and Alex Taylor arrived. They put on foot covers prior to entering our home. They inspected our heating and cooling system, performed the maintenance service of the equipment, took pictures and provided us with a Home Health Report Card (the first time to ever receive this kind of service) explaining the results of their inspection. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and willing to explain things about my system I wasnt aware of. Their pricing is also reasonable (especially with the monthly maintenance plan). I am so glad to have this team of experts to ensure that my system is working and keeping me comfortable during these very hot days. Thanks once again Eveready Service Experts and a special shout out to Kaylee and Justin!I have used Eveready 3 times from plumbing to HVAC. I highly recommend their service agreement program. Today I woke up with no heat and an error on my Nest thermostats. I called this morning and their customer service was extremely responsive and courteous. They booked me for an appointment today. Their HVAC professionals, Chris and John, arrived on time and where absolutely awesome. Here’s why. They identified some installation issues with the system (only 4 years old); they educated about my system and how it works; they identified the problem (which was a bit complicated than I originally thought); they were patient trouble-shooters, finding and cleaning up water leaking from the system (when it shouldn’t have been), addressing a clog in the flue, checking the attic to try to trace the clog, vacuuming the pipe to help eliminate the clog, and ultimately fixing the problem. My out of pocket expenditure was VERY reasonable given the work they did. I highly recommend their service agreement program! It saved me a lot of money and makes me appreciate the need for preventative maintenance. Thanks so much to Chris and John!

I have since had a less than desirable service experience.Im hoping I can change this back to a 5 and our issue can be resolved.We had a sump pump installed a couple of months ago. It being winter, we never went outside to check on the way the water was being directed out of our home. We just assumed Eveready had done it correctly.Turns out it was just shooting water two feet out from our house, eroding our garden path.I showed it to Josh and he said to call and they would send someone out to fix the issue. We called and got on the calendar.This past Monday, Eveready was scheduled to come out between 12 and 4 to fix the issue. I was on my way to a morning doctors appointment when my husband called me to indicate Eveready was coming early. They showed up without me being there. And fixed it, without me being there.The PVC pipe was just burried. It doesnt terminate anywhere we can find. Wont the PVC pipe just fill with mud?Someone was supposed to come out yesterday to look at it. I waited around all afternoon and never saw or heard from Eveready.‐‐---------------Kenny and Josh were quick and accommodating.

Service and friendliness of the representatives from Eveready Service has always been wonderful. Kaylee and Alex were here to do regular chexk of my HVAC and wven did a check of the hot water heater. They were very professional, explained what they had done, and restored the thermostat’s settings before they left.Josh returned a to replace a part. As before, he was very professional, asking if I had any questions, carefully wearing the paper carpet-protecting ‘slippers’ in the house, and making sure the thermostat and unit were working before he left. I highly recommend this company.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I signed up for their service plan and as expected, they called me for a service because it was time! We signed up for the UV light thingy this time. Will definitely be calling on Eveready again for future needs. The Technicians (Chris & Callie ??-did i get the names right? im terrible at remembering names:)) were prompt, thorough and very personable. They gave us a detailed breakdown of our current system (including photos etc), suggestions on maintenance we could do to on our end to keep it functioning efficiently, and also provided us with some info on potential future enhancements should we ever be interested. (No pushy selling at all, just honest helpful info). After they left, wife & i both actually said to each other: yeah, i really liked those two guys, felt like we could trust them to be straight with us. So yeah, Eveready (specifically Chris & Callie ) were excellent, well definitely use them again.

Shortly after I received a text letting me know Charlie was on the way to my house, Charlie and Joey showed up to do the maintenance check on my heating system. They introduced themselves, I directed them to the unit and they worked their magic. They worked quickly but effectively to change the filter in the unit, test the performance of the unit, and provided me with suggestions for additional work that might need to addressed. They also changed the batteries in the thermostat. Highly recommend these two gentlemen!
