Kay was quick to respond and very pleasant and kind during the scheduling process, ensuring to get all of the information necessary to equip technician Chris before he came out, which was awesome from a client perspective: I didn’t have to repeat myself once. Multiple times, Chris referenced the information I gave Kay. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and took his time to make sure we understood everything. He confirmed a lot of the information that we found in Google troubleshooting, plus added valuable knowledge and insight. We now feel equipped to make the best decision for ourselves - based on both finances and product quality. We have had a few water tests and quotes from other companies and Chris’s visit felt the least like a hard sales pitch. He was just very casually confident that “we are the best, take your time to find that out for yourself”. We walked away feeling confident in his knowledge, care, and ability. Mr. C Pavie was the Specialist who came out to my residence. He was on time and an overall professional, polite and knowledgeable individual. It was a real pleasure talking to him. He gave me a lot of useful information and took the time to explain things at a level I could understand (using simple terms instead of a lot of technical lingo that I wouldnt have a clue about not knowing that field ). Its a free service and I learned some new stuff about the quality of my water. Its definitely worth having your water tested.

I decided to go with this company after the company I initially had with another system went out of business without notice. Day 1 of calling my called was answered. After speaking with the receptionist and the executive assistant, I was confident that I chose the right company to install my existing system. What I didnt expect but planned for was having to purchase a new system altogether. Their technician Mike was very nice and knowledgeable with installing and answered all of my questions about the system. He was very respectful of my home and removed his shoes before walking in without me even asking. I would say once the details were ironed out, It probably took a little over an hour for install. I also appreciate the notification and picture of who the technician was going to be. I look forward to using my new system and would recommend Kinetico to anyone looking for cleaner water and excellent customer service.

My well water was very hard and had a sulfur smell. It also contained very high iron content that turned all the toilets and facilities that received water a bright orange color. The water from the well also had a high silica content.Advanced Water Systems represents Kinetico. They were able to combine all elements I needed to have the best possible water quality available in our house. The sales and service at Advanced Water Systems are excellent.Chris Pavan came to the house and listened to my description of what I thought was wrong with the water. He tested the water and with the results in hand, we sat down and looked at the options available for my system. In addition to the water softener that dealt with the hardness & iron, we added a carbon sulfur guard to get rid of the sulfur odor. I also wanted an ultraviolet light to kill all bacteria coming into the house. We added a silica filter which coats the silica and prevents it from sticking to the shower walls, and glasses in our kitchen. For our drinking water, we added a reverse osmosis system that has its own tap in the kitchen and feeds the instant hot water, and the refrigerator.Mike, Kevin and Jonathan are the technicians who installed the systems. They are very knowledgeable, well trained, polite and considerate. Its apparent Advanced Water Systems emphasizes customer service in all aspects of their business.Thanks to Advanced Water Systems & Kinetico, Im very pleased with the water quality in our home and give them my highest recommendation.Gary Schaffer

The installation of my unit was flawless. The installer was on time, neat and professional. He brought all equipment tools and materials through the back door instead of through the house. He completed the installation in what I thought was record time. Less than 3 hours! The disruption of the main water line was less than 15 minutes. I couldnt be happier. However, we did have a miscommunication of sorts when it came to billing. But the office willingly attempted to work it out. I would certainly recommend Kinetico Advanced Water Systems of Central Virginia.

Chris Pavie handled my initial appointment, and Mike Trainer handler the installation service. Chris did a great job checking out my water quality, and listening to me on my water issues, financial situation, and what I was looking for. He fully explained every part and purpose of the system, and gave me a great quote that took my financial needs in mind. He got everything together and scheduled the installation for the very next morning. So fast! Mike came by the next day for the installation and he was also wonderful. He showed up on time and handled everything flawlessly. Installed the water softening system in a great spot, and also installed the filtered water spigot exactly where I wanted it. He had a great attitude and clearly explained everything he did as well. I highly recommend these folks as they will do a great job and significantly improve the water quality of your home. Every day I enjoy the soft water and the bottled-water-level of drinking water I now have. Great work.

Kinnetico came and diagnosed our problems and proposed a system upgrade to get our water back to where it should be . Mike is a very qualified installer, and Paul, the owner, is honest, knowledgeable and very dependable. I cant believe it took me two years to finally take the time to write a review. I needed some more filters and a bag of salt. I called on a Monday and Paul delivered everything to me the next day!! You cant beat service like that. These guys dont just forget about the service after you purchase your system. Not to mention we never have to buy bottled water again. This reverse osmosis water system puts out the best water Ive ever tasted, and the water softener solved the issues we were having with our hard, iron filled well water. We have had a Kinetico water system in all our homes since the early 90s. That should tell you all you need to know about the systems. But, you do need to know that of all the systems that we have put in; this experience was the best. Kinetico - Advanced Water Systems of Central Virginia, took care to ensure we had the proper system - not too small and no overkill. They could not get into our house prior to the closing date, so they showed up the next day to ensure we had clean, pure drinking water and soft water for everywhere else.They efficiently used the space where we wanted the system and the installation professional was top notch. Polite, knowledgeable and he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and everything was just right.If you are on the fence about a water softener or reverse-osmosis drinking water system. Hop on off and call there great people.

I LOVE my Kinetic’s water system!! In this area with super hard water I don not worry about mineral deposits anywhere in my house!! Previously I had mineral deposits in my washing machine, shower, commode and faucets and clearly in my drinking water! Now I have none of that threatening my appliances or me. AND their service personnel is super reliable and friendly!! Even called me to see whether I needed anything that their technician could do or bring while he (Jonathan) was in the area! After having a horrifying experience with an unsolicited company, I did my thorough research and chose to invite Kinetico to discuss their product. I initially sat for 3 hours only to be harassed into purchasing a system right now. Today Chris came. He simply tested the water, explained the results, and got right to their products. My husband and I wanted both the house and drinking water systems. He was through knowledgeable pleasant easy and guess what. He encouraged us to take our time to make a decision, research more if we liked and said that he would be here for us when We are ready. Their prices were less than half the other companies and their ratings were correct. We will be getting our filtration system through kinetics and referring them to our family and neighbors. 5 star service. 5 star product and 5 star prices. Doesn’t get any better.

I have used Kinetico to filter my well water for over 20 years. We had to lay it to rest and replace it with a newer model. I could not be more pleased. We added the reverse osmosis system with mineral cartridges and bye bye bottled water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had some concerns about the life of my warranty and even 30 days after my install they worked with me. They get an A+ rating !

Fortunately, I called Kinetico and one of their experts came out and installed a filtration system in our home. But, they didn’t sell me the system I wanted, they sold me the system I needed. I wanted everything they had, but was educated by the representative who was installing the system. One year later, I called them with issues I was having with using a lot of peroxide. Paul Gianos drove out to our home and found the issue immediately. He installed the pipes so filtered water would not be used outside the house, only inside. Stacey and Paul did an outstanding job. I was with another company, because I found out through a mortgage refinance that I had E. coli in my well. The company had been jerking me around for a month and a half trying to sell me one of their systems for way more than I could afford. After several failed attempts to get the problem fixed, my neighbor recommended Kinetico. I called them yesterday around 2pm. The problem was fixed by 5pm for half the price the other company wanted to charge me. Not only did Paul fix the problem well, but he also took the time to explain what was needed for the job and WHY. As a single mom, I hate being mansplained to. I am a reasonably intelligent woman, but I’m not a plumber. Paul PATIENTLY explained what each piece of equipment was doing and why it was important. In the long run, he probably saved me double what I spent and was patient and kind about it. Words cannot explain how appreciative I am. I will be returning to Paul for any future issues and referring any friends I have to them.

I wanted to wait until the system had been in for a while before writing a review. From our various homes this our 4th water treatment system and its absolutely the best. From sale to installation everything was top notch and professional. They worked with us to install an RO in our RV and we loved having great tasting water as we traveled across the country. The system has been wonderful with low maintenance and salt usage. Dont be fooled into cheaper systems. Lower water quality, higher salt usage and maintenance will end up costing more in the long run.

Plus install outside water tap for lawn water. The icing on the cake I can now fill my hot tub wthe soft pure water. Now our clothes wont be falling apart and break out with rashes after we shower. Suggested new Water filer for larger tank. Will check to see the last time it was changed. Drained the water from the hot water tank. And will check to see if it is past its useable life and needs to be changed out but warned the old ones last longer than the new ones. Checked Separate drinking water faucet and suggested might need to change next time.You just have to work with them. Have been a PROUD Customer since 2017.
