Dave has been my go-to plumber for more than 20 years. He is professional, reliable, down-to-earth, skillful, and experienced. He charges a very fair price for high-quality work. His assistant, Bob, is equally skillful and recently did a job for me, replacing a stubborn shut-off valve - he was persistent and did a great job of trouble-shooting to get it fixed. I highly recommend Garrett Plumbing.

Currently, we are taking measures to upgrade our home for sale and as a result weve been in seeking a reliable plumber to assist with a few faucet exchanges. Ive had a handful of folks come over to provide quotes however the length of time to get the job done as well as the costs were far outside our comfort zone. I provided an outline of the job (installation of a new toilet, bathroom faucet, kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal) and was provided a quick and manageable estimate. I had Garrett Plumbing come out to replace a broken hose bib on the side of my house. Dave answered my call and was professional and respectful. He listened to what I needed and was willing to go with modifications I requested. He was able to schedule me the next day.They called before they headed over and were even a bit early. The job went quickly and seems to be done well. They took the time to answer any questions I had before they left.Bottom line: Pricing seemed fair, they were on time, and they did what they said they would. I will use Garrett Plumbing again the next time I need a plumber.

Called Garrett on Monday about a leaky faucet. He immediately called back and helped to assess the issue over the phone and by sending a 5 second video. He told us what to have ready when he arrived and to call him. We purchased the parts on Tuesday and he was out first thing on Wednesday. EXCELLENT work, quick installation, very professional, and just all around great guys to work with. Id use them again in a heartbeat!!!

These guys make sure you are taken care of. We had to have a sewage ejector replaced. They came in and knocked out the service at a very fair price. Sadly, the new pump they had installed was faulty. Dave and Bob made sure that they not only came out and installed a new pump, but took care of us by ensuring that we did not use the same pump brand that was faulty the first time. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Highly Recommended.

Dave and his team replaced my hot water heater, the kitchen faucet, and did some other plumbing work. They completed the job on time, professionally, leaving the area clean when they were done. I highly recommend Garrett and will use them on future jobs. Worth noting is that the bid from Parker and Sons was more than double and done by someone who kept adding unneeded extras - beware.

Dave was incredibly helpful and professional during our master bath remodel. He came numerous times as we encountered different challenges at different times during the project. One time even coming at 7pm to cut down a pipe that was getting in the way of our design in the master bath shower so that my tile could be laid the next morning without delay. He installed new valves and fixtures (including a roman tub, hand shower, additional shower head and 2 vanity sink fixtures). He gave us tips on saving money on parts and with his expertise I was able to return parts to the plumbing store for a refund. We will definitely be calling him back to do more projects in the future.

Dave was great throughout the whole process. Our gas valve went out on the water heater, we had another one shipped to us for free through the water heater company, and needed a plumber to install the part. Other plumbers quoted us $500 to install the new part, or claimed they needed to come out and look at the water heater to give us an estimate, which was outrageous. I called Dave and he immediately gave me a price over the phone, and his price was extremely reasonable for the work needed. The part was installed today in a timely manner, and everything is working great again. It’s hard these days finding a reasonable, honest, and reliable plumber, and I will definitely be using Garrett plumbing again for any future needs.

Garrett plumbing was fantastic! They were the only company that would give a quote range over the phone. Everybody else had to send a tech out for quote (which I did twice) and it was exponentially more expensive. Dave was exactly on-time, on price, and shower valve was quickly replaced. Outstanding service and value. Do not call all the big advertised companies, they have massive marketing budgets and you will overpay! Stop looking, Dave is your guy! Thank you Garrett Plumbing!!
