Extremely pleased with service at a reasonable price. Our furnace gave out on a Friday (of course!) ahead of a predicted arctic blast. Bixler kept us warm over the weekend by supplying electric space heaters, then was at our door at 7:30 Monday morning to install our new furnace. We were warm again by shortly after noon. Fabulous!

The tech that responded was professional and very nice, he explained to me what he was doing wile I was hovering over him. He quickly figured out there was no problems with the units but the new thermostats had been wired wrong, less then 200 dollars on a Saturday, he had the problem solved with in an hour. This was the second time we called on this company during an emergency.

For the last 3 years I have called these guys to check my unit, because it is older. They are honest, efficient, and fair. A little freon bump and a coil clean at an affordable price keeps my 16 year old unit blowing very cold. Highly recommend.

My experience with this company has been great. After needing a furnace replacement last year. I found that all the employees are very knowledgeable, professional and courtesy. The also offer financing options to their customers. Fast reliable service. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Called 730 pacific time, on a Friday night....Very professional answering service said tech would call me back, and he did , 15 minutes later! We agreed he would call Sat am when near, he did! Repaired boiler issue (25 degree night) and suggested a pricey but needed upgrade that could wait until spring....instead of a pressured upsell. Great to live 2500 miles away and have your family taken care of in this way. Kudos to Bixler, Carl, and your answering service!

We had a flood in August 2014 in our family room here in south Hanover Pa.This was caused by a bad out side faucet. Called Bixler pluming and set up a appointment for them to come and fix the faucet. They came and did a excellent job.Getting ready to call them again for another flood in the bathroom/utility room. This time caused by a crack coupling underneath the toilet. Two floods in 3 months is not good, but I will not hesitate calling Bixler again.

AC went out on a hot summer day as we packed for vacation. Returned on an even warmer summer day exhausted from travelling with the suspected AC fan capacitor still malfunctioning. Decided to call Bixler that Friday morning based on positive online reviews. Needless to say they were prompt and professional, replacing the described part without incident. Subsequently received a super fair bill for parts and labor that I was more than happy to pay. Old-school customer service that is hard to come by these days. New customer for life!

My heat stopped working two nights ago. Yesterday morning I called Bixler and they had a technician out within an hour of calling. Within 10 minutes, the tech immediately knew my circuit board was bad. They ordered the part, it arrived at their shop at 8am this morning. By 9:30am it was installed and passed all functional tests. The Bixler team was extremely courteous, professional, reasonably priced, and I was amazed at the speed of the diagnosis and fix. I will be calling Bixler the next time I have any HVAC or plumbing issues.
