    Anthony and his team installed a tankless water heater for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to do that job. They installed it efficiently and were very professional. DJ arrived at my property and while it didn’t end up being a simple fix, he stayed until the job was done. He was extremely nice, professional and dedicated to his work.     This company walked us through the replacement of both our heating and hot water systems. They were prompt to show up, gave us options up front, and scheduled us within a few days which seems difficult for such a big project. They completed the install quickly and cleaned up every touch point as if they were never here. Highly recommend!

    I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible services provided by Trust1 and Anthony Mound while on holiday in Massachusetts. When my air conditioner decided to give out, I was in quite a bind, but they came to the rescue in no time!From the moment I called, the customer service was outstanding. They were not only prompt in their response but also incredibly knowledgeable about their work. When it came time to fix the air conditioner, their technical expertise truly shone through. They diagnosed the issue efficiently and had it up and running in no time, all while maintaining fair pricing.To top it all off, Anthony went above and beyond by surprising us with pizza for lunch! It’s rare to encounter such a personal touch in service these days. I cant recommend Trust1 Services and Anthony Mound highly enough for their professionalism, skill, and genuine care for their customers.     Tom and Nick were both great! We had been having a hard time finding an HVAC company willing to do work on our improperly installed HVAC system and had almost given up hope we could get it repaired without having to replace the entire system. Trust 1 stepped up though and got the job done and was fairly priced. The technicians, Tom and Nick, were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got the job done in a few hours and even programmed our new thermostats they installed for us. Trust 1 is our HVAC company should we ever need more work done. I cannot say enough good things about Tom and Nick. Keep up the good work!

    My experience with the previous technician wasnt great and unfortunately I was charged without my furnace being fixed. The same day after my first review, a gentleman called me to let me know that they will be sending a second technician by the name of Rubby Curran, to make sure my system is running properly this time. Rubby Curran is truly experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to clean up the unit and make sure everything went well. I thank you again for your service and will definitely will be using your service again.

    Dj my plumber did a fine job, his work was A-1. His Shower repair was timely and effective. Trust Ones Costs are difficult to accept.They did a good job. They can be trusted.

    Great service and customer service!! They are always so nice and helpful and do only what is necessary for your service rather than trying to overcharge you for anything you do not need. Service providers are always willing to walk you through and technical issues and jargon to help you better understand what may be going on with your HVAC systems and they always go the extra mile with a smile.     Reliable fast service. All service techs are knowledgeable and upfront about any issues they find. This is the second major installation they have performed for me, and I would recommend them for both heating and cooling services.

    Took advantage of your free plumbing inspection. Technicians Eric & John H identified a potentially serious problem with the boiler flow check valve (which I didnt even know existed in the ceiling of my basement). They were great! Explained everything, kept me informed of reasons for delay. Very professional. Made necessary repairs and cleaned up everything. Both are great assets to your company.

    Nick J and Brandon came to my house to look at the AC system. After their inspection they took the time to explain the problems and showed me pictures of the air handler which was in bad shape. They explained my options and prices quoted were fair and reasonable. They did not pressure me to have anything done. They treated my home, property, and me with respect. I did decide to replace the AC and the following day Nick B, Jake and Jeremiah arrived to do the install. Again, treating my property and me with respect. When the work was completed, they walked me through everything that was done and showed me how to operate the new control panel. Nick B went over everything that was done as well as going over the warranty again. Really appreciate the knowledge, professionalism, and respect that I was shown during all of this. Would definitely use them again.

    This is the second time Ive used Trust 1 services. Coming from someone who always thinks theyre being fleeced, I have modest confidence that Trust 1 will get the job done professionally and quickly at a fair price. First time they removed a wall to IDd a leak and provide a full quote. Second time, they replaced a leaking water heater that was for sure about to be a major issue. Hopefully, I dont need to call them ever again, but if I have a plumbing issue I will for sure put Trust 1 first.

    I was very relieved once Trust1 Services came out to help me with a busted water heater tank. They made me feel at ease and explained what needed to be done once they surveyed the area. Darryl and John worked efficiently and the whole process of replacing the tank was smooth. They were able to complete the work in a few hours. It was my birthday and was glad it didnt take the whole day. They were both kind, patient and informative.     John H. and Eric were excellent. Helpful in showing the problem and answering questions, along with some maintenance advice.Quick to replace the sink garbage disposal. They were able to replace a water heater quicker than expected, along with the difficulty of the place requiring to carrying it up a spiral staircase.
