I can’t say enough great things about Efficiency Plumbing! We had an urgent heating issue and they came through in a big way.From the moment I called, their team was responsive and professional. They sent someone out right away, and quickly diagnosed the problem.Not only did they fix the issue efficiently, but they also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. The service was top-notch, and the price was fair—no surprises.It’s clear this family-run business truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating needs!

Amazing plumbing company. Quick to respond. Very Friendly and knowledgeable. Tech came out first thing in the AM. He didn’t have the parts on hand, but they sent another plumber within a couple hours so I didn’t have to wait through the weekend. Got the tankless boiler back in service quickly! You can’t go wrong with this company.

First, let me say, I cant swing a hammer. That includes all other means and manner in the ways of home improvement. When things go wrong, I generally curl up in a ball and try to fight back becoming catatonic. Well, when plumbing emergencies arrive these days, that fear is gone-all thanks to Efficiency Plumbing.The team there put me and my wife at ease from the word go, and they were out to the house to determine the precise issue in quick fashion. My sister and her family were visiting, too, so for a few hours my brother-in-law and I could learn a few things. Now I can identify and explain-in rudimentary fashion-a booster tank et al (I impress at a cocktail party).Thanks ever so much, Efficiency Plumbing. We couldn’t be happier with our heat pump. It’s warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Efficiency is fantastic to work with. They’re professional affordable and just genuinely nice people. Had an amazing experience with them. They installed a whole house heat pump and on demand water heater on separate occasions. Kept me in the loop the entire time. We had them replace a broken tankless hot water system, install a whole house water softening system and under sink reverse osmosis drinking water system. The were very prompt; from request, to estimate, to full install was just over one week. Efficiency Plumbing recently did work in my home. They installed a 3 zone whole house heat pump, on demand tankless water heater and a whole house water filtration system. The process from estimate to completion was seamless. Efficiency is a Mass Save contractor so I was able to take advantage of 0% financing and received a Mass Save rebate of $10,000. They are the only plumber and HVAC company I will use.

They came out last spring to get my AC running again, and then came back again to restart my furnace ahead of a winter freeze. I cannot speak highly enough about Efficiency Plumbing. We had a slow leak in our water heater that the week before Christmas got a bit worse and we knew waiting any longer to have it replaced couldve been bad. I found this company through a FB recommendation on a town page. I texted the number, and heard back within a few hours. All communication throughout the process was fast and provided all information in a professional manner.I sent photos of our current water heater, and they suggested coming in person the Sunday of Christmas weekend. They were perfectly on time and were in and out in a few minutes.I had some questions about changing up our water heater setup, so they provided quotes for both scenarios. They even included if anything was MassSave eligible for rebates!Once we signed the quote and got it back to them, they were here in a few days to do the work. They were 10 minutes early for an 11-12pm arrival time, which I appreciated SO much! They walked me through the work one more time, explained the process, and then got right to work. There were 3 plumbers and they were seriously just so nice and professional. To add to that, they all wore masks and were very COVID-cautious. In only a few hours when they were finished, Mike walked me through all the work theyd completed. I even got the invoice the next morning first thing!All in all, we are so thrilled with Efficiency Plumbing all around and will definitely refer them to others, as well as use them in the future.

These folks were great to work with! They were responsive to my call within the same day (unlike other outfits where it take a week or more to hear back). They were able to come out the following day and assess the work to be done and I received a very reasonable quote for the work. They came out within a week to do the work, that is what worked for my schedule. All the work they did was very professional and done in an efficient time frame. I called the following day for another issue and within an hour they came out to resolve the problem. They also wore masks the entire time, very respectful. I will most definitely call them again.

They fixed the leak fast and hooked me up with a plasterer to have my ceiling fixed. They made this bad situation go away quickly.
