    Needed a new furnace for my tenant. Joe who came by to give me an estimate was awesome. Explained things thoroughly and gave me several options. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. I decided to go with Russo, even though they were not the cheapest (but also not the most expensive.) I just had a good feeling about them. The day of install, Carlos was the one who did the work. He was equally awesome. Very professional and polite, just an all around good guy. The work was top notch and I couldnt be happier. I will be going with Russo for any of my future HVAC needs.

    Iā€™m so happy I selected Russo Bros. From the myriad of Plummer options on Google: technician came out right away on Christmas Eve. He was able to diagnose the problem and returned to execute on his plan on early morning of day after Christmas. I felt technician ( Jeremy J.) was knowledgeable and confident. Even though getting a pipe burst on 12/23/24 was a hideous experience we managed through it thanks to Russo Brothers. Cost commensurate with effort and they have an actual price list.

    The guys at Russo were amazing. Jim, Jose and Luke were professional, knowledgable and friendly. I had an issue with a water heater on Monday night. I was able to make an appointment with Russo for Tuesday morning. And by 2 pm on Tuesday my new heater was perfectly installed ! I canā€™t thank the team at Russo enough given the thanksgiving holiday was upon us. Thanks again Russo!

    Barry serviced our boiler and was fantastic. He explained everything, which was great + especially helpful for a first time home owner. He also discussed recommended services before proceeding to charge me for any of them. Iā€™m really happy with the communication, courtesy and promptness of Russo Bros. The weather turned cold very fast and we were happy to get the entire house comfortable for the entire family.

    Vince came out and was extremely helpful and professional, he letMe know that there was a hole in the led pipe and the flange was not making a seal. John P along with the boss Ed came Out to assist with changing out the lead piping that had a hole and was leaking into the kitchen ceiling. Very happy with the service provided!

    First I have to say that I have never experienced such nice people every time I called one person was nicer then the next. They were very helpful.The plumber who came Brian worked hard and did a great job. He fixed my issues. He was knowledgeable with old condos which made a big difference. I needed to get the job done and Brian worked hard to complete my job.The only unfortunate thing is how expensive it was but the job needed to be done so I had to get it fixed.Overall great experience from the people who answered the phone and the plumber who did the job

    This was our first interaction and we will be lifelong customers! From the very initial appt request online, to the follow up phone call, this was the most pleasant experience. The staff was extremely nice and accomodating, they fit us in same day.Our technician was amazing! He was very professional, educated and skilled at what he was doing. It was a simple running toilet that ended up having to be a brand new toilet. I was kept informed the whole time and my options were presented along with costs so I could make the best decision on what to do next. The same technician came back the next day so he was already familiar with us and our 3 monster dogs that he played with. Very personable. It was a fabulous experience

    Jeremy was terrific he was fast and helpful and did a super job with the repairs. In addition he was polite and friendly. Max who came yesterday and stopped the leak explained what needed to be done and directed me to the towns water department to coordinate water shut off and the needed replacement for the failed meter.     We have had a problem with too much heat blowing out in one of our bedrooms. When I scheduled an appointment with Russo Bros. I asked for a person with lots of knowledge and a willingness to think outside the box to come up with a solution. Barry Harm came out the next day and was kind, knowledgeable and did a great job of sizing up the heat situation in our condo. We signed up for a yearly pre-paid maintenance agreement as well when he was here and he did a thorough cleaning and assessment of our heating system!I hope he will be with Russo for a long time!

    Woke up to find a broken water heather (which in the mist of winter is not ideal to say the least), I called and Russo Brothers had a technician here within the hour.Phil (Brunnquell) was amazing, did a great (and fast), job. He took the time to explain to me the benefits of the new unit, as well as some problems I may encounter that had nothing to do with the unit (and to be 100% honest, most of it flew over my head as apparently Iā€™m not quite versed in water heating systems).I will definitely keep working with Russo Brothers in the future

    Sal came out and fixed my air conditioner unit in about 30 minutes! He was great.. professional, fast, accurate.Just had the water heater replaced. Jonathan and his assistant were great.. all fixed up in about 5 hours. Left a clean workspace and explained all the controls. And replaced a new main water supply valve. Super.

    Great experience with this company. Obviously no one likes it when things need to be replaced and money needs to be spent but thatā€™s a part of homeownership.     Tony and Joe and Roman from Russo are the best! They really know their stuff and are extremely helpful and friendly.We had a new water heater and a descaler installed by Joe. Heā€™s amazing! He created a work of art.We signed a yearly contract with Russo Bros. because their workmanship is the best in the business. And we know, because weā€™ve been living here for over 30 years and have gone through so many companies. We wish everyone was as knowledgeable, smart, and skilled as the guys at Russo.     Had an afternoon appointment and they arrived hours early which was great for me. Harry was the tech. He was thorough in assessing the situation (a clogged drain pipe) then was transparent about pricing and steps required. While he was here I had him quote a few other projects, two of which he did same day. The others he advised against until another issue with pressure was resolved. Very honest and fair. Probably always calling here for future plumbing needs.

    Called Russo Plumbing about a leak in the wall last week. The plumber, Chris Susicki, arrived on time, put paper booties over his shoes, and minutes later, had made an inspection tour of the water infrastructure both in and outside the house. He inspected the valves, ran checks in the bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen. He found faulty pressure valves on both the water heater and the water main outdoors. He ordered parts for the wall leak, gave a full (written) report and estimate for that job, and also proposals for the other trouble spots he found in our water system.Then he popped out to his truck, and returned with the parts to rebuild two toilets that had been running continuously, for years, probably. Before he left he helped me coordinate with our water company to turn the water off for the outdoor valve repair. This guy was thoroughly knowledgeable, pleasant to have in the house, and respectful of all members my household, including the pets. He left his work area spotless and took out his own trash. I will definitely call Russo the next time, and every time we need a plumber.

    Great experience. I called them at 8:30am to say my extractor pump in the garage was no longer working. They showed up the same day, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by 3pm. They were very polite and nice. The pricing seemed reasonable. Would use again!

    On Thursday I woke up to my boiler leaking water. I made a call to Russo and a gentleman showed up with an hour and a half to give me estimates. I asked him how fast he could get someone here. He told me tomorrow, Friday Friday morning 8 AM three of the most qualified technicians Iā€™ve ever seen showed up, they worked as a team all day long. When install was completed they had me check all the water pressure and the heat the pressure was low all three collaborated found where the air was fixed it quickly and by 8 oā€™clock that night my boiler was up and running, and I was able to take a hot shower , they were conscious of my floor and my property to make sure everything was covered and protected. They were removed the washer and dryer and replaced it perfectly. All I can say was an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone anytime. Oh, by the way, gentlemen by name, and Neil was the the salesman Who is very knowledgeable about all the units and help me pick out the best one with the best #Warranty

    Every company makes a mistake from time to time. In this case, a sales guy for Russo Bros. (no longer working for them) promised us something that, for basic engineering reasons, the company couldnt deliver. The install went ahead as planned, but left us with a heating system that was insufficient to heat our house. Heres what happened next. A Russo Bros. manager (Mike Reeves) came out to inspect the job, figured out the problem within 5 minutes, and immediately scheduled a boiler replacement for us at no extra cost. Hes been upfront and clear and totally straight shooting. I would honestly give them 6 stars if I could, because although every company makes mistakes from time to time, its rare to find a company with the integrity to identify its own mistakes and take on extra work at no cost to make sure its completely solved. As far as I can tell, this is an extremely solid business that cares deeply about its reputation and that employs highly skilled and experienced professionals at every level. Theyve won themselves a loyal customer going forward.

    Russo Bros. serviced my central air conditioning. Edwin was knowledgeable and friendly, and he recharged my system with refrigerant to get it working well again. I recommend this company because they are professional, capable, and pretty fast. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that their price for 410A refrigerant was $300 for the first pound and $200 for each additional pound. This is expensive considering I found 10 pound tanks from reputable online sellers for $200 to $280. Thatā€™s about a 1000% markup!

    Brian Conner did a great job replacing our water heater that was compromised by the recent heavy rain fall, which entered our basement. I called the firm at 9 am and Brian arrived around 1 pm to replace the unit, which was completed in about an hour and a half.     Always reliable. Friday night we realized there was no hot water. Water heater in basement was leaking so I shut off the gas and water to it. Requested a Russo appointment on the website for Monday to most likely replace but they called me Saturday morning and said they could come right away. Harry was here by 9, we showed him the broken water heater and also some corroded pipes near the washer. He requested the parts for water heater, fixed the corroded pipes while waiting, and we had a newly installed water heater by just after 12. Amazing!

    Russo Bros. replaced my entire system, gas furnace and central a/c last May. Neil surveyed my old system on Monday, took photos of my small utility room, gave me an estimate/contract, and scheduled the work for Friday the same week. Their team, Keenan and Ed, arrived early, and completed the project by late afternoon. Theyre very skilled and efficient technicians, in my judgement, especially in dealing with the cramped layout of the utility room with water heater and laundry machines in their way. When they were done, Keenan took time to point out some electrical and plumbing refinements they made for appearance and safety. Cleanup and removal of old equipment was perfect.The system has been working great throughout the July heat waves.

    I cant say enough good things about this company. They are a step above the rest. Dependable, polite, clean, transparent, and most importantly they did great work. I thought their prices were reasonable and perhaps even low for the level of professionalism they offer. I just googled a plumber near me and got super lucky that I called them first. Aaron, Harry, and Lucas were excellent. Addison and their underground crew were absolute rockstars. Some of the best work Ive seen and my occupation is in construction. Long story short my sewer line got disconnected at the foundation. They dug 10 down outside and jack hammered 3 down inside. They were in and out in one day flat including pouring all new concrete. You wouldnt even know they were here with how clean they left it. My hats off to this company and I would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!!!

    We could not have been more happy with Russo Bros. We signed up this fall for their maintenance plan and during the winter inspection, we found out we needed a new hot water heater. The new hot water heater was replaced on Dec. 8.On Dec. 28, my wife called me to tell me our basement flooded. I work about an hour from home and Russo Bros actually beat me to the house. We lost appliances, the new hot water heater, and our furnace. We also chose to upgrade to a new sump system to prevent the water from coming in sometime in the future (first time in 11 years of owning the house!).Russo Bros had another new hot water heater and the new sump system installed that same day. The furnace was replaced the next morning. Throughout the whole process everyone we dealt with - from those who were in our house to the call center to the permit department - were friendly, courteous, and really knowledgeable.In addition to quick replacement, Russo Bros documented everything for our homeowners insurance. Videos, photos, reports, etc. It is making things a lot easier with our adjuster/insurance carrier.Again, we could not have been happier with their service. We had just signed up for their maintenance plan this fall but they treated us like we had been customers for years. They certainly have earned our trust and respect, and we will be working with them for years to come.

    Needed service for HVAC unit in attic which stopped working right as 20* weather settled in for the week. I Called Russo Bro on Monday late afternoon & they sent someone over by 1:30pm next day Tues. Bill was very polite & professional. He even had the bootie covers to put on before he entered the house. Took a bit of time to diagnose the issue but he got everything working again & I couldnā€™t be more relieved. Whole thing cost $292 which is worth it vs no heat in attic & having attic bathroom pipes freeze! They also service plumbing & water heater issues so now I have someone trustworthy to call! I highly recommend them!

    Next day appointment, timely arrival. Jeremy explained what he would do and then replaced the three valves that werenā€™t working. He also spotted two lines of rubber hose someone had installed in place of normal piping, and he replaced them with copper. A very satisfying experience - thank you, Jeremy.

    Russo brothers just saved the lives of my family and dogs. We get the annual routine HVAC maintenance check. I never would have remembered to call and schedule an appointment for it. But they called me last week and asked if we wanted to schedule our appointment. The tech came today and found a huge carbon monoxide leak in our furnace!! Weā€™ve only used it once this fall and not for long. And we have carbon monoxide detectors, but not in our basement and only in the ceilings with the fire detectors. Apparently the gas lies low. Anyway, they are going to fix our furnace and we already have detectors heading our way from Amazon. But I wanted to let you know how amazing this company is. This isnā€™t the first time theyā€™ve helped us in a pinch either. Theyā€™ve always been amazing. But itā€™s the first time theyā€™ve literally saved our lives so I thought a review was in order. (Plus their prices and customer service is the best).

    I worked with James Sinatra (plumber) from Russo bros. He was very thorough, skilled and kind. After he finished his worked on time. he took additional time to just explain the scope and show us how everything works. Make sure you Ask for James he is the best and actually deserves a raise.
