Great company and great technicians! I had a leak that needed found and repaired. Terry was able to cut through the ceiling and wall and find the leak. He was very professional and thorough. He cleaned everything up when he was finished, even the floors were wiped down! He treated my home as he would his own. I feel the prices are very fair, too. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone, and I will continue to use their services as needed. Fantastic job!

Outstanding service, price, and quality of work and attitude. Got a new indoor and outdoor unit installed today, with exceptional installation. Not only did the technicians professionally present themselves, and their company, but also had the ability to answer every question I had regarding the work, and the unit. The installation was very quick, and they kept the work area very clean, even with removing the old unit. I was suggested the company by my parents, and I would suggest them to anyone with confidence. Not only am I satisfied with the unit, and my house being climate controlled again, but also I have the peace-of-mind that the installation was solid, from start to finish. Highly recommend Czapp Mechanical, as they not only do the job, but they know the job. Technicians here are clearly knowledgeable, and showed enthusiasm toward getting the job done correctly, and with care. An EASY 5/5.

I called czapp because my hot water heaters pressure valve was leaking. I didnt know what to do to turn it off and was worried we would do something wrong. I called Czapp in the morning and a technician was out almost immediately to check it out for me. They discovered it was a very old hot water heater (2011) and needed replaced. They were able to install it 4 days later, and they were fast! A couple hours they had finished the job, left no mess, and were super friendly and helpful! Terris the man! We would definitely use their services again!

Yesterday we noticed the sump pump and the hot water heater were leaking in our basement. I called Czapp Mechanical in morning, they were out that afternoon, both items things fixed and back up and running I’m the same day!!! Wyatt and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, and so very nice!Back in April the wires to the outside AC unit were severed from our dog playing with her ball behind it! I called them as soon as we found it, and they were out within a couple hours!!! They deliver top notch service every single time!!

I have been using this company for 15 years. The employees are knowledge and the prices are very vert reasonable. I have had warranty work done on a pressure tank and they resolved it. They have replaced my water heater as well and have maintenanced my hvac system. 1 stop shop. Kurt and Wyatt were out today to look at my well pump and they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again for being a fair, reasonable, knowledgeable and friendly company top to bottom.

Ive been a fan of Czapps for many years. We had an issue in the middle of the night during a snow storm years ago, and after calling around, they were the only ones willing to come out and help us. When we needed a new AC unit, we called around again, and they came in as the best bid, and we had a great experience with them again. Recently, we moved to a new house that needed a full replacement of the 20+ year old HVAC system. This included switching from oil heat to natural gas. Again, we knew Czapp would be able to help. We planned it all out to take place in the fall, and of course, in July our AC stopped working. Lester and team came right out and assessed the issue and fixed it but kept to our plan and budget. When fall arrived, they ordered our system and were quick to get the installation scheduled. They were courteous, respectful of the house and property, and went above and beyond. I am unbelievably grateful to Lester, Paul, and the team for always being there for us. We would never go anywhere else and always recommend to our family and friends.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company and the employees. I’ve used Czapp a few times prior for service calls and was very pleased. This morning was a big job! They replaced my furnace and a.c. unit. This type of big (IMO) job causes me stress but, per usual, the gentlemen were professional, efficient, respectful, kind and just all around extremely pleasant. Czapp has a customer for life! I will not hesitate to recommend to everyone I know. First and foremost, you cannot get any better than Czapp Mechanical! My wife Sharon and I discovered a leaking pipe in our basement very late last Saturday night, early Sunday morning. Spoke with Curt, the electrician and he walked us through shutting off the water from the inside, but water continued to leak into the basement, and he determined it was coming from the line outside. Both Curt and Wyatt came over a little later Sunday morning and determined that in fact the pipe was outside of the house and gave us a plan action. Throughout this entire process, the guys were professional, friendly and very informative and sympathetic to what was going on with our situation. They were determined to have our water running again and as I write this review; our problem has been resolved and we have running water. We cant thank them enough for coming out so early in the morning and being so efficient in resolving our problem, thank you Czapp Mechanical!!

Called on a Monday morning, to schedule a repair/replacement of grinder pump in septic system.Wyatt arrived same day, shortly before the septic tank pumper arrived, & stayed until the tank was pumped. Did a VERY THOROUGH JOB trying to determine the cause & answering my questions. Once he made his decision, he called in Kurt to assist & also provide for safety. They removed old pump, all floats, and wiring.They found old plastic wire ties, & wood in the bottom of the tank.They replaced pump, redid the wiring, tested the system.Both Wyatt & Kurt were thorough, professional and more than willing to answer all of my questions.BOTH WENT WAY BEYOND WHAT WAS NEEDED!Highly recommended & without a doubt would use again!!

We have used Czapp and Griffith several times over the past few years, originally being referred to them by a family member. Our most recent repair was for a grey water pump for our sand mound system. The pump died late on a Thursday afternoon, and after having spoken with Kurt, he said he would definitely at least come out the next day to evaluate what would be needed to do the job, but because of their full schedule for Friday ,they might not be able to come and repair it until Monday. To our surprise,they reworked their schedule in order to accommodate us because of our situation. Kurt and Jake showed up early the next morning and had the pump replaced and tested within a few hours. Needless to say I had some anxiety about the whole situation, but the guys at Czapp and Griffith pulled through for us again. We have used them to replace our well pump; replace our water pump switch; and replace this grey water pump, and each time the guys were always friendly and knowledgeable. We plan on using them again in the future for any repair needs and would highly recommend them for fast, reliable service.

Our heat wasn’t working and when we went to the basement we had 6” of water. Unfortunately this was at 1:00am Mothers Day morning. The sump pump in our brand new house failed. Frantically trying to find an emergency plumber I called the answering service at Czapp and Griffith. Kurt called me back quickly and came right out to pump the water. He also brought us 3 heaters if we needed. He called Sunday afternoon to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Great service!

We had our furnace die on us the beginning of November. It took them a little bit of time to get back to me with a price on how much everything was gonna cost. That being said they had the best price out of everywhere I checked. They did a great job and everyone was very nice. They didnt complain either about having to deal with the old 100 year old furnace. Im sure it probably was a pain but they didnt seem to mind. I would have them help again with any other issues that would come up in our house.

Had a clogged pipe and called for after hours service. Within 30 mins had a call back and the tech said it would be smarter to have a call during the day as nothing was leaking. Was advised a tech would be onsite by 10am. Received a call at 7am saying a tech would be onsite about 745am and he arrived on time. Fixed the issue within 30 mins and left the site clean. Highly recommend and happy with the response and repair made.
