I was a victim of previous plumber screw overs and was quite critical about trusting any plumbers. However, I was completely surprised at the care, professionalism and concern this company and its workers displayed to my wife and self. their workers were focused on solving our problems, not watching the clock. Again thanks for your concern and care you gave us and all your efforts to return our water heater situation back to normal. If you need a plumber, I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Coxs Old Colony HVAC & Plumbing.

Such great service! Our AC broke during the heatwave and the company we usually use said they couldn’t find parts or a replacement. I called Cox’s Old Colony and they came out promptly. They had a new unit delivered to our garage in a couple of hours. They came on Saturday to install and the job was done by noon. I had a question and texted Bill on Sunday figuring he would answer on Monday. He called me right back and was here Monday morning to make a quick adjustment. We love our new AC and the cost was a few hundred dollars less than the estimate from the other company. No one offers service like that! I highly recommend Cox’s Old Colony. Bill and his team are great!

I have used Bill Flannery the company owner for years. He responds quickly for both large and small jobs at reasonable prices. Did a great job installing a heat system, splitter unit, central a/c and whole house generator in a summer home that I converted to year round use.

We finished renovations on half of the bathroom before we realized we were going to need to make some changes to the plumbing. We called Cox and they came out to give us an assessment. Then they completed the work at the rate they promised and were so good about helping us make plans for routine maintence too. Great people.

I had a good experience with Coxs Old Colony. They installed a complete heating and AC system in our home (2-furnaces and 2-AC). The crew was very professional, left my house clean every night and let me know when they will arrive the next day.The quote was really good and I felt they had my best interest in mind when choosing the right setup. Even though they ended up replacing my entire system, they tried to keep all the working equipment. Other companies, just assumed I wanted everything replaced (and with top-of -the-line equipment). Also, I really appreciated that the MassSave rebate was NOT part of the quote. All the other quotes I received, the companies included the MassSave rebate - which made me feel like the company was benefiting and not me!My only criticism is that they are not the most organized company. You will have to ask a lot of questions and be active in the process. If you have a concern, just bring it up. They answered all my questions and I felt they were honest throughout the process. I would recommend them and will be calling them for any future work.

My grandfather lives on his own just fine. We all take turns visiting, but really hes got this. To help him out we picked up a service agreement with Coxs Old Colony HVAC. They have been out twice now and are always so pleasant and helpful. They handle the maintenance of the system and we know hes good for another year.

Thought we had a major issue with our AC.It wasnt cooling properly after we bought our house.The initial company that came out recommended by our realtor thought we needed a new AC.Cox came out and realized our ducts looked like they had been stepped on stopping adequate cooling to multiple rooms.Saved us thousands.

Thank you so much for actually fixing my plumbing issues. Every time I would call my landlord they would “fix” it in 5 minutes and of course it would break again within 2 days. It has now been 3 weeks since Cox’s fixed my plumbing and haven’t had a singe issue since! Thank you so much!

Thank you for everything, Bill, especially:-For replacing the old heating system with a new boiler at a competitive price.-For solving a complicated heating problem that other companies did not seem to want to tackle.-For going out in the freezing weather to help during the complex transition phase from the old to the new heating system, even when you were feeling sick and ended up testing positive for COVID!-For over 3 hours of pumping water and sludge out of the basement and a crew of 4-5 guys to dig and install a new and improved pumping system, thus hopefully fixing a major basement flooding problem that had been going on for decades!-For answering texts and phone calls in a timely fashion.-For your funny jokes.Best wishes.
