Our furnace stopped working the day after Christmas, and once Allison’s inspected the furnace the same day, they told us the part would be about a week to come in - so they brought us extra heaters and updated us routinely. Allison’s plumbing did an amazing job! There level of service and professionalism is second to none. We had an emergency call to have our well pump replaced when it died on a Sunday. The two guys that came out were incredibly professional and genuine happy to be there to replace the well. They respond very quickly and were able to get the well pump changed out in no time at all.

I have an old heating system and the technician was very knowledgeable. He explained to me how it worked and how to remove air from the system. The problem was the pressure regulator was not feeding water to the system which I had figured out just before he arrived. The knowledge gained from the technicians experience was well worth calling Allisons. The technician had the part I needed on his truck and let me know the price before he did any work. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a heating problem.

We needed a tech come out to unclog a toilet that our son flushed a disposable razor (and who knows what else) into. The lady who took the call was very friendly and easy to work with. She gave me a 3-6 hour window for when someone could be dispatched. She called back 10 minutes later and had a tech that was free and sent him out. He was super helpful, friendly, and patient. Overall a pleasant experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We have used Allison’s in the past for our HVAC install. We already knew the quality work provided. We recently had a clog the day before going away. Discovered on the weekend in the evening that our sink was getting backed up. The on call techs arrived about an hour or so after calling. They only took about 1.5 hours to complete the job. Explained everything thoroughly to us.

Had an outdoor spigot that we discovered this summer had apparently burst this past winter. Called Allison’s for repair. Josh arrived—skilled, professional, honest…not only worked through the exterior brickwork and mortar, but demonstrated to me how the valve works, showed me where the old one burst, and highlighted the importance of removing hoses or timers during winter months to help prevent freezing and splitting. Top notch. In a little over an hour, new one installed and looks quite professional.

It’s great to have such a professional and trustworthy contractor in our area. Their crew did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater with a tankless device last year. They are extremely professional and are very honest .For example just yesterday another individual working on my step in tub under life time guarantee informed me that I had a leak and needed to replace all my cast iron drains with PVC pipes .Allison checked everything out and no leak and nothing needed done . For all the above reasons I would never use anybody else .

Excellent service! As luck would have it, our hot water tank decided to die at 4PM on a Friday. I used Allison’s recently to have our furnace replaced, so I called them around 4:30 and despite it being the end of their day and week, they had someone there by 5 replacing our tank! The workers were friendly and great and by 6 or so all was done! Excellent service you don’t see that much anymore. Highly recommend 👍🏻

The company is very professional and fast with service. I called on a Sunday got the tech on call he was very very pleasant. I called back on Monday, they wanted to come out that day, however I could not make that work so they came the next day. Needed a new motor in my a/c unit, they didnt carry the one I needed so they had to order from another location. They were coming back the next day and even though they had a couple of techs out that day, they still had someone come out to get the job done. Perhaps some might not consider a clogged kitchen drain an emergency, but I did. After picking through some fresh green beans and washing them, I put a dozen or so down my garbage disposal in 3-4 bean increments, flushing liberally with hot water. Not long after, my dual kitchen sinks started backing up and filling with water.It was after regular business hours on a week night. I decided not to take a chance that Drano would unclog my sinks and called Allisons Plumbing. Dave answered the emergency line and 45 minutes after was at my home.He was polite and came with multiple buckets and plumbing supplies. Dave tried 3 different actions to unclog my sinks. He also asked if I had a downstairs bathroom which he checked to make sure there was no clog down there. Sinks still clogged.The 2 final attempts were a type of drain snake and chemicals. The snake helped but the finishing touch was the chemicals. After running hot water down for some time, all was clear and running smoothly.I paid for the emergency visit, the snake, and the chemicals and decided then and there to invest in their Preferred Customer Club. For $300 they inspect your heating, AC, and plumbing 2 times a year. That cost was less than half the cost of my Emergency plumbing visit.Dave was polite, professional, and made me pleased with my decision to call Allisons and not try Drano. He did say that the clog was more than likely not just from the fresh green beans but an accumulation from years of fat/grease coating my pipes.

I have a unique, older home that needed a unique heating and air system to replace window units and electric baseboard heat (limited attic, no duct work space, etc). Im so happy I selected them as their design is working perfectly, with limited energy use. The installers were professional and just great guys. I had an outdoor faucet that was not working, and I knew it was going to be a problem. There was no opening anywhere to get to the pipe. This young man came, and he had to put a hole in my wall, and he was able to put it in the closet and he hit the exact area where the pipe was broken in the wall, I was so happy that he was able to fix it so fast he even got a cover for it. We had a very bad experience with a previous HVAC company and called Allisons on a Sunday. The next day, Art was out to our house to look at our problem. He quickly found what was wrong and had to order parts to repair it. That night Tom (Manager) came out to quote a new system for us. Immediately we decided to have them install a new system for us, but our current system was not working and the upcoming week was a heat wave. Tom sent his guys out to work on getting our old one running until they could install the new one. Once the new unit arrived, they showed up early to beat the heat. They quickly wired and installed everything. Through the whole process they were extremely professional. They cleaned everything up and left it just the way they found it.
