After the team leader Esteban performed a detailed inspection, he pinpointed a major moisture problem with future dire consequences and which would have prevented the installation of the necessary safety fixtures. They outlined the scope of the work involved all within my budget. Our job was done with care and precision with attention to detail and quality. YC Home Improvement is transforming our front yard. They recently installed a paver walkway from the street and replaced our other walkway with pavers. It looks fantastic. I appreciate the way they came out and really listened to what I wanted before measuring for a quote. They didnt pressure me to add any unnecessary extras. They started and finished the project within a week of the quote . We will continue to hire them for all our hone improvement needs.

The true craftsmanship of the developers, designers, and engineered yard scapes make this crew the one to hire above all others. Each member of the team was super polite and easy to talk with. Going over design ideas to final pricing made this company top choice. Kids and puppies get to run free in our safe well developed yard. Artificial grass, extended patio with pavers bordering, large trees, sprinklers and beautiful mulch. Freddy, Luis, Esteban, Riccardo, Pocko, Manuel and family members make this company alone. I must say the work that these guys did was 100% top notch. They were very response and communicated with me on all of the details. I can’t say enough about the quality of the paint job they did in our kitchen. They even went above and beyond by painting not one or two coats but went three coats to ensure we got the look we wanted! After they were done, everything was cleaned and the floors looked like no one had even painted around them. There were no streak marks on the cabinets touching the areas they painted and the guys made it look as though this was how the kitchen was built. Really impressed today! Will be using them for all of my future paint jobs.

I needed several cracked roof tiles replaced and a whole section of the roof tiles that slipped down fixed. Eli showed up on time to complete all the work and was very pleasant. Additionally, he noticed the mudding was cracked and leaves were in the rain gutter ways on the roof. He completed all that work and gave me before and after pics. On a side note before the roof rainways were cleaned, water was rushing over my front window and leaking in the house. After the leaves and debree were cleaned out of the rainways, the roof is now directing the rain water away from the window. We had zero leaks after last nights storm. I am very pleased with his work! Highly recommended!
