We had an emergency this morning in the basement, called our regular plumber who referred us to Davidson H&C for “this” job. Within minutes I called Davidson and spoke with the nicest lady named Mary, she said it’s your lucky day, I have a team here ready to be sent out -they should be there within about 15 minutes…and they were!!! Well I’m sorry I didn’t get these two fellas names but they were great…they got right to work assessing and diagnosing the situation, very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us an easy to understand explanation of the situation. They were hard workers, funny stories and laughter shared which made the situation at hand feel lighter easing our anxiety. The job was complete in a timely manner and out the door to their next assignment I suppose. I’ve lived in Hanover all my life and have driven by Davidson 1000 times- never even dawned on me to contact them with a plumbing or HVAC situation but I am so glad that we were referred to them today! We would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them in a crisis or in an every day situation, where we just need a good plumber or an HVAC guy!! Thank you so much for your service-we sure appreciate you all!!

Kitchen remodel. They took my info and needs, and had me call back closer to time of needing water disconnected and set up for cabinet install. It was a bit involved, eliminating garbage disposal (electrical done elsewhere, i removed it physically) changing out old shut off valves and damaged copper piping leading to dishwasher, split bowl sink to single bowl sink, etc. I called like the thursday before the July 4 weekend as I got short notice from home depot on cabinet install, to set up the plumbing work so not to be without a sink too long. They were flexible on short notice to schedule , were so professional, no bill up front which Is not typical in my experience. Came back later once countertops installed, to do the hook up and one other job I added. 1 Minor issue but they came out, fixed it, explained it, and no extra charge as their bills easy to follow on billable labor hours. Bill just came in and was really reasonable. They earn their high reviews!

One of the absolute best experiences! Mary was very sweet and helpful on the phone, and the guys were so quick to come and install a new hot water heater the very same day! I was worried about not having hot water with having a 6 month old baby and they made everything so easy!! We will highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again guys!

This company was fantastic. They were accommodating and professional. My hot water heater was leaking and I thought wed have to replace it however Davidson H&C were able to repair it instead. I recieved the repair bill today and was shocked at the more than reasonable amount I was charged. Everything about my experience with this company has been positive. Thank you Davidson H&C for the providing such exceptional service.

Woke up the other morning to our water heater leaking in the basement. We found Davidson in a Google search. Mary, was very helpful over the phone explaining everything she needed from the water heater and sent a plumber, Eric, over to check if water heater could be fixed instead of replacing it. It had to be replaced and he needed a 2nd guy, Trey, to help with removal of our 2004 75 gallon water heater and install of the new 75 gallon water heater. We had hot water again the same day. They were great. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend this company.

I am the owner of Faith and Willow Bistro and Bakery and 5 stars is not near enough for this company and the wonderful staff from the office to the field. I am so so happy with every service they have provided to me from the very first call I made to them. I will not use any other plumber ever. Today the job was a big one, and they came knowing I am trying to be open again tomorrow. I highly recommend this company for sure..

This afternoon we were disturbed to find water filling our sump pit and didnt know where it was coming from...except we could also see the sump pump wasnt working. Bummer big-time.Then, in the back of the house we discovered that the timer we had placed on the outside hose bib for summer lawn watering had evidently frozen up and was dumping water near the foundation apparently since early this morning...and a lot of this water found its way into the sump pit.We urgently called Davidsons, a company we have used before with excellent results, and Mary took down careful notes, then had Eric and Derrick here only one hour later. Eric disassembled our sump pump, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and patiently explained everything to us...within around one hour at a very reasonable price. All is now well.This is the second time weve turned to these guys for a sudden plumbing issue -- the first was a leaky water heater -- and theyve been great on both occasions. Cant recommend them enough.
